Excellent service. The gentleman answered my questions about the vehicles diminishing MPG figures and said it was just that it now has almost 27,000 miles and is not brand new. Which was just as I expected.Plus its really a truck and cannot be expected to deliver the kind of fueleconomy I was used to in the much smaller compact sedan I formerly owned. He always brings me back to reality about what I am driving

I was on a road trip and was having trouble with a tire. I pulled in to Tire Choice after being turned away at 2 other places. They diagnosed and fixed my issue within 1/2 hour and at an extremely reasonable rate. The guy who checked us in was super kind and the woman who worked on the car was great too. I’d recommend them for speed, affordability, honesty and kindness.

Staff is very helpful and experienced. The person who works at the front desk is very nice, they actually show you the issue that you experiencing rather than just telling you.

I would never recommend this place as it is for people who are easily taken advantage of. Tried to sell me a 2000 dollar bearing job hahahahaWent and got 3 other opinions and my bearings are fine. Funny how the drunken manager tried to do this.

Had a flat after work and put air in it until it was good to drive on. I came here to get two tires and guy was telling me $241 out the door for two tires. Step father said he wouldn’t pay for any price like that. Very high priced don’t go here. Older gentlemen kind of made me feel like he didn’t care too he had a bad attitude. I had a bad feeling about this place before I even got there I guess if you get a gut feeling go with it.

Tried the cheapest and fastest way to try to fix a problem rather than the more expensive and longer. Explained everything and what it would cost.

PHENOMENAL customer service! I came in with a need for new tires and a super bent rim. Normally this would be no problem but I have after market rims on a BMW so finding a match was like finding needle in a haystack lol. Being completely transparent, as a single woman, car issues can be a nuisance and I always worry about dealing with shops lacking in integrity. But they went above and beyond to assist me, were super kind and most importantly, HONEST! Highly recommend for those of us who prefer to do business with a company you can trust!

It was super fast service for my oil change and checking my front brakes. I am so pleased. I had a secondary issue I wasnt aware of and Steve went over that and the solutions with me. Made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation using an online coupon for 19.99* Plus shop fee and environmental cost. I have used this coupon before and I should have known it was not going to go well when I was told I needed to use a Monro credit card. When I showed the online information it was corrected. The technician indicated that tire rotation was not needed so I said okay. When the job was done, I was presented with a bill that did not represent the correct amount. After asking several times to explain the difference, the technician raised their arms and said not the my problem and walked away.The assistant manager provided a customer service number. After speaking with the customer service person, they said the invoice was correct. I reviewed the invoice with them and explained where the invoice was incorrect. Their answer was that the fees were computer generated and did not take into account the different fees indicated on the coupon. It was several dollars difference and not the end of the world, but doing this across hundreds of oil changes would add up.

I had quick and excellent service at Munro this weekend. I got a flat tire across the street and after roadside assistance put on a spare, Munro told me I could head right over for them to take a look. They were helpful, friendly, explanatory, and so efficient! I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and was very happy!

Drop my car off Dec 24 was told Mechanic will look at car day after Christmas. Dec 28 I still haven’t received a follow up providing an update. I called afternoon on Dec 28 to still no resolution but to take my car to dealership or I can wait another 24 hrs for mechanic to look at car. After waiting all this time I get run around. I will never use this location for NOTHING!!!!! Poor communication, provided false pricing estimates without looking into my vehicles issue. I picked my car up immediately! Wasted time with a shop who didn’t even care definitely wasn’t professional .

I called yesterday asking to see if they could accommodate me on short notice. The man said sure thing, bring the vehicle in and we will take a look. I brought my car in and within a matter of minutes it was pulled in and inspected. While waiting I was called gorgeous a few times when he was putting my information in. Then he asked if I picked out my license plate. I did not and asked why. His response was because foxy woman (FXW). I told him I was out here for training and wanted to know if I was ok to get back to my side of town. He advised yes and I was pleased with that. As the quote was being prepared he says he didnt have the part and would have to order it. I said I would more than likely get it repaired by me. He said I would love for you to come back out here. I love that smile. Id love to see it again. By now I was happy another technician was by the desk taking away the awkwardness. The compliments were nice, but a bit much.

Very nice guys. Came in for a nail in my tire for them to fill it. Took less than 15 mins and I was out. Good service would highly recommend and I will be coming back.

They are really nice and make sure that you have what is needed to be able to drive safe without having you feel as though you need to repair every little thing. They are a bit higher priced than some places. The guys really make sure you understand what is wrong and what it will be that they will be working on.

I cold called this service station while visiting my son in Ohio. I had gone to get his car inspected but he had neglected to tell me the check engine light was on so it would have failed. Called Monroe and dropped the car off. It was late Friday so they couldn’t get to it but called early Saturday saying they had figured out it was a relatively minor issue and would only charge me for a 15 minute diagnostic. Great guys there! I am very pleased and will recommend my son take his car there in the future! Keep up the good work!

