My car suffered hail damage after several hail storms hit DFW this year. I also had a small crack in my windshield that was enlarged during the hail storms. I didnt have the deductible to file a claim so I put it on my do later list. One day my manager mentioned she missed her car because it was in the shop do to hail damage. When she finally got it back she was raving about how good her car looked so I asked her for the shops number and a week later I called, everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and informative during the whole process. They provided me with a rental car and repaired my car in three days instead of the estimated five days they quoted. Ramzi the driver who delivered my car and sealed the first class experience i had received. He was kind, personable, and professional. My car looked amazing and they had cleaned the inside as well. I would definitely recommend Dent Mavericks and if I need body work done again, they will definitely be my first choice.

Received some good Texas sized hail on my daily driver and decided to give this company a shot at the repair. As with any review, here are the pros/ cons:The good:*They picked the car up from my house and returned it after the repair.*Agreed to buff out all the scratches from “wear n tear” over the years.*Fully detailed the vehicle.*They offered up a rental vehicle if needed.The bad:The repair took about three weeks.I turned down the rental offer as I already had a second vehicle to drive and because the repair took a minute, I ended up being without my daily driver for three weeks- this is the basis for my 4/5 star review. Otherwise, the value for the money was significant and I would agree that they did a great job making my car look new again.-Sean

My sales rep, Geno did a fantastic job walking me through the process and taking care of me during what would usually be a stressful process. Thankfully, I didn’t have to deal with my insurance at all! When Geno first looked at my car, he pointed every little hail ding out to me. Osamah from Dent Mavericks came to my work, and dropped off a 2021 Lincoln as a loaner for me, and picked my car up on a Tuesday. Now it’s Friday and I already have my car back! My insurance unfortunately didn’t cover my cracked windshield, but I just got my car back and they replaced my windshield for me! It was a breeze doing business with Geno and Dent Mavericks! 10/10 would recommend.

This company was fantastic. I asked my neighborhood who they recommend and decided to use them for hail repair. They are as good as promised. Provided me a rental that fit our family’s needs and delivered it to me then delivered my truck to me once complete. Dent Mavericks did an amazing job on two of our cars. 2011 Ford F-150 and our 2020 Dodge Durango got hit bad with hail. One of their reps Farris Abdalla walked up to us while I was in garage and he explained it in the simplest way as to the process. They took our cars in for a week and gave us free rentals. By far a great professional company can’t thank them enough for the work. The cars look great returned them to us with a detail package even. They saved us a lot of money and they just made EVERYTHING a simple hassle free process. I will be recommending anyone and everything to go through this company I promise you any other company will take a long time compared to these guys. UPDATE ADDED with PROOF:: BEWARE! I have been attempting to resolve a past due invoice from a rental car claim with Dent Mavericks since October. At first they were responsive and assured it would be resolved and now I’m being threatened with COLLECTIONS from Hertz because they still have not paid for the rental. Not only was the rental not paid for but it was billed for 10 more days than I even had the rental. Now I am forced to pay $1000 out of pocket to prevent credit impact and Hertz has revoked my ability to rent from them. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE customer service follow-up.This information 100% factual. Facts: You called after the post was already submitted. As I informed you on the call, I am still awaiting proof that payment was made therefore still in jeopardy of having to pay out of pocket and I can still not rent from Hertz as of 1/2/2020. Until those points are cleared the review stands. Furthermore, I have proof that my I could not exit the gate in Nashville so had to rent from Avis because I was label as a DO NOT RENT (which you acknowledged on the call). I am a President Circle member at Hertz which signifies I have rented over 30+ times a year and never had any issue until this ordeal with Dent Mavericks.

