Drivers be aware of those big holes just infront of security check point..Theyre deep. And can damage your wheelsAnd bring lunch 😕

Dont really care about loading, unloading, or drop and hooks. Im here to say the driveway and dock lots are horrendous. Some of the potholes are big enough to swallow your whole truck and trailer. Even going as slow as you can its a very rough ride. Be careful and try to avoid them when you can. Some are totally unavoidable.

Holy cow went to deliver here. Omg this driveway is horrendous. The security guards on the other hand are probably the nicest women you will ever meet.

Fix yalls parking lot please. Why does it look like an urban Yemen war took place along your entrances. Thise craters are wayyyy to deep and dangerous. Its both sides now. Cant even drive around them. We are not in atvs and jacked up 4x4s, we are in commercial trucks that travel highways when we leave you.. please solve this issue. The forklifts guys and gals are very professional and fast and the blaq lady at the guardshack is really nice and professional, so is the young man...

Quick unloading. Seems to have overnight parking on the street. Was not there long enough for the restroom. However, every thing was contactless, so there may not be a restroom

It’s a rather smooth place for me mainly do drop and hooks here every other week or so. It’s a fast process to go in and out and you can park outside for your 10 hour break.

Cool employees, clean facility, plenty of space to back into docks, takes less than hour to get loaded or emptied. You spend longer at the gurdshack checking in and out, than you do in the docks. If you ask nicely, theyll let you use the restrooms and snack machines and microwave. Plenty of parking on the street b4 n after appt. 3miles from fuel city truck stop.

Drop and hook for us so always very easy. Make sure your trailer is clean before going in. Guards are always very nice. Quick in and out.

I arrived at 7:45 am for an 8 am appointment and there was only 1 truck in line in front of me to check in with the gaurd. I was given a dock immediately and was told to slide tandem, break seal and place paperwork in back of trailer and to pull forward only when you have the green light so you can leave. Make sure you actually leave when you get a green light because they assign your door to another truck as soon as you get the green light. I was there 1.5 hours. I didnt see any bathrooms or even a way to enter into the facility for drivers. And YES, there is overnight parking on the street and there seems to be an empty warehouse on the same street so you could probably park there too.

Always a wonderful experience. We drop and hook here, so my in and out in time is always under 30 minutes. The guards are real people polite; not someone told them they have to be polite; the same goes for the yard driver Ive interacted with here.

Hummm not sure where the disfunction is coming from,...been at dock door for 3 hours. Friendly enough staff and warehouse personnel. Large lot with easy manuverabilty. I believe I hit during lunch, still waiting......

Showed up at 13:52 for a 15:00 drop and hook. Still here waiting for my load at 19:43. Wasting my time/ killing my week/ burning my clock. Entry guard was friendly.

Probably one of the fastest smoothest distribution center deliveries Ive ever had. You can park overnight on thier private drive. Had a 6 am appointment. Checked in with guard shack. Got put straight into a door. 23 pallets empty in 30 minutes. I did not have lumpers but was told that some days they do use them FYI.

Really friendly staff fast loading but guys please make sure don’t load extra stuff then trucker waste all day to fix this extra pilots by brokers !!

Evidently they cant afford to pay the phone bill, or dont know how to setup/ check their voicemails! There is no working phone number for this place, no way to contact them!

I showed up a day early and they still took me straight into a door. As soon as I backed in they were unloading me. I swear from the time I entered the gate till the time I left was under 30 minutes. If only every warehouse operated like this!
