I havent received mail sinse feb 19My landlord blames post office post office blames landlord.I have asked them to start delivering again. They say customer requested mail be held. I didnt post office says mail boxes were tampered with so they wont deliver. They say they dont lock. They are locked front and back .I have to drive 3 miles to get my mail. They tell me i dont have any even though i signed up for informed mail.. Then they have sent a package ive been waiting for for 6 weeks to a post office in a diffrent city and im supposed to know its there they left no delivery attempt slip. .i picked a pile of mail today. Think finally getting my mail 5 items mine the rest belonged to several of my neighbors. Thats why i give 1 star. I do feel for the workers though.Under staffed
BY FAR the friendliest staff at any post office in the area, I go to all of them in northern summit county on a weekly basis. Some people have no patience and it is also the USPS..
I went in to pick up certified mail and Moe was just the nicest guy I have run in to in a while. Service is friendly and quick, and Moe went out of his way to make my child smile, which is nice when weve been stuck running errands for hours.
The customer service up front is always courteous and takes care of you. The delivery end of things out of this branch is atrocious. They have never successfully delivered a package to me in 19 years, be it to houses or apartments Ive lived in. Half the time, they will try to deliver it to the wrong address. Another 25% of the time, there will be no missed delivery sticker. You will never be able to get them to redeliver, ever. Recently, the mail they deliver to me is wadded up, instead of placed nicely into my mail box.
I have not received packages that were supposed to be delivered already and today I received a Christmas card that was torn opened before it was delivered.
So I left a bad review once but i meant to leave it for the location near the Stonehenge bowling alley. I had a bad experience there. Today I went to this location and experienced the angel of a human named Maurice. I was having a bad day and he turned it all around. I love closer to the other location but I’ll be going out of my way to come here just to see his smiling face!!!
I usually have a good experience here. The older black gentleman is great. But today I had a larger white lady that took my package and literally threw it over the little wall into the bin. Hopefully what was in it did not break, because it was somewhat fragile. She said whoa, this is heavy then threw it in. I felt it was disrespectful as well. Hopefully not all packages get treated this way. Better get the insurance option when sending something that could break.

HORRIBLE POST OFFICE with possible light fingers. I had a package that I sent out and it was RETURNED to this location where it sat for a month as I THOUGHT the company I mailed it to received it. When I went in person....NOBODY COULD FIND THE BOX ! IT CLEARLY SHOWED THEY HAVE IT IN THEIR FACILITY BUT YET IT COULD NOT BE FOUND . CLEAR case of the insurance paying me correct ? WRONG...They DENIED MY CLAIM 3 TIMES BECAUSE WHILE IT SHOWS THE USPS IS AT FAULT AND LOST or HAD MY PARCEL STOLEN BY A LIGHT FINGERED WORKER, THEY SAID I WAITED OVER 30 DAYS TO FILE A CLAIM !!!!!!!! I THOUGHT my parcel was delivered and why would the LOCAL post office mail it BACK TO ME WHEN I PAID PRIORITY MAIL WITH INSURANCE ???? Total SCAM and these workers here seem to work slower than a SLOTH unless they are running out the back door to lunch or putting my parcel in their car !
Don’t go inside the post office much but I received great customer service today! Associate was very helpful.

I consistently get the wrong mail, almost daily. Recently ordered from amazon, who then had USPS deliver. The mail lady spent 25 minutes looking in her truck for the package and said shed return later that day when she found it. She lied and stated that I requested that the USPS hold my package at the post office because I didnt want the package to be left unattended. Impossible because I was in the front yard during the attempt to deliver.
I do not always receive the grocery flyers with Tuesdays mail. As a shut in I need them to put lists together for delivery.
Incredibly poor service. I regularly have the wrong mail delivered to me. I also have had mail not be received from me. I and others have attempted to contact someone to review concerns. Unable to connect with a person. Have told apartment complex management. They informed me they dont receive complaints from people in my area. Horrible post office. I want to move out of this area because of the constant mistakes and damaged mail that I do receive. If I receive it.
The clerks there always greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help a customer. I dont usually do reviews until I read the reviews for this post office and had to comment. First as most of us know who come in on a regular basis, and I have been coming to this office since it opened. The mail is collected at 5:30 not 5 if you read the Dropboxes it tells you that. Did you know they have an automated teller that you can mail packages 24/7 and if mailed before 5:30 they still go out that same day.
Package not scanned when dropped off or leaving facility so no tracking is available on my customers item. say they cant do anything for 30 days. my customer wont be happy
Customer service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly as well as professional. Recently Barb went way beyond what was expected when helping me with preparing a package for shipping.
Horrible customer experience. Will avoid giving my business to the post office in the future. Always have had better experiences with FedEx and UPS.
Extremely odd crew working the front desk...its almost always 2 old men, and an old lady who sits. they lack basic customer serice skills nad make it very obvious they hate working there. just bad..also had multiple times id get a package with tracking saying delivered to my PO box and it would not be in there or have a slip, id have to wait in line to ask them and they magically come back with the package from the back, like the sorter just throws all the packs he didnt finish sorting into a big pile or something who knows.

