I think this ended up being more expensive and with less services performed than taking it to the dealer. I went because it seemed convenient. They say it is only 15 minutes, but it took about an hour. I tried this place twice. Same slow, overpriced service.

This is the only place I go to for my oil changes. There are always coupons available online so make sure you send one to yourself before you pay. I love getting to stay in my car for the process and that the people working on your car are always friendly and not at all creepy which is a big plus when youre a woman with anxiety.

This place takes time to help out...my cabin filter was in a awkward place hard to get to but they took the time to do the job correctly. Much appreciated.

I had my oil changed 2 months ago and in 3 weeks, my oil light came on. I went back and they said, “You ran up your miles,” which is false, because I haven’t been anywhere far. Also, they asked me why the screws were missing and then admitted it was their fault.I gave them another chance. Not even 3 months pass by and my oil light came on again. This is the second time this happened with them.I’ve never had a problem getting an oil change for years, until I went to that place. I shouldn’t have to come back the month after for an oil change. Be careful.

Went with my sister for her oil change and it was quick and efficient. The guys are super friendly and give you options.

Went in about a month ago for an oil change and they recommended that I do a tire rotation, did the tire rotation only to realize that my wheels were staggered and had to go back to get my tires back to normal and they still charged me to fix the mistake they caused.

Do not trust them with a fleet account. They lost me for good just because one of them wanted to make an extra $ commission. sold one of my drives a new battery when the one we had was less than a year old 10 months to be expect. Interstate batteries has 24 months warranty they sell them and they know that.

Quick. Easy. Price is reasonable if youre just getting an oil change. Everytime I go they said Its time for something else like an air filter or something. If you add that stuff on the price jumps a lot. I havent been pressured when I say no to stuff. So if you say No the price is decent and its quick and easy.

I have always loved this place. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because last time I went they didnt put back the little plate that goes under my car after you replace the oil from the bottom to prevent dust and stuff from entering. Now its missing...and I have to buy another one.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at an express oil change. It took over 45 minutes for just an oil change and 3 different attendants started working and didn’t finish with the new attendant not knowing what the last one did. The worst part is they tried to charge me double the average price

The BEST PLACE ! I went in because I needed an oil change, I was about to get off my car when Alfonso welcomed me and let me know it’s a in car service !! Which was great, they make it an awesome experience by having an up and downstairs so while sitting in your car someone is downstairs inspecting it. That was Douglas for my experience & he was also awesome. They both helped me so much with my car & I appreciate them for being so patient with me.

Staff worked very efficiently together, excellent communication between associates to insure safety.Didnt push unnecessary extras, informed me what I needed and got it done quickly.I stayed in the car the whole time, maybe 15 minutes tops.Checked all fluids, topped off the windshield fluid.Rotated tires only took another 10 minutes, advised me about wear on two of the tiresBe sure to use the right most Bay if you want tires Rotated.Ill be back. !!!

I had a great experience coming here. I usually do oil changes my self because its cheaper, but I needed one done and didnt feel like taking the time to do it myself. I was surprised and pleased with the amount of detail they go into making sure all fluids are topped off and a quick vehicle inspection. I will come back again.

Not Happy ! I called the station (310) number and asked for a price and the lady at the phone tells me (full Synthetic) is 89 and also is sending me a 10 USD coupon per text. When I arrived at the station the price was 10 USD higher with the explanation that the call is routed to the east coast and they make mistakes .... ok still a decent deal and I went ahead. One of the services is that the tire air is checked. I especially reminded the service guy and when he checked off his air check mark I asked him and double checked with him if he checked the air in my tires and he confirmed ... with the result of course not ! I was missing air on both tires on the driver side . Of course now you have to always think what else did they miss when they checked the fluids ??? This comes after I had an oil change at another location with my old Ford 2 month earlier at the Lincoln and 10 FWR . They missed a leak (rather big) in my cooling system and I promptly broke down the next morning after the oil change. The leak was not their fault but I know for a fact that they have missed it no question about it. I further could see the leak with my own eyes when I opened the hood .... maybe those sales guys should be better trained and watching the car and what they are doing before selling you oil cleaning additives, air filters and other services ... this is 2 different stations and twice not a good job. Not really happy, makes me think twice to use them in the future ....