Please read all the way to the bottom if you seek advise for remedies if you are a similar victim of this company!We were one of the unfortunate households that were the recipients of hail damage on 4/28/2021. We decided to go with Dent Mavericks because of their historical reviews. Given recent reviews, it seems I am not the only displeased with their recent service.We have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator. Prior to the hail storm there were minor rock chips, and a dent on the passenger side of the vehicle. We were promised:-5-7 day turnaround-A rental vehicle that was comparable to our Navigator-Our vehicle would be returned in a condition as good if not better than when it was damaged.Our complaints:-Our vehicle was in their possession for over 30 days and the only time we received an update is when my wife or I called and had to go through multiple people to figure out what was going with our vehicle. Almost as though the left hand didnt know what the right was doing.-We received a small KIA SUV as a comparable vehicle to our Navigator. We were told they had their own rental fleet and then we were harassed by Hertz rental company at every turn because they had to out source the rental. One could only conclude that they perhaps over extended themselves and went with the cheapest option possible to give us a rental that they were forced to rent.-As far as the condition of the vehicle..... The first time it was returned with warped trim pieces, additional dents, unrepaired dents, huge new dent over the tire well, long blue scratch down the top of two doors on the driver side, a new scratch along the back of the vehicle, and what looks like a cut along the top of the trim around the frame on the driver side roof where they tried to save some money. There is even left over glue on the exterior in the gap. Additionally, the driver side door did not even shut properly because the door was reinstalled incorrectly. We were told that it was inspected personally by Josh and he declared it ready for return. This says a lot about their credibility. When we called to get a resolution we were told that 99% of the damage was Already there and that there was a previous paint job that has since been confirmed as untrue by the dealership we purchased the vehicle from. When told that we would take whatever measures necessary to ensure our vehicle was repaired properly, I was told, You cant expect all of the hail damage to be repaired perfectly After that, they made sure the door was realigned and then returned the car. All of the unresolved damage left untouched. They have since been advised by their attorney to ceases communication if a lawsuit is mentioned.It is worth mentioning that they were nice enough to send their check-in video of the navigator to us. Unfortunately, when comparing to later footage, it proved our point more vividly and with factual video. They also do not do a check-out video for comparison so we did several of our own upon return before driving anywhere.Anyone who is a victim of this company we hope to give you some resources you can use to remedy your displeasure as well. I am by no means an attorney, but am simply informing other consumers on possible remedies should the company wish to continue their current business practices:-Email Consumer Division of local News Stations-Send a written intent to sue and have it delivered certified mail to their address weeks before you intend to file. This gives them the opportunity to come to a resolution with you outside of court and start the clock rolling on the waiting period between informing them and action-Send all documentation, text messages, video, and pictures to an attorney. Some will work on contingent.-Formal complaint to the Attorney General of Texas-Formal complaint to Department of Consumer and Business Affairs-Formal complaint to the FTC for deceptive trade practices-Formal complaint to the city of Dallas-BBB Complaint-File a claim against their insurance companyI hope this helps anyone dealing with what we have.

I got my car done at Dent Mavricks back in February. the work they did was amazing, all thought they didn’t do everything they said they would the outcome was still amazing. however my only issue is that, when they took my car, they gave me a rental. and they said it would only be like a $50 or $60 fee, i can’t remember exactly but no more than that. but since then i have gotten mail from Hertz saying that i owe them $710 for my rental. when Dent Mavricks said i would only have to pay the $50/$60 fee & they will cover the rest. I started receiving these in the mail since March 27, and pretty much every two weeks since. i have tried reaching out to the rep who helped me & he just doesn’t answer. His name is Faris. I’ve tried calling Dent Mavricks, but they are VERY hard to reach. I’ve emailed someone named Bennett for help to resolve this issue but again, i’m being left in the dark & no one is answering. It’s June 4th & my issues are still NOT resolved. it’s been 3 months. this billing issue with Hertz from Dent Mavricks is not the first, if you look through their reviews there a couple others. i really did not want to write a bad review for them, but it sucks when i keep reaching out to them & them just not replying or giving me any updates or answers & i’m just stuck with a $710 Hertz bill that will be sent into collections and my privileges to rent from hertz from here on out are cancelled.

High quality work, great communication, and overall great business. Made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond repairing my car. Higy recommend.

The whole team is professional and knowledgeable. They picked up my truck from my home and provided a rental at their expense. My truck came back looking brand new! Unbelievably great service. Would absolutely recommend them for your hail damage!

These guys work fast, I took my jeep in for hail damage and didnt pay a penny out of my pocket just like they said, they gave me a nice rental and got my jeep back in less than a week. Zero complaints, I was very happy with the work they did on my jeep, and Carlos, the guy that helped me out was very nkind and friendly. Awesome work guys! I recommend it 100%.

