The service center people are super friendly. Unfortunately I had to drive here twice because the Cablecard call center didnt know their job well enough to send me to the correct store. So, I got to drive all the way to Dallas twice to deal with the error.

A little out of the way off 278 but not bad. Always been greeted and customer service is nice. I havent gone in with an issue to be resolved though. Dont see how it could be any different then on phone or online.

The line was pretty long and it was about 5 minutes before closing when I arrived. Both ladies in the office were calm, cool, collected and professional. They ended up having to stay about 15 minutes late helping customers and did it with a smile. A+ customer service!

We have had nothing but issue after issue since we upgraded our internet speed, modem, and DVR. Customer service has blatantly lied to use two times concerning sending us a new DVR since the current one does not work properly.

Self service kiosk is very slow, needs more customer service representative to keep customer in and out quickly. In some cases you spend most of your break/ lunch time in there.just for a simple transaction.

Do not fall for all the lies and bait and switch tactics. I have too many horror stories to go into here but I now tape record ever single interaction with this company. Just beware! And if its too late for you, report all unfair business practices to FTC and or FCC online . Its the only thing that seems to get their attention, maybe if we all report them something may be done.

Apparently, Comcast has listened to its customers endless complaints of terrible customer service. The associates here were both friendly and helpful. The information they gave me wasnt completely consistent with the representative I spoke with, but I have a feeling its not this centers fault.

The only compliment I can give is that their technicians (that Ive dealt with) have been spectacular, however the overall customer service experience has been absolutely atrocious. Its taken five days (thus far) to so much as receive a signal at my house. Apparently an amplifier was missing but I still see no results. I will post again if they happen to right this situation and un-post this negative review. Thank you Googleers

Was very happy with Comcast until they decided to no longer offer the Extreme 105 internet service anymore. They discontinued the service and started a new Extreme 150, at a much higher price. They cancelled my existing service and dropped my internet to Performance 25, 25% of what I had. To upgrade to the new service it will cost me over $60/month more and there is nothing that anyone Ive talked to can or will do about it. As soon as I have another option it will be Good Bye Comcast !!!

These guys were great. No line, great location to get in and out. A little iffy that they couldnt handle upgrading me to a DVR but tried to sell me a phone and alarm system. ha Ill let it slide because I am nice. thanks!

Worse service ever .i went there to get a box that i never received in the mail for my new service..the lady there said i could not have the box it would not work unless i had a tech Come out to install the box for me .. I left called custome service ..they sent me the box for free.. I got the box a few days later in the mail hooked it up and it worked perfectly fine..The service and the ladies at this location are completely rude and dont know what they are doing..never go there...

If I could provide zero stars I would. My experiences with them were terrible. In the first week of my dealings with them I LITERALLY had to call them 6 out of the 7 days. Often more than once. A large portion of my work is via email. They have been unhelpful and inadequate at servicing my home. If you read this please do not give them your money. It only encourages them to keep running this ponzi scheme. This is absolutely unacceptable for any business.

Absolutely the worst service possible. From extra fees on my bill. They been billing my payments to my neighbors home and when I tried to change it to my home...they didnt do it. So I got late fee charges...when I called comcast 4 times...was given the run around and hanged up with no type of solutions and answers. When I wanted to disconnect my service...they try to run the service for one last month and squeeze in the last payment. They finally disconnected my service after I repeatedly ask them to stop the service immediately. Save your headaches and go to a more honest Internet providers. The whole process of changing my service took about 3 hours and 3 random hang ups to get through to them what I wanted. All they do is apologize while still tryin to make money off their customers. THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY CROOKS!.

No seating for waiting customers. Also their waiting area is so small everyone else can hear your business as there is no privacy to conduct your business. There is no show room as they advertise where you can view the products and interact with them. They are not very interested in your concerns. Its more like What do you want they have this huge warehouse buildi g and the waiting area is a 16 ft. By 12. My bedroom is bigger. Need a remodel bad.

Let me break it down to you all. Everyone calls and says OH I HATE COMCAST, ITS A RIP OFF, ITS A SCAM & claim the representatives are RUDE. If something isn’t going your way you all take the frustration out on the agents. Don’t get me wrong their is some rude reps EVERY where you go but you all call us names, threatening to cancel and etc. Me personally I feel as if “ U HAVE TO GIVE RESPECT IN ORDER TO GET THE SAME IN RETURNED “. No I will not tolerate it so if any is disrespect is being involved you will get the same in return and USUALLY i do not argue with my customers I just say “ OK “ & advise you to have A NICE DAY. U have to understand agents don’t make the rules we just have to follow them and have to take them Blame for it. Ofc EVERYONE wants a promo deal but once again we only go off what we have in the system. There’s times were we find cheaper packages for you guys and y’all claim THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH . Wether it’s a $5 difference or $10. That’s UNGRATEFUL!! & Once again that’s ALL we would have. Y’all holler “ U WANT TO LOSE A FAITHFUL COMCAST CX, OR IMA CANCEL “ ofc we’ll apologize but that does not hurt us. At the end of the day we’ll still have a job. 5 stars because you should actually be rating the experience at the physical address, not the company as a whole...While I agree that Comcast sucks in almost every way possible (especially the call center folks who rule at giving bad/ incorrect information).When going up to the office, tiffany was very clear and to the point when answering questions, but not in a rude or offensive ways, 99% positive she actually knew what she was talking about the whole time... and that is always worth 5 stars. She got us in and out and I only had to make one trip back to return/ swap equipment (also not something I fault the office for bc I doubt they have control over that). Its just nice going into a place like this and having interactions with people who probably get a lot of crap for things they cant control, yet they still maintain a positive and even delightful demeanor.

I have to say how very pleased I am with the Comcast service I received today. Especially the tech (Deryk) that came out to my house . He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We lost internet, phone and cable this morning. The comcast rep on the phone adv issue may be modem or external issue and tech could not come out until tomorrow. I work from home so this was not acceptable. I told rep i would go to my local comcast office and pick up new modem to rule out one possibility. Staff at the office on Cadillac Pkwy were very polite and professional (especially Cashire 6CP- i dont remember her name) New modem still would not connect ( comcast rep on phone adv tech would be out today). Deryk came and diagnosed issue right away and sent in a request for the comcast utility workers to come out and repair external issue. There was underground wire issues so what they did was run a bypass wire so i could be connected until they can repair the issue (how amazing is that). After they left i still could not connect so i called Deryk and he was on his way home, but turned around came back to my house and got me connected. This to me is excellent customer service .

As soon as any other internet provider comes to our area, we are switching. I pay more for comcast than I did for time warner and I cant watch anything in HD and end up using my unlimited data on my phone (sprint) half the time so I dont use too much of my limited home date. I freaking hate that they cap your internet usage. Comcast is horrible.

Their prices and service sucks! Ever few months the price goes up and the channel selection goes down. I find myself watching fewer than 20 channels but I have to pay for 100+ in order to get those. I personally have ditched my cable and switched to Netflix and Hulu.

Their prices continually rise, and they capped Internet usage and started charging overages about a year ago. (Because they dont want you streaming tv from other services I assume.) Ditched them and went to Direct TV / ATT internet and saved over $100 a month for identical services. (With no data cap)

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen, Every phone # listed for service is disconnected and no longer in service. You try chatting with someone on line and they dont know anything what they are talking about. They send you to a location that they have to just swap out a battery for a modem and the Xfinity store has now clue about what they have.

The staff that waited on me was fine but the problem was when updating your services to add a bedroom to your cable and you pick up a box they should Supply another splitter so you add the bedroom you should not have to pay $60 to have a service person come out to bring a splitter I think that is bad business
