Called Elite when my regular mechanic didn’t have time to look at my car. Had my car towed to them on Tuesday, they checked it out, figured out the issue, and I had my car back on Thursday afternoon! This is the best automotive shop! Took my jeep in - they assessed the problem, called around until they found the part (a part that is on back order) and gotter DONE! Waiting on the part to come in took the longest but all was done within the week. I would recommend their service and I will be back if I have any automotive issues!

Took My Ford F100 into have the carburetor rebuilt. Took them four days and it come out running worst than I did take it in. He said that there was a intake leak from the gasket. I know thats true but before I took it in the idle would go up and down now it hard to start the choke gets stuck all the time and it idle on high very high mist if the time cant even drive it half the time. The idle us missed up and the throttle sticks and every time I crank it its a half a tank if gas. . would not recommend this people

My 2005 g35 has been down and out since thanksgiving, just recently i have decided to just get it fixed by getting a new motor put in. and all these other places were charging an arm and a leg to do the process. My dad came across elite auto repair by word of mouth and online. was able to get the car towed to the shop, looked out and gave us a solid price to put a new engine in the car. only charged me 2500 and the engine came with a 6 month warranty if anything was to happen. other places before was trying to charge me 3500 and up for the install and going about finding one for me. but lucky we came across Elite!! they was able to get the car done in a week and i was more thank excited to hear that news. highly recommend these brothers!!

I would recommend Elite to everyone. I drive hour and a half every day for work. Elite has always been fair and upfront with pricing and what my car needs. I do not know much about cars, but I trust them to look my car over every time I come in for standard oil change. 😊 😊 I am a customer for life 😊 😊

I took my vehicle for an alignment and was quoted over the phone and in-person the same amount. I was perfectly fine paying the amount that I was quoted; it was a fair and reasonable price. But to my dismay, when my vehicle was ready, I was charged more than double of what I was quoted. In general, Ive come to expect not the greatest customer service when it comes to mechanics and auto repair shops, but the lack of communication from this shop towards me was extremely disgraceful and flat out disrespectful. You just dont treat customers this way; its common sense. Notifying me of what extra services my vehicle needed wouldve been greatly appreciated; treating customers like they would like to be treated should be a core value in any business model. I would have appreciated some level of communication and awareness to properly give my consent to further work on my vehicle, but that was not the case. Nonetheless, I felt lied to and deceived.Take your vehicle to this shop at your own peril, but know what kind of customer service to expect.

These guys are awesome. As a single mom you never know if people are being honest when it comes to car repair. I had taken my car somewhere previous and was told the shaking in my car was my transmission and it would be $3,000 to fix. I read the reviews for elite and decided to get a second opinion. I didn’t tell me anything that the previous mechanic said. Brain hopped in the car with me and drove it about a mile and immediately said it’s my axle. I dropped my car off and within a couple hours he called back and said for sure it’s my axle. A$200 fix, whereas the other place said it was my transmission. Had car ready my 9:00 am the next day. Great service. Can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Ladies definitely take your car here they will be honest....everyone take your car here. Thanks so much Brian.

Owners is a good guy and has always been very straight forward with me. Its hard to find a honest mechanic these days, but the guy at elite are great people and skilled mechanics.

We own a flooring business and we were picking up carpet in Dalton. Our spark plug blew out and we found Elite Auto Repair. He stopped what he was doing and fixed our truck so we could get back to Marietta. Great customer service and fair pricing!

Service was ok seems like what they fixed was done right. Complaints are that my vehicle now has about a 14 inch scratch, some kind of liquid was poured near my my fuel tank which has now caused discoloration on the paint! My personal item in car was moved which I found unpleasant! Car took a little longer than expected which I understand they did have plenty to look at. Last but not least seems like some liquid was spilt inside it was on my floor mats and my badge decal on exterior was tampered with, went to wash my car and it came loose! No intentions of returning

Always happy with service here. Every one that Ive referred to this shop has been happy.

We took our car into this shop to get the thermostat fixed. THEY broke a part while changing it. Then they charged me and made me pay to replace the part THEY BROKE. When I called to ask why I had to replace it I was told “I didn’t charge you to go get it or labor”. So be wary!!
