Had an easy experience with World Auto. They were upfront with a couple of items shown on the vehicle’s carfax and negotiating was trouble free.I flew in and they picked me up at the airport, the car did have a couple of scratches that one can not see on pictures, but other then that, everything was great.

First of all If I didnt have insurance on my car and if I didnt then why would you let anyone drive away without it? Which by the way I can show proof.... Out of respect I took my review off due to because I was ask to . But I made my payment on time and supposedly I was behind you also took money without making sure it was ok but I didnt complain because i knew my payment needed to be made. And you gave me a beater with a heater and which I still owed 4000 left on it . And if I remember remember right when I first got the car I only had it for about a week and the tire blow and had to get a tow because the lug nuts wasnt on all the way but I didnt file for a law suit. I also didnt ask for a handout just to put me in something till I got my more money.

This was my first car buying experience, and they made it so easy and yes even fun. All of their cars are beautiful and Julie is just a wonderful person to work with! Being so young myself, I was worried about getting the wool pulled over my eyes but she walked me through everything and even helped me with solidifying my insurance. I got in touch with Fred asking him to take care of some scratches I had on my vehicle. He got me scheduled in just a few days. I was told the job would take 4 days and it only took 2!!! The scratches are all taken care of. It looks great!

Went in to check out a 2012 silverado the staff was helpful and patient ended up buying it and so far so good has minor problems but they are having me bring it back so they can fix it all in all a pretty good place just.

Im a single dad who had a car completely paid off. One day the engine blew out and I was devastated knowing that I either had to shell out 4k or try and get financed for the car. We bought a vehicle here and were lied to. We were told they would fix certain things we wanted fixed before they delivered it, but they did not. They told us what they didnt fix the warranty would cover. They lied again and told us we were getting this great warranty that covered everything and we found out we got a basic warranty. Our vehicle doesnt have working 4 wheel drive, it has electrical problems, a transmission leak, all of which are not covered under the warranty.

I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and not having any luck because of bad credit and shady dealerships with over priced inventory and horrible staff members. I came across this place just before they closed on Thursday coming home from grocery shopping and stopped in because I needed a new vehicle. Both Julie(the saleswoman) and Royce(financial manager) were very pleasant and accommodating and didnt rush me out the door. I came back the next day and with BAD CREDIT I did not expect to get approved. But not only was I approved...But quicker and easier than I wouldve thought!! And I left with a lower payment than expected and a nicer car and a full stomach after Julie ordered and fed me pizza!! Thank you all I look forward to doing business with you in the future!!

I was nervous at first about buying a used car, but Victor and Fred were so accommodating. Victor answered my inquiry about the car I was interested in immediately and we arranged for a test drive. Victor told me right away that there was a minor issue with the car (a tire sensor had been left off when they had the brakes replaced before the car was purchased). I would give them 0 stars if I could. Horrible place to buy a car. My son bought a car from them in October 2016. The car has been on the road less than 30 days in the past year. Royce was a poor excuse for a salesman and the owner (Fred?) is a poor excuse for a human being. The entire organization is shady and unprofessional. $8500.00 for a vehicle that doesnt run. Customer service is combative and non-existent. Heard a lot of excuses about the car being pre-owned. Sure, but I think it should at least run. The first issue was even a safety issue on a brake line recall that they couldnt bother to fix before selling the vehicle even though they knew about the recall before the sold the vehicle. The right thing to do would have been to at least let the buyer know about it, but they did nothing. Good thing no one died when the brakes failed. These folks take advantage of people; they do not operate an ethical business.

Fred failed to fix things on the car that he had promised in written form before the purchase took place, He has ignored my calls. I am contacting the better business bureau in regards to this. They are lucky I dont get a lawyer involved.

