I was very disappointed to see that Redwood puts in the very cheapest fiberglas air conditioning filters that are totally ineffective against anything but large items like pet hair; there is absolutely NO effective dust filtering done by these filters. A place as expensive as this should spend a couple of dollars more to give its residents something that actually works!

We have been living here for almost two years. We are very glad that we chose Redwood Cuyahoga Falls, and Myra and Matt are the best. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Good for kids. Shopping areas with restaurants nearby. Easy drive to Route 8. We would definitely recommend Redwood to anyone who is looking for apartments nearby.

Didnt stay real long..just 6 months. Such a wonderful place! Made lifelong friends and Myra and Matt were amazing👍 if I were to do it again I would not hesitate one bit....did I mention my dog absolutely loved it there?..

I turned in a request and it was handled quickly and respectfully. Matt arrived at the time set and was very efficient with correcting the reason for the request.

Its a great neighborhood feel in a good location (close to a lot of stores) and Myra is the nicest property manager youll ever meet.

First of all I must apologize to maintenance at Cuyahoga Falls. I had no idea they came back until I realized light bulbs had been changed. I never put in a request for that. I had asked for the living room lights to be changed because they’re too high for me to change. Those didn’t get changed.I don’t blame anyone. Maintenance is only following orders.The first 2 times I got rate requests I thought it was for Redwood overall. I’m sorry & thank you

Power outage, maintenance man could do nothing and could not tell me what the power would be back on

I lived in the larger Forestwood model for 8 years with my grandson. The property is very family friendly. My grandson has great memories of a scavenger hunt a few years ago. The Forestwood has an open floor plan and an attached 2 car garage. I have lived in many apartments. Redwood really felt like home. The location is very close to shopping and dining. The property manager, Myra, is great. The few issues I had were always handled quickly by Matt in Maintenance. One thing that is important to me is snow removal. Many apartments do poorly in that area. At Redwood, the driveway and streets were kept clear of snow better than any other apartment I lived in. Thank you to the entire staff at Redwood!

Everything was well done and timely.

They responded within a few days and let me know that it was taken care of.

My wife and I loved our time at here. I would recommend Redwood to anyone looking for a great apartment and neighborhood. Myra and Matt were great to work with.

Lost our hot water. I called Myra and she had Matt over here within moments to address the problem and order the part. You can’t find a more friendly and responsive staff anywhere.

The maintenance tech prepared the apartment perfectly and the neighborhood manager Myra was awesome. Would recommend to all my friends. The apartment is perfect

Great location, great staff, we couldn’t be more pleased.Myra is wonderful and attentive. Matt is extremely helpful and capable.Every Wednesday this month they have been out in freezing conditions greeting all of us in our cars offering coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, and giveaways. The gesture is greatly appreciated.A word of advice - Corporate should consider warmer months to save these valued employees from the elements.

We had a fire the fifth day we were in our place (not Redwoods fault it was a faulty air fryer) and Redwood has been nothing but helpful even going so far as the night of the fire making sure the leasing office was reopened so we had access to water, a washing machine, and a bathroom. They really mean it when they say they want you to be happy, and its people over profits.

The service was completed in a timely and professional manner by the service tech Matt. Would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I love living here. Very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are all young professionals and very sweet. Great place to live. We are able to grill here and so much more. Its amazing.

Good quiet place. Old appliences for the price

I called 2 times & left messages my garbage disposal didnt work. It took 3 weeks to get fix. I had a ant infestation it took a month for someone to come out to spray. I had use raid spray in the Kitchen, bathrooms, second bedroom. It difficult to get anyone on the phone. This place so expensive with variable rates.

Great place to live neighbors are all nice...very quiet Myra is great and so helpful

The actual units are quite nice and they are very dog friendly. The main disappointments we have had with Manchester Falls is that the units get very little natural light, maintenance is very unreliable and skip appointments, they have very little loyalty to their renters, and there is a high turnover. Also, there is lots of goose poop in the summer.Each year, they have increased rent by $100 - $200. Also, after making 2 years of payments on time, we were one day late and they applied a $95 charge, which is a bit excessive for a first time lapse for good clients.If you are looking for a great layout and a good location near akron, cuyahoga falls, etc, it will definitely due, but just be warned, you will have to pay for it and more. Definitely a short term, 1 - 2 year, arrangement.