I have been there several times with my Scion TC and the service is always fast, easy and a good deal. Not once did I feel pressure to buy anything I did not need. Each time they took the coupon code from my phone and gave me a discount. I go for oil changes but have also had my wipers replaced, tires rotated and battery replaced. The service team members come across as professionals who want to help you get in and out as soon as possible. Will definitely go back.

I came here to change the oil. First Mel told me your cost will be more than $120. And I told him in Audi service they do $99. And he sayid it is okay. I can give you $20 discount. İn the end I got surprise he was pushing me. No I told you $10. Actually $10 is nothing. But be honest! Do not play with customers please.

In and out in twenty minutes, it seemed that almost every staff member was attending me and my car. The only thing I didnt like about it was; they were more expensive than Jiffy Lube.

Pretty sure they put used oil back in my car, oil was immediately dirty and overfilled. Car started feeling bad in 3,000 miles. I took it to another place and they said it needed an oil change badly and they also put the wrong coolant in my car. My 2014 car uses pink ultra long life coolant. They added green coolant that is not ultra long life. Something you should never mix. Causing me to have to do a radiator flush and pay for the right stuff. This place pretty much couldve ruined my car and Im leaving a review so no one else gets robbed and their car damaged because of these guys.I take extremely good care of my car and it sucks that these guys thought theyd ruin it for a quick buck. Shame on this place and valvoline for supporting half ass jobs and untrained employees.I normally always use valvoline oil in my car its good oil which is why my car is still alive today after the oil was reused. You cant tell someone youve done an oil change and not actually do it.

I always use Valvoline this is the first time I ever stopped here and it was a random stop I figured hey its Culver City so very wealthy area the work has to be equality I usually go to the one on Melrose or La Brea in West Hollywood they do Quality Service there I expected the same from this since it was a Valvoline but not all employees are the same or dedicated went in there for a simple oil change the guy I guarantee that he changed everything it seems kind of odd to me since I was in there very fairly quickly and it was a busy day for them I noticed something funny after I received my car that it was running the same when I check the oil stick the same old dark oil no changes were done so I went to my regular Valvoline in West Hollywood and I asked the guy if anything had been changed or any oil and he told me no I highly advise you stay away from this place no professionalism and honestly when I was there all the employees were doing was complaining about their job never going to this pot I suggest you dont either

I I went this place last week for oil change service those employees they dont even know to put the cabin air filter right after my mechanic told I never going back

They get the job done fast. The staff isnt always the friendliest, and the last time I was there they directed traffic in such a way that very nearly got me creamed by a giant pickup truck, but minus those dings, theyve done the job right. Skews more expensive than other places, but the drive-through setup, speed, and relatively low pressure sales tactics are an advantage.

Courteous, efficient and they work as a team. No horsing around...just professional. Prices reasinable for my oil change. And yes, I will go back for some of the services offered. I trust them.

You can’t use your Groupon on same day and you have to wait 24 hours to use. It is extremely inconvenient. I am not sure that is good for customers.

I was in and out easily even during traffic. Enter off of southbound Jefferson or else you have to go through the Cocos parking, which you arent supposed to do.

I always come on my lunch break around 1PM and usually never have to wait in line. Everytime I need my oil changed everyone is very friendly, not pushy but knowledgeable, and make me feel very secure that Im getting the best job done.

In and out in like 7 and 1/2 minutes! i could have went there on my 15 break from work and still had time to spare. Sam was friendly, his mechanic assistant was very nice and explained everything to me. they checked a bunch of stuff, topped off all my fluids, oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid, even topped off my coke i was drinking (just kidding about the coke) they also matched a competitors price which was great! their service, and expertise and how well my car is driving now, will keep me a long time customer of this valvoline instant oil change. Ive been going there for 3 years - ever since my Jeep dealership went out of business. The staff is generally nice, they change the oil, are easily let down on the occasional upsell (which actually a refreshing experience when compared to the dealership).
