My wife and I finally decided to get new siding for our house after many years of putting it off. I dreaded trying to track down a reputable company that would not try to do high pressure sales tactics on us.While I conducted my research I came across veteran owned Pro-Renovators. The company owner Don came out to my house and spent quality time explaining everything to my wife and I. He then answered every question we had for him. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the quote he gave us was within our budget.We decided to go with Don and let me tell you it was worth every penny. Don himself and his top assistant Tom spent quality time making sure our house was done right. Don made our window replacement process so enjoyable. We got quotes from several well-known places and he was not only the most affordable, but a pleasure to be around. He didnt try to upsell us on a bunch of unnecessary things, and was straightforward and honest. I have used his services several times now and have recommended him to many others.

Don came in to do an estimate for 13 windows in my home. During the estimate he explained the rationale behind the window, precautions for my young children, and quoted a fair price. The windows took about 14 weeks to come in from manufacturing which is typical. It took 3 days to complete the job. He covered the windows on the outside so it covered the old wood and makes a big difference in the look of my home!

Don and Tom have been at our house for multiple projects so far. They shortened our kitchen window, took out an extremely large window and a door and dry walled and installed aluminum siding in the spaces where they were, and installed a sliding glass door with trim. The window and sliding door that they installed are top notch and keep heat in without any cold spots like some of our other windows. The spaces dry walled where the door and large window were show no evidence of ever being anything other than a solid wall.Don and Tom were professional, trustworthy, and quite humorous. They completed all of the jobs within a week or less, and cleaned up when they were done so that you couldn’t even tell that they had been here. We were able to leave them alone at our house a couple of times while they worked with no issues, and they happily let our dog hang out with them (without us asking) and gave her plenty of attention. Their pricing was fair and well below a quote given by Pella for the same job. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work done by The Veteran Owned Window Company and would recommend them to anyone.

I chose to go with the Veteran Owned Window Company after sitting through a 2 hour sales pitch by another company. The owner came out and gave me a quote quickly and I didnt feel pressured into anything. The work was completed without hassle and I am very pleased with it. My new window looks amazing and is doing a great job of keeping heat in. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. Thanks Don!4/9/2019: A year later and I was in dire need of a custom window for my kitchen within 2 weeks. I contacted Don and he helped me order the size I needed from his supplier. He even delivered it to my house and he wasnt even doing the installation! I really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.

Even though they did the job in one day, they left broken glass everywhere. The worse part is that the windows in the back of the house werent sealed properly and they leaked! I tried to contact them with no luck. Im left fixing the problem myself and repairing the other damage caused by the poor workmanship. If Don would only call me to fix or make it right, I would gladly give him a favorable review and at least 4 star. Update...There was a miscommunication on my part so it wasnt Dons fault for not calling back. Don called me and came out to fix the problem. Hes a man of his word and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right.
