I arrived on 1/30/19 at 07:30. Checked in with security and parked on street waiting for door 33. I was given dock at 08:30. Drive west take 3 lefts and back in through a very tight area to dock 33. Empty with bills by 10:00. Very tight dock off city street. Including pictures for dock 33. Yard dog had a hard time trying to slide into dock 32.

Waited 12 hrs for a load dont hate them there not on my christmas card list

Do not come here. Docks are too tight for anything that isnt a yard truck. Have to back in off busy streets with drivers who have no respect for a backing truck

Do NOT deliver here! Security staff is very unprofessional and they do not honor delivery times. According to the security staff, there is only ONE employee that unloads bottles on one dock. Driver arrived at 7:30 a.m. for an 11:30 a.m. appointment time on February 8, 2020, and has been waiting to be unloaded for over 24 hours and counting. Staff is completely unhelpful stating that they have all sorts of problems on the lines and they will get to our truck when they can. Meanwhile, security states there are 11 trucks ahead of our truck.

Went to check in had go back to my truck for a mask. Then they made me fill out 2 copies of the load sheet for unloading and 2 covid 19 form.

The worst please for ounloading apoiment on time 7 hours in the doc they do not touch the trailer yet. Away from this please

Good place nice workers, By appointment only!! You can sleep in the street in the night, and have a little yard for trailers in the front you can try to park there too. I think can park 20 trucks in the street. Ez in ez out.

This facility is not first come first served they have guard. The good thing is you can park on the street if you come too early. Roads are small. Illinois Ave very bumpy of I35s. It took them almost three hours to unload my trailer.

Was making del of labels. Open about 8am. In n out 2hrs. Has restrooms inside. Overall allright place.

The unloading was fast, the only thing is that if you come to Quaker, you must park on Pierce St. So the best thing is to get off Glenfield Ave and turn left, this way you can go back to the unloading place, because if turn right on Pierce, you will have to reverse on the blind side ... however, very little room to maneuver.

Terrible place of the worst that I have come to download a very bad treatment and too many hours you waste the day here
