1st time delivering here. For the most part. Unloading is quick but when you check in your assigned a Door. Only to wait for that phone call to open up the Doors. Appointment was at 12:15 am ..checked in at 11:30 amIts 2:35 am right now. Not to bad.

McLaren the worst place to deliver in all Texas you will spend all night to get unload the lamps are so slow i Ive been waiting all night and is 10 am now and still waiting to get unload

This company still hasnt paid me for working picking up trash slim and moldy food. The trashiest facility Ive ever seen health inspector needs to take a look at the quality. Also still have not made it right by the agreement I sign up for. Just poor management poor attitude and I cant believe they are still open. Close this place down 👎

Such a wonderful place! Appt 0415 this morning; checked in at 0410 assigned door immediately after check in docked by 0420 an I’m now on my way at 0445! Strictly business, good business that is! Keep It up Facility Staff Job Well Done! Btw loaded full to max trailer

Worst customer service ever they pick up immediately and say hold please before you are able to even respond then you sit on hold for 30mins then they just disconnect you and you go over the process all over again not to mention your call just to get an eta on your truck that’s already 2days late horrible horrible

Never answer their phones. Called them like 10 times to see if they would receive me. Got here a full 26 hrs before my appointment. And they are making me wait to my appointment time. Absolutely horrible

Had very good experience here. Fast unload Got door at 7.15 and left at 7:40. I wish all companys work like this fast

Also known as MBM. Limited parking on west side of building but no overnight. Come in on south side and park...shipping/rec is beside dock 13 on south side. South side is for reefer loads, north side for dry van. Tight docking on both sides but really tight on north. Probably not good for rookies. Drop off paperwork, they will call w/dock number. Open doors, put seal in back and chock tires. Capstone lumpers...send you a text w/fee. Pay online. Fast to dock and unload but slower to get paperwork. For McLanes, not too bad.

I wouldnt recommend no one they have good benefits but always find and come up with away to have to pay you less money or away to not pay you for all the hard work you do and they need to get rid of the point system

Disgusting place to make a delivery

Check in office on south side of building. Got a dock at appointment time and unloaded in about an hour. Can check in early but depending on how busy they are they may or may not unload early. Can not drive around building as a gate in the back. Parking if you arrive earlier, maybe overnight parking for a few trucks if you find a spot but it’s tight back there so might be asked to move on the middle of the night.

My appointment was at 6:pm arrive at 5:20 got door right away 45 minutes I left the facility. Great Job

They have very tight spots for a big truck(peterbilt) I told them I had a big truck and they made sure I got a spot with plenty of room. Very friendly people. Fast service.

Great fast unload of a full truckload. Appointment was 04:15 and I left by 05:15. Keep up the good work. McLane’s receiving is on the south side of the building. Another company is on the north.

A little slow getting started but overall not bad. Three hours to get paper load unloaded. Office staff is friendly.

Reviewing as a driver. Always quick visits. Never had an issue here.

Good people willing to work with you took me a day early it depends on load and how much you have but they are nice

Got here at 6:05..in a door at 6:15....appointment was at 6:45....now 9:41 and still waiting

App 5.15am. Came 8pm day before. Stayed overnight with no problem, but window sticker says no overnight parking. Checked in 3am. Left 4.45am. Thanks. Thats the way it suppose to be.)
