The laundry mat is in a good location the people come to wash their clothes, but so many of the dryers and washing machines are broken or not working we go their a lot its still the same. It could be and was a good place to wash but it has gone down. My sister put money $1 into the snack machine took money, its not working no sign indicating that, then I put money in the coke machine $2 in quarters, it wasnt working the clerk said she couldnt refund until she talked to the manager who wasnt there. I left name and number (waiting). The laundry mat need lots of work.

I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and there were only three other people plenty of machines available. There were two change machine available one of them out of order, two dry soap/bleach machine and some liquid soap for sale behind the counter. The lady working I spoke to for a moment was very nice and friendly. The washers are four sizes from uprights to a very large commercial size. Plenty of dryers. Soda and snack machine and some video games for the kids. I was able to spot a couple of plugs for charging elrctronics and a restroom was available too. Two TVs playing in Spanish good air conditioning and it was fairly clean so in my opinion it is a good laundromat to go to. If youre taking the bus it stops right outside on Inwood and Maple the 527 purple line. Also a Chinese takeout is next door and a Racetrack gas too.

I wanted to wash some larger laundry items (comforters) but drove in to park and outside the facility was a homeless camp of 20 folks. I felt badly for these people but kept driving deciding not to do laundry here.An encampment of this number should be moved.

This has to be most under par laudry facility Ive ever been to the washers that do work barely work the dryers cost and dont dry the attendant does not speak English and does provide refunds for faulty machines the detergent dispenser had no detergent overall epic fail never go there

The lady that works there is awesome! She helps you in getting you a washer quickly. The experience today, there was a lady that was rude to her. She keeps the laundry there very clean! Second time Ive been there. Will continue going!

Omgosh... Turns out they lock the doors at 7:50 inconvenient to the customer. I’m actually locked in. Smh. My my my dirty environment. Save your time, money, and energy. One time only, lmao..

Worst place ever to do laundry.The high school girl they have working there is very rude and unprofessional. The washing machines are not good and every time I had an issue with a machine the attendant ignored me and let water just run all over the floor. Dont waste your time or money. Your clothes wont get clean and the service is horrible. If there was an option for no stars I definitely wouldve chosen that option

Theres so many machines that dont work, found one with mold growing in the soap tray on top, right where the fabric softener goes. Its $1.75 to run the SMALL machines, tiles missing throughout the place, near empty vending machines. I mean, only good thing is you can still, kinda, clean your clothes. Dont understand how you can let your business fall apart in such a way.

Rude staff. Lost money in machine and wouldnt give refund. Place is dirty. I wont come back here again. Plus the dryers are not free. I will go to the coin laundry up the street from now on. Its cleaner and dryers are free.

Came here as Id read good reviews, turns out it was my error. Wrong place. The other place has free WiFi, free dryers. This place has none of that. None of the games work, vending machines are bare, and the machines say they will tell you when to add bleach...they dont. The whole place seems dingy and run down. Definitely wont make the same mistake twice. This place bites.

Avoid. Its dirty. The staff is rude. The hours say theyre open until 10pm. Turns out they lock the door at 9pm and scowl at you until you leave before 10pm. Oh, and sometimes they lock the door at 8:45 or 8:30 and close at 9:30. When? Why? Who can say. You can be a shoddy / cheap place that is accommodating, or you can be a clean / nice business thats discriminatory and unhelpful, but you cant be both.

Hours say open at 7a. Sitting outside in my car and it is 7:22a on a Friday morning and they just showed up.**update** The lady on Sunday early mornings is great and has been on time nearly every week. She is super helpful once you get in. Go early to avoid crowds. Changing my stats from 2 to 4 since it has been a while.

BEWARE! Do not use the drop off service.The little girl working the register did not tell us they had rush service. They did not use the detergent we provided they used their own cheap detergent and our comforters came back pretty much in the same condition we left them in. Our laundry was also soaked and not fully dry. This place has really gone down hill in the past few years. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I am from out of town. I am staying at Hyatt Regency Hotel. I drove to this place because it was rate at 4 stars, which is not true. This place had so many broken machines. This place really needs a major overhaul. I won’t trust this rating system again. But I did get my clothes washed and dried.

Prices are good washers are a pretty good size. Service is terrible also almost every machine is out of service, do not provide change to break down bills. Almost every washer and here is out of service and very filthy.

This place used to be great. Now half the machines are out of order. My clothes got stuck in one the washers and they had to take apart the handle to get them out. The roof leaks and the upkeep has gone way downhill.

COIN NAZI! Sadly, I see not much has changed in three years. The business manager somehow figured out in his little brain he needs to literally scare quarter-seekers away by aggressive confrontation and threats of calling the police if you dont immediately leave. He could of course get the same result with less time and energy a million other ways, but what fun would that be for him? Right?

I have been coming here for 6 years! It has gone downhill, like others say. Lots of broken dryers and washers and now the 1 lady that works here, allows the homeless to come in and use the restroom and just sit around...asking for change.

I was a long time customer, using their wash and fold service. The service was okay most of the time, but whenever there was a problem the owners stepped up and made it right. Sadly, the new owners dont value customer service much... or at all, Id say. For anyone looking for wash and fold, my advice is to keep looking.

Where else in town can you utalize the industrial washer and dryer at a cost of two dollars. Thats 1.75 for the wash and 0.25 for 10 minutes in the dryer. More time for anything in house, just add one quarter. You dont want to do your own stuff try their bundle service.
