Trying something new can be scary but these guys and gals made myself and my son feel welcome from the get go. My 7 year old son loves his kids classes and all the coaches. Hes learning discipline, focus, and work ethic. I have found friends that feel like a brotherhood...I hadnt had that since my days in the military. And Oh My Word is this a workout. I am dripping sweat after each class. I mean peeling off sweaty clothes that I could probably wring out when class is over. SO happy we found this place.

This place has been life changing for me. I walked in the door soft as pudding at 352 lbs a little over two years later I feel that I could easily defend myself if attacked and weigh 228lbs. I have felt nothing but welcomed from day one. Truly a group of people who have become family to me.

Great place to train! Many high level grapplers and instructors who will challenge you and help you grow in your skiils whether you are a beginner or seasoned student of martial arts. Love having a gym to call home. The students and instructors will make you feel right at home from day one.
