These people lied to me about so many things. They told me that I had to buy a new phone when they should of given me one for free since I was a new customer. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this company to anyone. This is the worst company to deal with they treat veterans worse then anyone else that I have see. This is the worst and they can go right to hell cause thats where they came from.
Rose was great, she helped activate my son replacement phone. She went above and beyond. I will definitely return to this location.

Horrible customer service. The sales woman there black girl with braids made me feel very unwelcomed. Could care less if I bought a phone and basically ignored me. Only reason its not 1 star is because I got a decent deal. Wont be back.
Be careful after my x told the saleswoman a sob story the employee actually tried to get my pin without my knowledge but a text message alerted me. My x thought I was sleeping and then pulled that with the employees help calling her a friend. Wow friends will do illegal acts if you have a good story. Real nice customer service.

Today I had the awful experience of getting a brand new phone for my daughter. This was an unbelievably frustrating situation, but fortunately, I was lucky enough to get to deal with the wonderfully kind and patience Rose.So heres the deal. I bought my daughter a new Apple 7 for her 14th Bday. I got it through a program at work . It was brand new and as we have gotten several phones this way over the past few yrs, we were familiar with the process. Well it didnt work. After an hour on the phone with Boost customer support (dont get me started), we drove to the store . Rose listened, understood, and tried every damn thing she could think of. She called multiple support numbers, tried one thing after another. She wasnt giving up and eventually with Apple support figured it out. After a trip to Best Buy, because Boost didnt have a sim card, another call or two and another half hour and we are up and running. What an amazing young women. Truly hard working and took the time, and made a horribly frustrating situation for an old dude like me who doesnt keep up with technology, a little less painful,And we even had a few laughs. Thank you Rose for your great service!!! It was a pleasure meeting you.
