I make my appointment I got there on time the lady told me to seat and she was doing my nails and some one walk in and the nail lady said get up and wait for me I need to attend her first. I said why I have my appointment and she said my friend is coming from work and she needs her nails done 😡😡 and I couldn’t go without my nails not done. Bad service not coming back to this place ever again

I was very excited walking in because I showed the person doing my nails an image and she said she had done a design just like that... unfortunately the nails did not turn out anything like the design I showed. The lady ignored my comments when I told her that if she could not do the design she could just do a plain gray color. She didn’t even use gray we used a teal color. She also kept talking to her coworker and laughing. Very unprofessional.

First time getting my nails done and I must say - this is the best price and service so far. I got a gel manicure for only $25 and the ladies there are so sweet and did a great job. They also have great collection of colors as well. I will definitely come back here again!

I went in at 2pm on a weekday, they have one customer in their. As soon as I walk in, someone yell out we are really busy right now, not taking anyone. The shop is small but theres few more open spots as I can see. Pretty negative experience.

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The ladies working on the day I went in with my friend were extremely unfriendly. I got a full set of nails and my friend got a DELUXE pedicure. The woman that did my nails didnt speak one word to me the entire time, except to tell me not to touch my face bc the oils from my skin will mess up the acrylic. Then, when she was finished with my nails, she didnt even have me wash my hands to get all the powder off my hands and nails and just painted right over it. Ive never had a technician not have me wash my hands before painting my nails. They turned out ok, but the atmosphere and vibe from the staff was terrible. My friend paid extra for one of the pedicures that are a step up from a basic pedicure. She was supposed to get a massage. The technician barely did that. If youd even call what she did a massage. Which lasted all of 2 minutes. And she paid $30 for what? Trimming, shaping and painting. She could have done that herself for cheaper. She paid the extra money for a relaxing experience and the perk of a massage which she did not receive. Both employees barely spoke English and it was extremely hard to understand what they said. For the price of their services, I expected a better experience. I have been to to this salon before, when the previous owners were still there and had the opposite experience, which is why I went here not knowing ownership had changed. I definitely will not be going back.

Service is good every time that we go, but I was here 10:15 on Thursday and according to Google and Yelp, it should be open but it was not.

Well, its an ok place. No massage .. they just hover their hands over your leg and call it a massage. The old ma.n took over 45 min to paint my 10yr olds nails. She was exhausted and so was I. They should get professional people.

This place is solid. Low cost pedicures. Employees are sorta rude but get over it, we can cope.

DONT GO HERE!! Was given a gift certificate for this place. Called ask if they could do a pedicure was told yes come in. Presented gift certificate first off said I wanted pedicure but was going to do manicure next week. Was told that was fine. Pedicure was going great when in comes I guess the owner. She says cant honor certificate said was from previous owner.Im half way through my pedi. She says she will take $5 off. I said just stop and left. The gift certificate is like cash she should have at least honored the pedi. What a rip off.
