I came here for the first time 7-8 years ago to try acrylic nails. And I came back a few days ago, after moving away and trying all these different nail places, Pinky Nail Spa is still my favorite. The customer service is warm to say the least, I know everyone experience other people differently, but “respectful”would be accurate to my experience.I did acrylic gel nails for my hands. The shapes are perfect - which is something the technician and I worked through to figure out because all I knew was the “almond shape”, but I actually like it more rounded.And the color, I wanted something that would last and not get boring. So I went with some sparkles. But because it was too sheer, the technician then patiently worked with me to find out the base color to go with the sparkling polish as top coats. She even went the length to help me pick out which shade of white goes well with it. (Made me think of picking out wedding dress or wall papers. Ha)I’m in love with the nails, I came home and fine tuned the shape a little bit for my comfort. But my experience at Pinky Nail was just 11/10. Would recommend!

I did pedicure there and the service was given by Nancy. Nancy is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with Nancys service, definitely going next time.

Looks like run down place. They do really fast. Barely put lotion after manicure. Only 7 chairs for pedicure.

Pinky is my fav salon in my town. Their staffs behaviour is quite good, polite and the techniques is awesome. Sometimes, I went to other salon to give them a try but no one can be greater than Pinky. I totally had to tell them what I need, what color suited for me. The results were not good and I asked them to fix it. All things never happen in Pinky. So I decided not to go anywhere but Pinky. Love them!

Worse nail salon ever. They told me they would be able to style my nails how I wanted. None of the lines were straight, extremely bubbly and cuticles still on and poorly “cut off”—- my manicure has bubbles! They were unwilling to fix this in the salon and had no problem taking my money. Will never come back. Don’t go. Over priced and bad service.

The prices are affordable. Simple nail salon, with good work. Ive been coming here for 5 years. You dont really need an appointment during the week. However, on the weekends, youll need an appointment, it gets busy.

Salon is clean but ran down. The pedicure seat barely had any cushion. Crystal gel manicure was very good. Young lady was very professional and friendly.

Fast nail service.

It wouldnt kill them to be a little more friendly and welcoming. I walked in because i needed a fill and saw the reviews, seemed legit. The place is so small and look unorganized with the most awkward welcome ever.

This has been my fav salon for many years. Because of their long - lasting experience, I never feel disappointed to them. They have a lot of professional staff who can serve you by the best way. I love their gel. They use well-known product so Im really peace in mind. Moreover, they do carefully and take their time to enssure Im completely love it and fix immediately if I complain with welcomed attitude. Therefore, I think they are worthy to receive 5 stars.

A good manicure place to go in Cupertino, reasonable price and efficient services.

This was the first time Ive to gone Pinnky and immediately admired them. First of all, it was very clean nice andmodern inside. The staff were all very friendly and immediately went to work on my manicure and pedicure. They had all the pretty pinks, bold blues, great greens, and more. They also used the best brands like OPI. My pedicure and manicure came out beautifully and my toes lasted for weeks! I will definitely be back.

First time getting a pedicure. Great experience. Employees were very patient with my ignorance.

They finish the basic pedicure in 15 mins and hardly spend anytime cleaning up!! I am not satisfied