Filled out a card to have the post man leave the package on my porch hidden behind the grill, neighbors said he didnt leave it and he took the card. You cant even call the post office.
I walked in the post office with a question about pre stamped envople dealing with my retirement fund. I asked the person behind the counter if I needed a stamp just to make sure. And the person behind the counter said no everything is good sir. I can take care of it. I contacted vanguard 2 months later to check the status and they never received the letter. I really do not what happen to my letter but I was not happy. I do not whos fault it is but some one is not doing their job. Please make sure peoples letter make it to the desired destination.
Horrible customer service, they delivered my package in wrong address. As soon as I knew my package was delivered to wrong address and contact them, first time they said they will recheck and call me back but never did. I call again, this time they still said same like first time. On next day I call again still said same thing. They never checked about the misdelivered package. Second day I have call 3 times but didnt get anything. Third day I have visited this place and asked about my lost package, one of the clerk send to supervisor and found they are still unknown about my problem. Supervisor take tracking info and look on Geo locator said package was delivered to my address but I didnt believe.since my regular postman came on that day at 3.15pm but package was delivered at 12.46pm. we all are at home until the postman arrived to my address 3:15 pm. No one came earlier with package. Tracking information is giving us clear information, package was delivered to individual. But whos that individual????? That person might have signed to get the package. But why they denied to give this information??? Since I cant claim to seller because tracking information says USPS delivered my package. I am losing my money because of post office carelessness. Its not fair to anyone if USPS customer service giving service like this. I call them 2-3 times every day but got nothing just wasting my time and package..😞😞😞😞😞Horrible customer service hard to deal with them.
I went there I Believe was the 10th of February, I walked in with a package with a prepaid label on the side clearly shown a man working the back counter ask me to come over I greeted him and he said nothing so I handed my package with the prepaid label facing him he grabbed the box with out saying anything flipped it sideways and started typing information on he top of the box, then said okay that’ll be 8.54 and I said I’m sorry ? I believe there is a prepaid label if I’m not mistaken, he let out a loud sigh and shrugged his shoulders and said well maybe next tell me that before I type this all up in a very rude tone, I said I’m sorry sir I thought you seen it since I handed to you in your direction of view and he replied with well now I have to clear this “uugghh” aggressively ripped he receipt from the printer slammed his pen down and grab my box and threw it in a bag next to him and said next time don’t waste my time just put it in the bag were the boxes go that prepaid . Now it’s been 5 days I have no had any confirmation on details about my package nor he didn’t give me anything to track refund status, I feel it has not yet shipped but I am uncertain. I definitely will not be walking in to that mess every again .

They regularly do collections before the alloted time and skip collections. They usually do the end of day collection that is supposed to be at 5:00 PM at least 15 minutes early, so even though I sometimes rush to get there before 5:00, it does not matter. I have complained to the post office, and they say they will notify the staff, but it does not improve. They are supposed to have a 1:00 PM collection time daily, but usually if I put a package in before 1:00, it still does not go out until 5:00. This is the indoor collection box, not the outdoor boxes.
Horrible service. Waited in line for 15 mins then the line got bigger and the one clerk called for backup. After an additional 10 minutes of waiting the second clerk came out of the back. The second clerk whos name was Bob was extrmemely rude and unprofessional. I had to send a package and merely needed simple direction and service and he was being snarky and was of no help at all. Never going back to this location again. Extremely disappointed.

Their website and their doors states that they are opened until 5 so why were they closed yesterday at 4:45? Not cool.
Package got received by them at 11:16m and it wasnt on the truck when they delivered at 5:30 pm, what a bunch of BS I could have picked it up at noon and had it today instead the are closed when my mail get delivered what a joke of a post office

Went on vacation for a week and had mail put on hold only to find packages and mail piled up when I got home. They have no idea what happened even though I had this set up weeks before leaving!