I had a very good experience with them. Luis was great help. He came to my house, paid me a visit and took care of everything from there. I didnt even have to move away from my house. The pick up, rental and drop off was on time, no issues. My truck looks great. Thanks guys!!!!

Best in the business here, magicians at what they do

This company will just take no for an answer. A guy named Carlos came by a few days ago and offered to fix my truck, but there are no imperfections on it it’s a brand new truck and yet he claims it has quite a few and is asking to do some “beneficial” work that will “benefíciate” both their company Dent Maverick and I however I feel a bit harassed at the fact that I keep saying no and he just keeps on knocking at the door. Both the company and this guy have to learn to take no for an answer honestly it’s too much. I spoke to some neighbors and sure enough they have had a few issues with the same guy and some have said the company is not a good company to begin with I would suggest doing some more research before doing any type of business with them.

I had no idea that I could make a comprehensive claim on hail and not have my premium go up. Danny Dent was professional, informative, and maintained communication with me throughout the entire process! Both my vehicles were repaired, and they both look like new! I will definitely trust Dent Mavericks with any future hail repairs! I recommend Dent Mavericks 100%!

My car went in looking all janky. It looks brand new. Seriously. Paint job was done amazing they waxed everything from top to bottom. Put me in a very nice rental. Everything was so easy and worth it! They even detailed the inside when I got my car back. Thank you Jaycee Campos for all your help!!!!

I had the best experience with the owner of Dent Mavricks. He personally made sure that I was well taken care of every step of the way. I had severe hail damage to both of my vehicles from recent hail storms. He was in constant contact with me and readily made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions at every stage of the process. He even had his guys deliver one of my cars and picked up the other while I was at work! He really went above and beyond and made me feel like a friend and I honestly knew that my cars were in great hands and he would take care of everything. Both cars were returned to me like they just came from the factory! Beautiful work. Best experience I have ever had. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Some of the BEST service Ive ever gotten at a vehicle shop! All staff members are ultra professional, the facility is very clean and the entire process was so simple! They picked up my car, handled everything with insurance and even provided a free loaner car. they fixed every single dent(there were a lot!) and even detailed it before I got my car back.Dent Mavericks are THE pros in this business!

My 2016 chevy cruze was demolished with hail during the winter storm. I was amazed at how awesome these people were. They took care of me in every aspect. And on top of that, i left a key on their key ring on accident. Instead of making me drive to them to get it, they offered to drive it back to me on a different day! I wouldnt expect this kind of service from anyone. And my car looks like its brand new. Every single dent and scratch was taken care of. Thanks guys.

UPDATE: I have tried calling your business to get this issue resolved, but I am receiving bills from Hertz saying I owe them money after I was told this would be covered. I have waited thinking it was a mistake and have not heard from anyone to give me answers and now I have to pay or it will to my credit????!!! Not Happy!Ryan was great! And the shop got my car back to me super fast! Very easy and worth it!! Didn’t cost me a thing and finally got my car fixed! It even came back clean and fully detailed! Thank you!! 😃

Day 1, they came and dropped off a rental car for me and took my car in to get the hail damaged fixed. They spoke with my insurance company and got everything handled without me needing to do so. They are very good at communicating with you and working with your schedule in regards to swapping vehicles. I was surprised when I went to pick my car up and they had detailed the car! Would highly recommend using them!

My client had referred me to dent Mavericks as she had used them in the past and said they were great. I must say they were exactly that; and they exceeded my expectations across the board. Brandon Begin took care of me from start to finish. He explained the whole process with insurance, deductibles etc and basically made my experience super easy, and everything was done quickly. The repairs were done and are nice and smooth. But now I’m calling them about my broken keychain and they wanna ignore me. I asked them to send me the all the pictures before service but only sent me 2 after the pictures no more contact from them.

These people were all fantastic! Tristan Phifer was my first contact in the neighborhood but people on the phone, picking up and dropping off my vehicle were all courteous, professional, just great. The work was beautiful - and I have a KIA, not a luxury car! They worked easily with my insurance. No deductible!
