Superior Used cars is a great place for financing a car for any reason. I was transitioning back into town an had an unfortunate accident just shy of few payments of paying off. Bummer I know right. In considering this of course reluctant of having to go through the starting over with the payment process again, I just so happen was fortunate enough to find a place such as Superior Used Cars. Upon entering the parking lot I spotted one car right away an already knew an said it was mine snowed covered an all lol. Blessed I could not have picked a better choice I have had no issues mechanical wise throughout the whole time an still dont. Nothing major or that wasnt common sense or necessary anyway. For instance, the obvious oil changes an a new battery which was time anyway considering the original battery was still in my 6 yr old 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Other than that she is a winner an purrs like a kitten how I like. I have heard an have nothing but good things ta say about them. Dave is a WONDERFUL salesman an person overall an he made the whole process extremely painless for me lol. An Jennifer in fiances is truly a sweetheart as well. Every phone experience an encounter with them both have been extremely pleasant inviting an a barrel of laughs lol. I could not have picked a better place to get my car. Probably the best used car dealership in all of Stark/Summit county. Ive already bought and paid off my truck with Superior and still have it. No major issues other than some basic maintenance or parts that overtime need replaced. Superior has been super easy to work with. We are considering another vehicle but just to make sure we are exploring all avenues, we checked out a couple of car lots closer to home. Superior has us spoiled because all the other car lots, do not do anything with the vehicles but get them and throw them on the lot. All the vehicles were dirty and not well maintained at the other lots. At superior, every vehicle we got into was thoroughly detailed. Dave and the staff at superior are just that... Superior. I highly recommend them. Youre not just a number, you are a part of their family. Jen, Mike and Dave have all followed up with me numerous times just to see how the car hunt is going. They are all absolutely great.

Read this! If you don’t buy your car here, you’re not getting treated as well as you could be. Dave was absolutely awesome to work with. I would honestly get lunch with the guy. I purchased a van here about 3 weeks ago. BIG mistake. The van keeps stalling engine light is on. They will rip you off if you are a woman. Im a single mom too. I told them and asked to swap for a vehicle that is more reliable as I need this vehicle to transport my severely autistic son to school 60 miles a day. What a jerk. He sold me a piece of crap. Only worth 1000 KBB sold me for 6000. And Im scared to drive it. Do not go here. They will rip you off.

We found a few things wrong with the Buick Terraza that I was looking to buy when I went to take it for a test drive. They were very attentive apologetic about the problems figured out what needed done to it and fixed it for me. They were so Awesome and Dave is a Great salesman he even held the van for me while we were on our way to go look at it and test drive it.

Sold me a crap car, had problems within the first week of having the car. Many lights are on, & they dont know what theyre doing when they are fixing your car. I wouldnt recommend buying from there. Theyll make the car seem perfect until you buy it & drive it off the lot then everything starts going wrong. Horrible experience. Im now paying elsewhere to have it fixed :)

I bought an Acura TL for sale and they sold me some trash. The next day the check engine light came on the saftey air bag light came on and the transmission is skipping. They are not honorable in fact they are scam artist. I have never had a bad experience with a dealer but I suggest that you not purchase from here unless you want to be scammed. I took the car back twice both times he just reset it. He offers to fix it but never truly does. Run the other way fast!!!!!!He claims he has my part if he is truly is honorable he would ship the part to me and I will find my own technician.

Honesty is the best policy. My wife and I went to this dealership with no car and low money down. We walked in, explained our whole situation and let them know we just needed something reliable to get us by. After that they do a credit check, but they ask you about yourself first and some of the things that came up that put you into the situation youre in. We told them our story and exactly why our cars were repossessed and where we were in our lives at this time. They sit down and do a budget worksheet with you and see what you can afford and try to work around that. It was so nice of them and I couldnt have asked them for anything more. Their vehicles are high mileage, most in the 150k range, but in great condition and come with a 6 month/6,000 mile warranty clearly stated they pay for 50% of parts and labor. Anything wrong with the car before it leaves the lot is disclosed or they fix. We bought a car and before we drove it home, they checked it out. It needed several things, but it wasnt serious so we were allowed to take it home the next day. They just had to order the parts and schedule a time to have it serviced. They fixed it all at no cost to us and provided us with a loaner while ours was at their dealership being fixed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car with less than perfect credit or in need.***Update*** Our car still runs great. Had a slight exhaust issue and they worked with us on getting it fixed. We overpaid on the total price of the car and they worked with us to take the amount we overpaid by and apply it to our current payments. They have been so helpful. We bought our car with 212K miles. It has no issues and we have put 5k miles on it in 6 months. This car still runs like a champ and drives like it has only 60k miles. The only things we have done to it are an oil change and tires. We only had to do tires, becaus emy wife blew one tire and with it being AWD we had to replace all 4. Our fault. Their mechanics are instructors at a local college and work for them on the weekend. And they have even helped with a car I already own and not one I bought from them. If you need a car, this is the place to go. I would buy from them anytime and we are actually looking at 2 more cars from them right now.

We bought a 2000 Honda crv in 2013. Let me.just say that was a haggle from.the second we drove off the lot the trouble began. There mechanic doesnt know a thing.took it in three times for a window motor and it was never right even after I PAID 3 TIMES to have it done.the check engine light came on soon as we got on rt 8 behind the lot.we are fools by over paying by thousands. The crv completely died not even a year later. They sell junk straight up. Worst lot around. Put 700 in the car and a week later the engine they rigged up blew up like a grenade. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU ENJOY HEADACHESTERRIBLE BUYER BEWARE

They sell garbage and dont make an honest living if the car you are looking at has a dead battery or is super clean more so then usual run!!!! Ive personally seen and witnessed my self them.tell numerous customers the batteries are dead. Its a scam to get rid of check engine codes. Dont do busniness here