Great Service gave my brother a wonderful car

I was in need of getting a different vehicle, and needed to get one fairly quick since we had 2 vehicles down in the family. I had driven my Toyota Sienna Van, which I had bought several years back at World Auto Net, from 67,000 miles to 181,000 with hardly any problems. There was regular maintenance and wear and tear, but overall it was a great Van for us. I contacted World Auto Net again via internet website, and a couple of days later I bought a 2010 Mazda3. I hate buying cars because there is just a lot of things to consider and dealing with car dealers isnt always something to look forward to. However, Jay (Jason) from World Auto Net, as well as everyone else I have dealt with there, always came across as professional, caring and extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured into buying anything particular and was so glad I went back there a second time. I have driving age daughters and if we need a car in the future I will be going back to them again. Also, when i bought the Van, i had requested they put a hitch on for me before I pick it up and follow through with the purchase, and they did the next day. When I bought the Mazda I requested they get the back windows tinted for me, and again they did the next day. In addition, about 1 week after I brought the Mazda home, I inquired about a possible trade due to the size of the car (a personal preference that had nothing to do with the Mazda itself), and even though in the end I kept the Mazda, World Auto Net was once again extremely helpful and ready to follow through with the request with hardly any trouble.

I made the trip to World Auto Net after finding a used car I was interested in on their website. I ended up purchasing the car for a fair price, and the service was friendly and professional enough. There wasnt anything particularly outstanding about this dealership, and the only complaint I have about it is the amount of time it took them to send the cars title in the mail. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would do business with them again if I find myself in the market for a used car again someday.

Back in February I decided to finance a car. This was my first time ever financing. I went to a few places and ended up at world auto net. In the beginning everyone was so helpful and nice. I explained that I was new to this and Pete did everything he could to answer my questions and find the perfect match. I never felt rushed or pressured to get a car here, like I did at previous dealerships. I ended up leaving with a 2013 Kia Rio. I was in love with my car! About a month or 2 after having the car I started hearing a sound and my car was acting as if it did not want to shift gears. I called and spoke with several people for about a week where I was told since I have a deluxe warranty I could take my car anywhere to be looked at. I explained that I would like for their in house machanic to look at my car. For almost a week or so I got nothing but the run around on a date when I could see the tech, along with a bunch of promises to return my calls with a date and time. I finally called and requested to speak with an owner and he had me bring my car up the next day. Of course when the owner (Fred) drove my car, my car was not making the sound. So he told me if I kept having the issue to bring the car back but there was no diagnostic test they could run because my dash had no lights(no check engine light). The owner then called me back that night explaining he went out and purchased another car like mines and the sound he thinks I may be hearing is normal, but once again if I have any trouble to call and have the car looked at. Once again the sound is getting worse and my car is still acting as if it does not want to shift gears (it keeps getting stuck at 2! ) so once again I called the shop and requested to set up a date and time and once again I have yet to hear back from anyone at the shop. I have now had to set up an appt with another shop for my car. I really wish that world auto net would have called me back because I would of felt more comfortable with their tech servicing my car, being that I used them to finance my car. Let’s just say I am on the fence about using them any longer or referring people to go buy cars from them.

Got my Toyota Yaris in Sept 2016 perfect fit for me at a good price, did have a small issue that has been fixed. Fred did everything to make things right for me and I now recommend this place to my friends needing cars and will be coming back in the future!

They worked very well with me to do an in house loan and got me a decent car for the money. After having the car for a few weeks i had a few issues and they took care of it no problem. Now that the warranty was up had a fuel pump go bad they replaced it and not even a week went buy and the fuel pump again went out. After that was fixed for the second time the car has broke down again. They have supplied a loaner vehicle for me every time and that was very helpful. After asking the owner to switch us to a new vehicle that was more reliable because of the two kids me and my girl have he said with trading that car in i would have to put an additional 1500 down. Im about 50/50 with this place they help us but they dont if i get a new car ill wright a new review.

I purchased my 2010 Ford Taurus September 2017 i dealt with Terry and Jeff the current staff was pretty cool, i purchased the warranty for 1500$ extra. Not only a month after having the vehicle i had to fix the brakes which is understandable. The a couple of months later I had to fix the fuel injectors i called the warranty company they dont cover it i was told another plan had came about i would have to purchase that plan (which i was told i had the highest plan). In april my front end began to act up and my gear needs replaced, now my check engine light is on and my transmission is slipping. Up until April i paid my payments on time each month but since i have to pay out of out of pocket for things i thought the warranty covered. Ive come to the conclusion that ive been sold a lemon. The finance company advised me to trade it in to another dealership no one will take it
