Super cheap apartments. Perfect for a solo person since the room are small. Im sure each day brings a new surprise. Run down place plenty of smells. Photos on here are BS. There isnt any patios lol. No basketball. Walls are paper thin so you wont be very lonely. Someones always talking loud or playing music

It is so beautiful! The parklike setting is right next door to the park bike trails and swim park.perfect!

We been living here for a long time and have no roaches or bed bugs. The carpet was clean when we moved in. The rent is affordable. The place is great. I love our studio.

I called about an apartment and to ask a question but I felt rushed off the phone. I used to live here for 5 years before. I visit here all the time, and the guy tells me that only 1 dog per apartment? But I see people there have 2 dogs. I tried to get into here 2 years ago but someone told me that I had to be a certain age to be considered. I don’t know who runs this place, but this is getting ridiculous.

Its like a maze lol very easy to get lost if you dont know or havnt been to whos ever apartment your visiting, lol so make sure they give you directions cuz theres like 3.or 4 buildings all looking the same lol haha

Its a dump if my friend didnt live there I would not be there

We were very pleased with our studio. Clean, freshly painted and beautiful flooring. Also grateful for being able to be on the list for a one bedroom apartment which came up quickly. The office staff and maintenance crew have been sufficient and helpful. Cant beat the rent, all utilities included. From what I see, the owner is trying hard to update and make Studio City a great place to live.

Cheap place = dumpy place. Building smells, laundry machines aren’t great and cost almost two dollars per use of machine. Trash everywhere on property. Hardly any trash cans around property. Several light posts that are out and need serviced. Drains outside don’t work right. Residents leave trash in lobby and throw garbage beside dumpster. Bugs easily get into apartment. Buildings are structurally old. Some residents are quite weird. Office staff are okay.

Very cheap and very dirty. If u dont mind cat urine scent wofting through the halls, its still bad bc of the sticky surfaces.

I live in the nearby townhouse section, which is a separate entity, but shares management, maintenance and security. Ive been here since 2009, and I love it. The former manager recently bought the entire complex, after working tirelessly for the former owner for many, many years, and I couldnt be more pleased (or happy for him).

Very quiet, for the number of people living here. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced.

Very clean apartment when we moved in. Friendly management and maintenance. ONLY issues we have is with other residents not cleaning up after their pets in the elevator and hallways. -Which has NOTHING to do with management-maintenance does an EXCEEDINGLY terrific job EVERY DAY trying to clean the messes that these pet owners leave... But an hour after maintenance has cleaned the pet urine is EVERYWHERE once again. I myself am a pet owner, it is not the PETS fault!!! It is the irresponsible OWNERS fault. The grounds and buildings are kept nicely, landscaped well... Everything is Very Nice... ONLY disappointment is SOME irresponsible pet owners. Other than that, very good, safe place to live.

Child gangs roam the halls begging for pocket change, and candy. Youll pay them if you know whats good for you.

They have finally started cleaning that place up and its about time its Under New Management and ownership and he is doing a fine job

The apartment Im is is newly refurbished Im the first one in! New appliances and everything!

Cops are always here. Residents are not expected to respect each other per management and tentants themselves. Oh, and dont bother reaching out to the property manager about your concerns, you wont get a response.

Some of the residents are strange and ive had several uncomfortable experiences living here. Mostly ok though. Timely service for fixes. The security guards are annoying and think theyre john wayne. It is nice knowing theres armed security but the demeanor is lacking. All in all a neutral experience

The living facilities are adequate and budgeted for what they are worth but some of the added amenities are a bit run down.

My daughter livez in these apartments they arent bad. Cuyahoga falls schools buses students and a metro bus line comes to end of the driveway for those who dont drive. Its located right next to a waterpark and a city park wich are both really nice. Large parking lots. Apartment manager Ross is pretty cool. Grounds are clean.

Theres always dog poop, everywhere. The tennants are rude. One of my family members were attacked here, theres been police there MANY times ove visited. It doesnt seem safe, its dirty.

I havent been here for quite a while. Theyre still cheap but a lot cleaner than they used to be.
