I get that I shown up at 7:56, four minutes before this particular Spectrum location closed, but there was no reason to obviously lock the door in front of my face as I’m already five feet from the door. If you were closing a few minutes early, then you should have been done locked it prior. There was no reason to be THAT rude.Then proceeded to get up and stare at me as I drive away. Extremely rude and do not recommend this location.

Too long of lines, charges you for services you dont use switches you to departments and people who cant help you and does not care about their customers concerns,, They are a big rip off service. . Be Careful theres many loop holes their gonna get you...

At first it was fine. I got in and got my stuff and it went smooth. Until I got home and they gave me the wrong power cord for one of the pieces. So I had to drive another 20 minutes back there and on top of that wait a half hour just for them to fix the mistake they made at the expense of my time.

I live on the east side of the Portage County. I needed changes to my service and being disappointed by the poor service of the staff at the Stow-Kent Spectrum store, I went to the Spectrum store in Cuyahoga Falls near the Chapel Hill area and there I was greeted by a very polite young man named ‘CJ’ who presented himself as a genuinely caring, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable person. I was truly impressed by his knowledge and his overall attitude and do recommend anyone even in Kent and Ravenna area who needs new or change in service, be it phone, cable or internet to ask for him.

Who came up with the idea of logging into their pc to signin just to see an agent was the dumbest idea ever. Why cant folks just walk up to the counter for help. I went to turn in a box for someone who moved out of state, it took 45 mins for me wait to be called. 2 peeps came in after me was called before me. This idea stinks and needs a make-over.

Had to pay my wifi bill was going to trade my old phone started to get a new phone but they told me if I do get a phone it would be 2 defrent account I have internet with them but I would have two spectrum account they couldnt combon both with the same amount no way I wound do that

Been a Time Warner/Spectrum customer for over 20 years. Internet goes out twice a day between noon and 1pm and between 5 and 6pm. Landline is flooded with solicitation scams and TV frequently pixilates and becomes unwatchable. All for the low low price of $275 per month. Called today to see if something can be done and was informed that next month our bill will be increasing to $380 per month. What a scam and a rip-off! Highway robbery! Needless to say, I will be canceling my 20+ year account before the end of this billing cycle because obviously a despicable company such as Spectrum doesnt prorate bills and has no problem charging for services not rendered. Siyonara Spectrum! Hello DirecTV. By switching I will save over $1600 every year, just wish I had switched sooner!

Nice new location, plenty of parking. The store is very well lit and very clean, with nice seating for waiting.Im so glad I was able to return my box without any grief, and received the replacement quickly. And I wasnt even pressured into getting more services! My experience was extremely pleasent!

For any current or incoming customers. Plan leaving Spectrum services carefully. They are going to bill you the final full month with no prorating regardless of when you cancel. They knowingly do this after billing you a month in advance at contract beginning. I spoke to three people. initial rep, supervisor, and a manager who all simply said they understood my frustration but that it was the policy (I have the entire saved chat). I checked the Better Business Bureau and it turns out this is one of the main complaints against Spectrum. I am not one to typically leave negative reviews (posting publicly so you can check me on that) and while yes this may be their policy, and yes I likely did agree to this. How many of us read all that legal speak they put out there when we are signing up? We take it on faith that we will be handled in a fair and equitable manner. With Spectrum this is not the case. It is not in any way assisting their customers whom they in their advertising claim to care so much about. After 20+ years with TWC and now Spectrum I am being asked to now pay $80 for 4 days of internet access. I am willing to cover the $12 that would be those 4 days (yes I rounded up and added 1). Thankfully choices are coming and Spectrum is no longer the only provider. I am not saying the others will not do the same thing. I am however wise to it now and hopefully you are as well.

The customer service rep that helped me was not that friendly he was not answering questions that I would ask it seem like I feel like I was bothering him when I was trying to get my phone worked on and set up maybe he just had a bad Saturday afternoon
