Both my parent were here also my so and husband. We were very well taken care of. They do everything for you in one appointment and are very kind and understanding. They make recommendations for you to decide. That’s what I was thankful for. Compation and help was excellent!!

Services were okay, I only have two complaints about the Cumberland location. In the day of the funeral the pastor took the time he was supposed to be speaking on my grandmothers behalf to talk about his own life rather than discuss that of my grandmother. Secondly, the hearse driver and his assistant made a fairly bothersome comment about not having any slip mishaps in the rain like last time right in front of myself and the other pallbearers. An extremely unprofessional remark for the situation. My brothers and I were infuriated by this.
