We hired Servant Remodeling to update an existing bathroom in our home. We needed to convert the bathtub into a walk-in shower and reconfigure the room to be more handicap accessable. After we met with Rob to select a plan for the work, it was done in a timely manner and we were kept up to date on who was coming and when. All of the workers in and out were very professional and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. We would HIGHLY recommend their work!

Servant Remodeling is an excellent company to choose if you want quality workmanship and professionalism which we dont see these days. We chose them for 2 major projects because we trusted Rob Jackson, the owner of the company, to help us make the right decision for the projects. He pays attention to details and listens to our needs but at the same time dont hesitate to give suggestions if he sees a better option. We took his suggestions because we trusted him and his experience.The first project was the kitchen remodeling in 2005. We had major changes to the floor plan and love the results. Forward to 2019, we decided to use Servant Remodeling again for a room addition (converting patio to family room) and created a new patio. We had a lot of huddles because of constant rain in Oct 2019 but the company still completed in a timely manner before the holidays. Everyone worked really hard everyday and watched the weather forecast closely to stay on schedule. We are happy with the results and till today, we continued getting compliments on our kitchen and room addition.

I called Servant Remodeling and no one answers. I leave a voice message that gives my information and instructs whoever to TEXT me. I don’t hear anything back until that night and a guy tries to call me. (Not very good at listening to the customer and not starting out too well. FIRST RED FLAG. He says he is Rob Jackson and he is the owner. SECOND RED FLAG. If you call a company and they are not successful enough to have someone answer the phone. (They are a shade tree, fly-by night outfit)Rob Jackson says he doesn’t do just countertops, backsplash, cooktop and so on. LIAR They only do big jobs . (That means in his case a double wide in the middle of the woods. RUN FROM THIS JERK

Excellent work with painting and bathroom update. We have used Servant for many years. All the employees are personable and easy to work with. We will call them everytime .

We used Servant to remodel our kitchen and open up our living/dining space. We also had a room and foyer combined to create a new office. We met with Rob and he returned with several different plans. Although the cost was over our intended budget we felt comfortable with Rob and his professionalism. The actual project was overseen by Andrew. He has great attention to detail and was very easy to work with. We had to have some exterior design changes and the brickwork looks great. The kitchen is amazing and we are very pleased with the quality of materials. Our only complaint would be with the painters. The quality did not match the other workmanship. We are thrilled with the final results!

We were very pleased with the work that Rob and his team did on our kitchen remodel. They exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Andrew, made sure we always knew what was going on and made sure all work was done to our specification. He answered all of questions and was sure to follow up on any concerns. We have been in our kitchen over a year now. It is still beautiful and we enjoy it very much.

We really loved having Servant Remodeling redo out guest bath and bedroom. Everything was done in great timing, communication was constant, and all workers were polite and hard working. At the end they made sure all details and questions were addressed. I highly recommend them for any remodeling jobs! We will definitely be contacting them again!

There were so many warning signs during our kitchen remodel - subcontractors changed daily and the general contractor was never around to supervise. Now, 7 years later, we need to replace the dishwasher and find that Servant Remodeling installed the new dishwasher below the level of the sub flooring - which makes it almost impossible to remove and install a new dishwasher. The existing tile has to be removed. Very shoddy work by Servant.

This company is a total rip[ off. They think people are fool with no knowledge about the cost of remodel or construction. He is quoting way way above the average cost of the major remodel....!There are very good contractors in the market that do the job well done with reasonable budget.

++CAUTION++ Be very careful when calling this company. The owner Rob Jackson is all about MONEY! I called to request someone come out and give me an estimate on a couple of small remodeling projects. He never came out and looked at what needed to be done. He just quoted me this ridiculous price over the phone. He quoted me $25,000 for both projects. I then asked how much would it be to only do one of the projects, he said $20,000. I told him that was way overpriced for the one small job. His reply was, well we dont do jobs less than $20K. So no matter how small the job is, he will charge you a minimum of $20K, if youll go for it. RIP OFF!!

Rob and his team did a full gut and remodel of my 1984 kitchen. The results exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend.

We tried this company over a year ago and was hugely disappointed when we hired them based on home review books. They were very nice until the $1000 deposit was put down for what he called remodeling ideas. He sent his ideas which werent helpful. Short story, the graphed drawings did not fit our bathroom size. This was pointed out and he apologized for the mistakes. However, before we handed over the money we asked about the price and it was well below what the quote was. And that is the tricky part because I think he raises your hopes so you put down the payment and then he jacks the prices. And Im not just talking about a small amount. Im talking 10s of thousands. Also, when a person is hired and walking through your home they shouldnt be making snippity remarks about other decorations they know nothing about. We learned a lesson about honest companies and I dont think his is.

This company is thorough, skilled, professional and places a high value on customer satisfaction. Always goes the extra mile.
