AVOID this service department at all costs or you will pay for it! Told I needed to pay $399 to fix my air conditioner after waiting an hour and a half. I needed an ac relay that cost $18 at Napa auto parts. Frankies in Oakman GA put it in for free! System running ice cold. BEWARE of this toyota service department!!!

Complete rework on the customer service waiting room improved the comfort level 100%. Complementary hot coffee, bottled water, snacks, and clean restrooms make you feel appreciated and wanted here. Big screen TV, magazines, add to the Zen atmosphere as you relax and wait. Prices have always been reasonable. Finally a Caring Ffriendly Staff is the cherry on top. I feel like I am in good hands here at North Georgia Toyota.

You have to wait so long to get your car done you worn out but the popcorn is really great and the people are friendly