Great service, and an educated staff that pay attention to detail. The service time was quick and I was able to come back and pick up my vehicle at my convenience. I was a little disappointed that you dont get a free tire rotation with any oil change package anymore, but the prices for the oil changes stayed the same. I personally think $65 is VERY high for a Full Synthetic oil change and *free* tire rotation. If I would have went with just the High Mileage, which I normally get, I would have had to pay $24.99 just to rotate my tires, on top of the oil change price.

I rented a van for a trip to Canada and before we left from home one of the tire sensors indicated that the air pressure was down 10 lbs! I phoned Monro and spoke with Romey and he told me to bring it in to have them check for a leak. They put the van on a lift and inspected the tire. He couldnt find any leaks but suspected a slow leak from the valve stem. The folks at Monro couldnt be nicer. I certainly expected to pay for an inspection fee or something, but there was no charge! We left Monro direct to Toronto with piece of mind and we know how valuable that is.

I was blown away at the great service provided. My brakes sounded like they were about to fall off. I stopped in and they took me immediately. Literally no wait. They examined the brakes, found rocks and debris in there, cleaned them out and completed everything in 10 minutes. I was so happy with their service and wanted to pay. They would not accept payment since inspections are free. Who does that these days? I stopped there because they were close to my location. From now on I will go out of my way to have my car serviced there. Thank you.

Just came from Monro for a slow leak problem I had on my Buick. Other places around were closing within the hour and didnt want to take the work, but Kevin at Monro was happy to get it in and take a look at it. They fixed my problem within 15 minutes and i got a great price too! For the convenience of being right down the road from where I work and having problems with multiple shops in the area I will not be going anywhere else in Cuyahoga Falls. Stopped in with no appointment on a Saturday morning. I had been alerted to a low tire by my dashboard and went in to have it seen. I said I thought something had punctured it. They fit me in right then and patched it up. Honored a great coupon from their website (always good coupons). Polite, honest and convenient.

Been taking our vehicles here for years had an issue (at this location) with a previous oil change where my car started smoking after the oil change. I took it back immediately and he manager said the new guy added way too much oil for my car. They drained the excess oil and luckily my car was fine. Overall I like this place for oil changes. Not a rip off like its next door competitor!!

These guys are the best. Not only do they know how to fix your car, they actually care about the customer. The first time I went here was after another mechanic did a brake job. Within 3 miles of driving, one of my rotors was sheared in two because the brake pad was in continual contact with the rotor (I was not riding the brakes). When I called this mechanic, to tell them what was wrong and that they screwed up, they said they couldnt take me back and suggested I call Monro on 2850 State. I did, and Romey called me a cab and got me in to fix the problem. He and Steve even stayed late to make sure I could get home in my own vehicle.Im almost sorry Ill be leaving the Akron area because it will be difficult to find another mechanic as honest, straightforward, and compassionate as the employees that work here.Thank you, and know that your work is appreciated!

Had a slow leak in one tire. Tech checked it out and it was a leaking valve core (I added air the day before). The manager came out and replaced the valve core in a couple minutes from the time I pulled in, to out the door, all no charge. I will keep this in mind when I need tires next.Great service, highly recommend this shop.

After learning I had been driving with no brake lights, I stopped at the nearest auto service center. Romey was incredibly helpful, he checked out my brake lights and discovered that it was just a bad connection on both sides and was able to get both brake lights working again. Low tire pressure light came on, had the mechanics check all 4 tires since they were brand new. They found nothing wrong, suggested the weather was affecting the pressure. They inflated all tires just a couple lbs, and didnt charge me for their time. Thank you!!!

Do not go here, especially if you are a woman!!! They have props they use to try to up charge you on the work your car needs. They showed me an air filter that wasnt even from my car. It was full of leaves and twigs. Tried to take advantage bc I am a single female. I know what my air filter looks like. Can change it myself! Thank you! Dont waste your money.

I finally found a true and honest mechanic. (Romey) Went in for an oil change because my oil light came on. He checked my oil and fluids and told me I didnt need a thing. I highly recommend this location. They are very friendly and fast.

Romey, the Manager, was very helpful, informative and only stated what was needed now, and what can wait. Just moving to Ohio from SC, I was very weary on who I could trust doing the best job and being honest. I believe I have found the shop and person. VERY SATISFIED!!

Back tires went out. Came in without a appointment. Even though they were double booked they were able to replace both back tires within an hour for a great price.

After having an awful experience at the other Monro down the street from this one, the mechanics at this shop are truly amazing! Everything was done in a timely manner and they successfully fixed the mistake the other shop had made.
