The State Farm rep Ken, was a very professional representative and it was apparent he was keen on having my needs up front. Over the phone he knew what to ask. As a retired US Navy Chief, I was impressed and would recommend my family or friends to State Farm. By the way, they didnt gouge the cost. They saved me money by giving me the bottom line cost for a senior adult.

Had some initial difficulties with Lindas staff however was very pleased with the service that I received from Linda herself. Once Linda was aware and involved with the problem it was resolved within a few weeks.
