Amazing and always super friendly

I HAD TO give a review after the excellent service that On Time Couriers provided for me as an individual and not a business. Larry was awesome and facilitated the picking up of both a package (bike rack) to drop off at UPS for shipment in addition to picking up a BICYCLE, yes a BICYCLE, for me and dropping it off at a local bike shop. I was pleasantly surprised with what they could do and more impressed with what they did and how they did it - professional service and excellent communication and follow up!! Process Server beware, get your Fee up front. Response from ontime was check mailed and cleared, 2 different service requests, 2 different addresses, got paid for 1, and it was $20.00 short on my fee. As I stated in my earlier post, Process Server beware, get your fee up front.

They really saved the day. I am in Oklahoma City. The print job I had was too big for them, but they gave me contact to a great printing company. Then they picked up my document and delivered it as quickly as could have been done. I hope I never have an emergency like this again, but On Time will be the first I call.
