Well I got a quote online that was 97.00 down and 93.00 monthly payments when I went to the place I sure didnt pay that I had to pay 150.00 and 128 monthly payments so not happy at all but I needed car insurance so I paid it why would they quote me 93.00 monthly payments and change it when I went in office.

Miss Rena went out of her way to help me at the end of the day, as I swapped back and forth between talking to her and the car dealership. She was incredibly patience, professional, and personable. On top of that, out of 7 quotes, Rena had the best rate, with additional add-ons I couldnt find elsewhere near that price point. Go see Rena Garland!

My experience with the customer service rep was absolutely horrible. Given the benefit of the doubt, my wifes ‘ battery died in her car on a Saturday. She called Direct Auto, for towing. She had a lot of problems with this rep understanding her situation. To make a long story short, everything snowballed from there. I was @ work, had to take off for something that was really simple. So, what’s my rating so negative for? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out!!!!!!!!

Lied to us about a waiver fee that is required by the state of Georgia. After calling the Fraud department for Georgia Insurance Department in Atlanta they informed that there is no such fee. It is a company by company fee they apply to raise your rates. Buyer Beware!
