I have used Guaranteed Express Couriers for over 5 years for 3 different businesses and referred them to several other associates. They always do a great job. GX has delivered a pallet servers overnight several states away, aircraft engines, propellers, and other parts, client gifts, legal documents, a whole load of 3 modular offices from Tennessee, as well as many other items. Basically, if you need something couriered same day or stuff moved across states, just give them a call.

I would give this company 0 stars but it was not an option so I have to give them 1 star. I was elated to see the courier service had arrived to deliver my cargo from overseas which I had been waiting on for weeks. Upon unloading the cargo from the truck, my forklift slipped off the ramp and got stuck onto the truck. Honest mistake, sometimes accidents happen. While I am working on getting this problem resolved with my neighbor and the very helpful driver, I get a phone call from Jennifer at Guaranteed. She was very rude, unprofessional and started accusing me of driving my forklift onto her truck, damaging it and causing delays in her drivers schedule. I told her it would only take 5-10 minutes to fix the problem which we fixed but she started getting nasty with me and telling me she is the boss of the company. I am the boss of my company but yet I am out there working and helping her driver unload the cargo which was toppled all over the truck. I will attach pics for everyone to see on this review. I told the driver your boss is very upset at us because you are late and you have other deliveries and he said he was not aware that. The driver was very hardworking and we had to restack all the toppled cases on another pallet and when we finished I proceeded in tipping him which I never do for drivers. I do not appreciate the way this lady called me and berated me when she did not know or understand the whole situation, that was very unprofessional and out of line. The driver and I handled it and we moved on but in the future I would never contract this courier service for any of my future cargo or shipments because their so called boss exhibits that kind of behavior.

Guaranteed Express is extremely responsive and does a great job with the deliveries. I would highly recommend them. Come up with solutions for difficult logistical issues and gets the job done.

Great flow of work. But the pay is crappy. Taking 50% of a independent contractor earn income. You might as well hire employee and pay them 8.75 an HR.

Excellent Service. Outstanding Company. I highly recommend this company as your service to move documents, envelopes and more in the DFW Metroplex when same day makes all the difference. All DFW Business owners should have an account set up with GX because they will get the job done the same day and they care about their customers. Ive had an account for several years and they have always come through for me, and theyll do the same for you.

They lie. They agree on a price and pay you way less than what they agreed on. I dont recommend anyone to work with them
