Our internet mast was damaged in a violent storm. John and George came out in a timely manner, installed the new mast and also chased a wiring issue that would have caused problems. They did a great job, were professional and thorough. Recommend!

Have had this company for 8 years, they were adequate considering we had no other option at the time, however, their service is terrible. Today is Wednesday and we had a storm on Friday which apparently took our service down. It has been 5 days waiting on them to come out, we decided to change providers and went to Dish Network. They came out in a day and set our service up, we are still waiting on TierOne to come and pick up their junk. However, we found out you have to pay an additional 30 days, because we found out they require a 30-day notice, which was not in our contract in 2008.

Our service went out with the last big storm which is okay. But when you call the next day and cant get through and then you try again the second day and leave a message and then.... you go all weekend with no call back and then five days later you send a email and no response until seven days when you just happen to get through.. Once we were able to get through we were promised someone would call to set up a time for them to come fix the issue, never got that call.. Had to call them again and finally got someone to set it up. They came and switched out the radio on the roof.. NINE days without service and they agreed to give us a $8.44 refund.. Really... And this is not our first go round with them, as soon as another provider is available we will be switching.

Only works 25% of the time, takes over an hour to speak to support who will tell you the issues on your end. When you tell them its not on your end they say they know more than you because they worked at game stop before, dont mind the fact my husband has a BA in computer science and knows what he is talking about. We pay 75$ a month for the gamers package you cant even watch Netflix when its working because its to slow. So for the third time in one week is out again. Two days in one week its worked. If you email support they never email you back. Never. Use.Them.

Worst customer service of ANY company that I have EVER dealt with! Service was done for 3 months and they are still deducting form my bank account. Techs never show up when they are scheduled and they dont know how to trouble shoot anything.

This ISP is trash. They have the worst download/upload speeds Ive ever seen. My ping is always in the 1000s and I always expiernce lag. They say they beat theyre competitors, because there is no competition. In the first year it wasnt bad, but now its a nightmare. It takes them 11-15 minutes just to pick up the phone and sometimes they dont even bother at all. If another service pops up, Im switching immediately

This is the only ISP that is available in my location. The download speed is always slower than what my package claims to be, (5 Mbps, usually between 1-2 Mbps) any time there is a storm, the internet goes out, and the customer service is poor. The only reason why you should get this ISP is if no other providers are in your location.

Extremely poor customer service. This is the only Internet service provider available to me. So I have to suck it up as to their rude billing department and the constant lack of service during cold and rainy days due to their cheap radio equipment. No credit is given ...and they are vicious about giving credit. Apart from bad Internet service constantly going down during storms and cold weather on top of that they still are horrible when you try to get a credit....these are dishonest people. Get this, every year they have to replace the radio. I start getting sporadic Internet service every October and then no service for a month during December. This happened in 2013, 2014 and 2015. I got no credit because their computer shows I had servIce. I can tell you the horror stories dealing with there people.My neighbor just moved in next door and they took 2 months to install their Internet service. This company knows that we have no other Internet services company available to most of their client base. This time I am taking my complaints to the better business Bureau since my complaints to them have gone unheeded. Also the phone wait time is horrible. Ive had to wait over 20 minutes. I hang up after a 11 minutes a wait time. The problem is that Ill call 5 to 7 times day and sometime never get through. Its ridiculous. But like I said, this is the only internet service provider available to me so I have to just suck it up. I have gotten angry we had words back and forth because sometimes I just cant stand it. I feel bad about this. Thats not who I am. Thats not who I want to be but, I think that Im not being treated fairly. Im not asking for handouts. Im just saying that if you have a customer, and you want them to be happy, if they dont have service you give them credit. Plain and simple. I dont want more. I dont want less. Still yet I pay my bill so that I can just shut up and get my internet service. I dont like this company. Im going to call the Better Business Bureau and voice the problems that I constantly have. l feel bad for everyone else that is having the same issues. Each year they take replace the radio equipment. They take it off another house and replace it on my house hoping it works. When it quits working then they have to cone back and replace it like they did to me. Theres so much more to tell, its unbelievable. So for all the new customers looking into this company beware. If you have no other options, then while the weather is good and the equipment they installed is good then there is no problem. But when the weather is bad there is all sorts of problems starting with the people on the billing department. The installation guys are great. .but when all they have is used equipment can you blame them. When they take 2 months or 30 days to do a new install, or replace equipment, are they to blame. Ive never had an issue with the installers . They,are very professional and do a good job. The problem is the people at the top. Eve r y time Ive had them tell me they will,and someone out to check my equipment the,service day is 7 to 10 days out. No service until they installed guys can get. To your service call date. It totally uks.

Horrible company!!!I have ALWAYS gotten very poor customer service from the technical support team.Very rude and arrogant. They must not know who pays for their salary.I pray daily for other options to open up in my service area!!!Please NEVER use this company!!!
