Not exactly sure what line of business Bestech truly focuses given their description. I am writing a review based on their appliance repair service, or lack thereof. Unfortunately, Bestech really missed the mark when it came to diagnosing my refrigerator issues. They came out in the late evening, working with my schedule however did not run proper diagnostics and immediately replaced the most expensive parts in my appliance. I continue to have the same issue as before. The parts may not be returned and their inexperienced service techs have profited and completely abandoned the job. This company does not have proper tools to complete tasks necessary, as they are too expensive said one tech, telling me I shouldve just bought a new refrigerator. Please do yourself a favor and find a better tech.
