They work with your best interests at heart to get your computer up to speed quickly.2) The team is friendly, explains the work in laymans terms and above all is honest. And when they could have sold me on upgrades or other work just because, they didnt. Chris Straub has built 2 computers for my business, transferred all data to the new computer from the old and he has even resurrected a dead computer and made it also transfer data to another computer. I was so fortunate to be referred to Chris Straub in 2009 when returning back to the metroplex and working from home. Nells not only fixed my memory issue.. he reran the cables in the case .. why did he need to do that .. because the maker of the computer put it together like it was an old style case and not leveraging the cable design. Nells made sure i had a computer with the things they were supposed to be from the maker..NOW it is running awesomely and has lots of room for airflow. He did this with me there.. i got to see the before and after. As a retired army officer.. I was absolutely impressed by their attention to detail, care for things being done right even if they werent started that way, friendly service, and promptness. I wont go anywhere else for help with my computers.

Chris is rude always delays, always coming up with excuses, does not complete jobs, and if very unloyal, he cant run his company!! I recommend not going to him for nothing not even a job position. I have spoken with his employees and its not them, they are hard working and well intended. It is his tools that need upgrading. Daltech needs to get automated. Beware Daltech does not hold any GL insurance nor product liability insurance. Go to him at your own risk.

I was very pleased with my experience with DalTec. When I brought my laptop in, Nels ran a few quick tests for me free of charge while I waited on my lunch hour, which impressed me. He was very friendly and helpful and then explained to me some options in a low pressure, genuine and professional manner. I decided to think over my options over the weekend and decided to ask Dal Tech to swap out my laptop data to a new laptop. They stayed in contact with me until the project was finished, and their pricing was very reasonable. I also asked if he would help me with recover my Itunes library and playlists that disappeared when I installed the latest version recently, and he did. So glad to have my playlists back. This was a wonderful extra thoughtful customer service bonus that will keep me coming back. I love to support small businesses that go above and beyond, and I would definitely send my friends and family here.
