They don’t even deserve one star! Save your time and money from coming to Kelly wash and dry Place.It was my first and last time I come to this laundromat. Place was not clean, and the restroom are disgusting. Most of the dryers and washer are OUT OF SERVICE. They have a big sign “.25 for 20 minuets dry. That’s not true dryers are .25 for 8 minuets dry. I went to the customer service window. To ask them about the sign they have in front of the window about the .25 for 20 minuets dry. She was on her cell phone the hold time I was talking to her. She responded that she does know why the dryers are .25 for 8 minuets dry. She also said that a lot of people have complain to the owner about it. They haven’t done anything about. She even mention that the owner was in the office with the door close. I went to knock on the door owner never open or responded back.

They make so much money they cant fix the front the front two sides of washers which are the biggest ones there are. So what good is it to go wash when you dont have a giant size washer to wash your difficult items with?
