Absolutely Overnight parking. I had a pick up for old Chep Pallets, guard said park walk back up to guard shack at 5 to check in. Even was allowed to call a ride to go get food or if you have family in the area.

Staff is very nice once i was late by 1 hour 45 minutes and they still took me in and i done delivery within half hour what a great service

Time to pick up goods and unload trucks is excellent as well as providing a place to park .10 🌟 stars for costco.

Costco does not have a bathroom for truckers but they do provide Porta pottys when its 105°f out side. I wonder if any of the office personnel have tried to use the Porta John when its this hot out or if they sit inside laughing when they see a trucker use it

They have parking in case you arrive early, the back in is extremely easy especially in the am just straight back, you get a buzzer letting you know when your truck ready

My shipper delayed me a few hours which resulted in me getting here 1.5 hours late but they still took me. Tons of room. I wish all places operated like this. When you get there they ask for the bills then the hand them right back to you. When you leave they give you the proof of delivery. Every fast under an hour to unload.

I guess they have a new security guard Adam which was not told to let drivers inside the staging area, first time I’ve ever been turned out from Costco for arriving early. Isn’t the staging area built exactly for the purpose of accommodating early drivers?

Costco is a love wherever you go in the United States but this specific facility is the best7am delivery and got here at 6:32am got the door right away and offloading at 7:19amSuperb 👍

Restroom are very dirty and don’t have water to wash hands. It’s a huge company but they don’t care drivers feelings. I waiting almost 8 hours ago in their parking lot waiting for pager to ring but still waiting. They spent millions of dollars to built a huge Warehouse but they don’t have money left to build nice restroom for drivers. If I compare Costco Warehouse with out her companies like Aldi warehouse I think Costco company is a trash. Aldi provide free huge parking lots, nice restrooms, nice showers for everyone and fully Air-conditioned

Costco knows how to get it done quickly! I love their system give you a buzzer, in our case straight to the dock red light right away unloaded under 30 minutes buzzer goes off and gone. I wish they all had a system like Costco!!

Well organized company.Appoitment 5:30I came at 4:30They told me to go to staging area ( huge parking lot with restroom) At 5:00 they put me to door and at 5:30 they start unloading my trailer. Very pleasant professionals. One of the best place i delivered load since 2004.

You can park overnight if your appointment is early morning.

Got here at ten minutes to 6 for a 6:30 appt. Here it is a quarter to 8 and still in the dock. All they get is 1 pallet. This place used to be fast about unloading, not anymore. Two damn hours to only take 1 pallet off...a child could do it quicker.. One week youre out of here in ten minutes, the next week youre here for God knows how long.

Why cant these other DCs learn from Costco. Wish I can come here everyday. These guys are fast and efficient. As soon as you arrive, you get a door. When you hit the dock and decide to take a nap, your buzzer goes off and boom! Youre done! Checked in overnight they let me park. 0800 appointment. 0755 I was dock 222, 0820 I was out of the door. Clean and very professional plus hard working staff. One of the best DC I ever been. You can check early they give ppr that tell you Dock # and you drive to the gate when done. overnight parking ok. They earned my respect!!!!

I believe this is one of the only warehouses that I have given five stars to. I brought in a load a bit before they opened. When I arrived there was probably about 10 or 15 trucks lined up ahead of me and we were lined up all the way around the corner. My experience tells me that when I see this type of line I am going to be here forever. What I experienced after that convinces me that I wish this warehouse would instruct all the others. I have never before seen a warehouse with so many trucks coming in at the same time handle things so quickly. I didn’t even have to get out of my truck except to open and close the trailer doors. They did everything at the guard shack. When I came in they gave me a paging device and told me when it buzzed to pull out of the door and bring paperwork to the guard shack. I went from like 15th in line to exiting the grounds unloaded within an hour. I AM IMPRESSED!!! I’m sure not everybody has the same experience, but clearly they are trying and after over a decade of driving, I feel they are the best I have experienced.

