I chose Deluxe Mani and Pedic and trust me it was totally worth for the 70$ I paid . It totally took them an hour and 8mins to completely finish the pedicure and Manicure. Both the ladies were so kind and helpful. Additionally they have practice social distancing well (added pics). Must try place

I came in for a manicure on Sunday and the customer service was great but unfortunately my nails where very poorly polished. They had a very thick lumpy look to them and it was a gel manicure but it started peeling 2 days later :(

Pros: nice staff, cheaper prices (but not cheap), doesnt smell of chemicalsCons: poor quality, got gel mani, top coat was not smooth, can see ridges and uneven lines. They used gel paint color for my toes even tho I didnt get gel and picked out similar regular paint, and the color on my toes are not quite equal. I would have complained but they barely spoke English. Charges $5 to remove gel even when you get gel mani. Peels already after 2 days.

I was in search of ANOTHER nail salon. I mentioned it to one of my coworkers who led me to Town Nails Spa. This gem has been in Cupertino for 21 years! I was privileged to have Rose give me a full set of hombre pink and white that are the most beautiful, natural looking set I have ever had! I have been getting my nails done for many, many, years. She was attentive, friendly, hardworking (my nails were a mess), and genuinely seemed to enjoy having conversation with me! It was a pleasure spending 90 minutes just sitting and chatting on my day off. I look forward to a pedicure and hopefully be able to continue with her into the future.

I always get simple extentions and gel polish. And they always do it perfectly! Super nice staff too.

Easy to get an appointment. Acrylic nails lift very quickly even with a new set. A simple fill and polish takes over an hour. Higher pricing for poor nails and poor quality.

I dont visit this salon too often even though I live within walking distance, but Ive been coming here since 2013. The acrylic nails lift and the gel starts to peel well before 2 weeks, but the pedicures are great. I came in today for a pedicure and to get my daughters nails painted, and I was greeted with the usual long time, no see my friend. But later, the way I was treated by the manager, Rose, was less than satisfactory. I may not ever return now! I was going to have my daughters toes and nails painted. I asked if my daughter could put her feet in the water and just have them dried off and painted. Rose straight up said no. I was like, what do you mean? She tried to explain that I would be paying full price for a pedicure just for toes in the water, no products! And the way she said it was very demeaning. No thank you!

I’ve been going to town nail for 13 years and they always do a good job. They gave a great price and clean environment. I highly recommend it.

The girls do a great job. I took my fiance with me and he enjoyed it. We got the parafin wax, hot rocks,and 12 min massage

I made an appointment to have acrylic nails. I clearly said and gave her the picture of how i wanted but the lady had her another pedicure appointment so she was in a rush to finish my work. She ruined my nails by making it so thick it was a mess. She even was not happy when i said it does not match what I wanted. Waste of time and money.

My mom and I have been coming here for 10 years and it is my favorite nail salon. The ladies are so nice and they all do a good job, whether its my boyfriends pedicure or my acrylics and gel polish. They have a really good selection of nail polish and gel polish, in my opinion. Also in all my years coming here Ive never seen anything unclean or unsanitary, which is unfortunately not the case for a lot of nail salons! Im a licensed cosmetologist, too, so I can be picky about the quality but town nails is great.

The ladies here are amazing, polite and always present a positive atmosphere. My wife and I treat ourselves here regularly and we have never had a negative experience. On top of everything else the prices are great too.

They are friendly, have A LOT of choices, can get expensive but they do have economy selections. So many polish colors to choose from. Sometimes there is a long wait, but they try their best to make it pleasant. If not too packed, they will do your mani and pedi at the same time. Been a customer for over 3 years.

Friendly staff. However, I have had better pedicures​. I always pay for a foot massage, but I am not satisfied.Im sorry to update my last review. I am not satisfied with the last pedicure I received. I opted for the deluxe pedicure, which I ha last time. The Polish peeled the next day. O also noticed that my toenails were jagged after the pedicure. So disappointed.
