Great auto mechanic! Great front office personnel. I travel 15 to 20 miles I have my car service there. Mostly because theyre honest and theyre really good at what they do.

Ricks Automotive is a friendly shop and they know what they are doing, theyre not cheep neither do they do cheap work. They offer 24 month/24 thousand mile warranty on certain parts which is good all round the country. I highly recommend them.

Rick’s is a professional business. He cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are driving safe. He performs Thorough analysis of the car even if it’s just for a routine oil change. Turn sure that the customers car is working efficiently. He’s very friendly and a genuine guy. And pricing is very reasonable.

Rick and Jane do their best for the customer and their vehicle at reasonable prices. They have worked on both of my vehicles and given results that were pleasing. I will be with them for years to come.

I am extremely disappointed in Rick‘s Automotive. I brought my vehicle to them and they diagnosed it two different times the second time telling us it would be a $700 fix. After not receiving a callback from them I called a few days later the wife said she would have Rick give my husband a call. He never called so when I called back on Monday which was four days later he only had his wife speak to us to tell us that our bill was still $768 and sorry but that wasn’t the problem it’s still doing the exact same thing. So we were charged almost $800 for nothing to be fixed on our vehicle. Their attitude about the situation was it is what it is if you want your truck you have to pay the money. I am not even sure they did any work at all because it sounds exactly the same And they admit it is not fixed. I just got taken for almost $800. The part they supposedly changed according to the receipt given was only an $83 part yet they charged me $768 for nothing to be fixed. I am extremely disappointed and I hope no one else has to go through this with them.

I live in Chattanooga and was in Chatsworth for a business meeting. My truck started overheating and wouldnt hold any water. I googled repair shops and found Ricks close by. I was able to make it to his shop. My water pump was completely broke. It was 2pm and they closed at 5pm. I heard Rick tell his mechanics that I was from Chattanooga and stranded so they needed to get me fixed. At 2pm they started the repairs and had me on my way before 5pm at a very fair and reasonable repair bill. If I lived closer I would use Rick for all my repairs. I highly recommend Ricks to anyone that finds him online. Thank you Rick!

Rick lets you know exactly whats wrong and how much itll cost to fix the problem. The warranty gives makes going to him worth the price which isnt much more than the shops in the area no one else will work on my truck again.. thanks Rick

This place is way over priced for what you can get done a few more miles down the road at another place. Remember, a wrecker charges the same for 2 miles or 20 miles. Go elsewhere! Very vague and deceptive on price! Beware!

Well what can I say about Ricks automotive service center .is that rick is an honest man who loves his God .and the work that he does reflects that .he and his employees are vary professionals mechanics.and that the work is done right .I trust there work vary much .so I would recommend them to everybody that I know

We had our Tahoe there several times....they put new brakes on my Tahoe. They started squeeling a lot after a week, we took it back cause they warrantys with them. They said they couldnt cause someone else touched them, which no one had them...they said that so they could get out of work. Not too mention his wife is a rude person. Not dealing with them ever again. So please beware before you go there cause they will not warranty there work....enter at your on risk is the best way I can put it.

This is the best place to get your car worked on the people here are nice and are very knowledgeable of the work they do towards your vehicle. Which it might seem expensive but it seems worth it to.

I took my old car here and they always took care of the problems with that car. I would say that car sucked but it was always running bc of them. Now that I have a new car I take it to them to do oil changes and routine things. They are priced right and great service. Never had a problem here.

There is always something when they have worked on my cars. And, of course that something always costs more money even after them saying this will fix the problem and it didnt.

Spent around 2500 on two vehicles . Both were fixed for 2 days then everything went broke . Even stuff that worked before broke after took to him . Never taking cars back again nor am I ever reccomending. Not to mention to fix stuff they fixed for 2 days they want more money .

Got stranded with a bad starter on my sprinter in dalton, at the pilot gas station off i75, Ricks phone was the first number that came up on google for diesel truck repair. On the phone Rick took care of me and made sure the wrecker came on time and Got towed to his Shop. The shop is very well kept and you can tell Professionalism of that caliber is most important to them. Being an ASE parts pro my self i had my guard up at first, Its extremely easy to tack on extra charges and fees now adays, but in this case, Rick was very professional, no hidden fees, no nonsense. Just parts, and labor. i had No idea it was my starter, i thought i had a bad ground, but he diagnosed few other issues i was actually aware of but was planning to fix my self. Rick gave the diagnosis for free regardless if i was to fix the vehicle there or not. Knowing i wasnt being taken advantage of ( which is super rare in todays day and age) i told him to fix the truck. He was very fast, very professional and very kind. By far probably the best mechanics experience i have had to date. If i lived locally, this would be the #1 place i would have my work done.

Place is shady avoid at all cost. Wouldnt trust this place with a tricycle...

Worst mechanic ever was gonna charge me $800 to change A $60 Coil Pack, and 8 $4 spark plugs
