This is one of the nicer Dollar Tree stores around. They seem to be staffed well. The aisles are stocked. And its easy to find what you need. The only thing its missing that some other Dollar Trees have is the coolers and freezers in the back of the store. The only negative thing to say is that the carpets are nasty and should be replaced.

They have a good variety of things at $1 or less. Some of the things I would definitely pay more then $1 or $2. This is what you call a real dollar store unlike those other fake dollar stores like General Dollar where they only have a couple of things that are actually $1. The staff members are pretty.

Worst customer service. the manager tom is very rude an has no personality. I dont know how he is a manager when there were maybe 12 people in line an one girl was working cashier an she paged him 3 times an he opened door an said stop paging me I heard you I am busy with other things an he was on phone call with family talking about BBQ over weekend an finally came to help an was very arrogant an mean. No worker at any store should ever say that they hate there job an he said it more than once how annoying people are . This is the manager tom an hes such a pos. I will never go to store ever again. I highly dont recommend this store unless you like dealing with people with attitudes an very mean. If I could give negative stars this would be negative 5 stars

This store is an absolute mess! I have been to many dollar tree stores and this one looks like its closing! Dirty, unorganized, just awful. I walked I and walked in fear that the merchandise could all be expired. I wont return

Good store, but no freezer section like other dollar stores.

Great store, nicely stocked with Christmas items. The Manager is fantastic and hes always helping his staff with stocking items or jumping on a register. The Stores Motto is put customer first! 👍👍👍👍👍

Good grief!! Its a Dollar Tree! Its quick, convenient and, doh, cheap. The only thing different now is limiting the quantity of certain things. Overall good.

Tom is the best man you will ever meet, he is a living legend. Give this man a raise.

Staff really helpfu, had what I needed

I really like this dollar tree. The staff there is really friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to dig through items to find treasures but its usually one of the more organized dollar stores that I have been to. They have a wide variety as well!

What can I say? Always great deals at each and every one. This location is convenient. Easy access parking. The staff had taken time to assist me in finding an item. So close to quite a few locations..

Either Cumberland location SUCKS! Never have products in stock that I need.Cumberland Hill location has very ignorant employees and a manager! This eight Mendon Rd location is no longer open,it closed abruptly on May 2 2019!!!

Only gave 4 stars because I love the store however the bathroom is HORRIBLE! Clean it fix the broken holders and spiff it up a bit so nasty.

Teachers - always check here for your supplies second! (Check RRIE first.) Lots of useful stuff for the classroom at rock bottom prices. Smaller Dollar Tree than other stores. No bike rack.

Inventory is a hit or miss as with any dollar tree but the store is clean & the staff is very friendly.