Well I pulled in around 0100 with a 0600 appt and was told to park and check back in at 0500. I was low on hrs so I figured Id let the first rush of drivers checkin first and I checked in at 0600 (hoping it would take a little more time with all the other drivers ahead of me to let my clock try and catch up.....nope not here). I got a door right away and I had to slow crawl around the facility so my clock didnt start, backed in the door and thought Id get a chance to lay down.....nope. They were completely done and my buzzer going off at 0647. So now Im wondering where Ill park to finish my break and I get to the guard shack and ask where can I park and was instructed to loop around and finish it in the staging area. So not only do they have overnight parking and get you in and out at a lighting pace they also will not toss you into the street with no time on your clock. If all of my loads came to this facility Id be satisfied. I dont even leave reviews but they definitely deserved a good one from me here this morning. Great job costco (Dallas). These guys should give how to conferences to Walmart, Aldi, Cold Storage, Kroger

They allow early arrival, but make sure you are NOT LATE!!! This place get you in and out ASAP!!! They have portie potties near the staging area. No drivers are allowed inside building. The lot is HUGE!! EASY DOCKS, AND GENTLE UNLOADING. Professional receiver/shippers.

Nice an effective place.

Got here in the evening for next morning delivery. Before ordering food delivery went to a guard to double check and make sure that it was ok with them. Not only they ok’ed it, they offered me some wings, since they just started their own lunch and provided me with menu of local food place they always order from themself!Not only Costco DC’s provide drivers with safe on site overnight parking, insuring that all their deliveries are on time, - they somehow, magically manage to unload a truck within 30 minutes to an hour and send the driver on his way. It can be done! I’m looking at you - Walmart, Aldi, with your 5 hours plus Driver Hostage Situations on almost all deliveries.Well done Costco!05/29/20

Overnight parking for early morning deliveries, street parking used for many trucks in the area. Dry van was fast unload. Arrived at 11:30pm for a 5:30am delivery, pager went off at 3:30 was unloaded under a hour, parked on the street to compete my break with no issues.

These folks know what they’re doing. I arrived guard house at 03:55 for my 05:00 appointment; was unloaded and rolling with my paperwork at 04:47. Amazing.

My husband requested that I write a review. He told me about a young lady working the guard booth that exhibited such great patience. As he pulled up she was explaining to a driver the process but he didnt understand what she was saying due to a language barrier she took the extra time so that he could understand what he needed to do; then another guy walks up. She demonstrated what the pager would do. She let them explain what they heard. After taking care of them with a smile she greets me checks me in I go park. Closer to my appointment time I walk to get my pager; there she is again taking the extra time to ensure the drivers understands what she is explaining to them. She was amazing. I appreciate the amount of compassion she had for them.

Well as with most of the comments, I myself would have to say this is one of the few great customers. On site parking overnight allowed. Arrived at 0320 apt is for 0630 so I have to wait which is a bummer but I cant complain. Easy parking. I certainly think other customers could learn from Costco. PTL.

My appointment was at 10 am, got in at 10. Left there right before noon. You check in and they give a small square with bells and whistles that tell you what dock to go to and it tell you also that you are free to go. Efficient

Used to be quick, now Schneider trailers everywhere, checked in 6am, appt 7am now 7:30am still in parking spot!! No more overnight unless you have 5-5:30 am delivery. Waiting for Green light at 9:40 am, Place has went down hill!!

I love delivering there. They have the best warehouse system Ive ever seen. They have parking also. They take ur paper, give u dock. U back in and they have a pager system to let u know when ur done. Pull out of dock and u get ur paperwork at the guard shack. If u need to stay cause u dont have ur next load, if staging got space, u can stay.

Cool place

Overnight parking is only for deliveries for 0700 the following morning or earlier. There are several large new vacant buildings around the area and I just camped out in one of those parking lots. Staff was very friendly. In & out in an hour. Very smooth operation.

Doesnt get any simpler than this place just be on time check in get your pager, go to door assigned when pager goes off. Fast and overnight parking.

Awesome place. Check in without leaving the cab, grab your door when the pager buzzes, go back out to guard when it buzzes second time, grab paperwork. All in 45 minutes. And ZERO excuses as to why other shippers/receivers cannot seem to do the same. ZERO. Awesome place.

Checking in is easy but one awful thing. No inside restrooms, only hot boxes sitting in the middle of the lot. You can imagine how these feel at a hundred degrees in the summer. I have to say I have little respect for companies that dont provide descent restrooms for drivers. This is the result of some method of receiving that removes all possible contact with drivers. As with many things of this nature, every employee at this location should have to use the portable potties...
