Got tint job from this business’ mobile tint service. It was never installed correctly it had bubbles everywhere and tint started peeling the same week. The guy lied and told me it had to settle. A week later the guy refused to redo the work unless I drove to him. I paid for mobile. Now he refuses to rebate my money. I guess he thinks he’s a con artist. Definitely stay away from this business

These guys are scammers that would make up any issue in your car to get your money.I went for an oil and filter change, and suddenly they found ten different problems in the car. The guy even dared to say as a mechanic, I wouldnt drive this car because its not safe.After consulting a second garage, they found my car in perfect shape.

Please read reviews. The manager/owner was extremely rude & arrogant when trying to pick up a uhaul. I had a timing conflict to pick it up, I told him over the phone not to cancel it, when I showed up on time he told he gave it to another person. I was confused as I told him not to cancel earlier and then he proceeded to yell at me telling me that as the owner he has the right to do what he wants. He gave me a bigger more expensive truck, I had no choice so I took it. He also charged me for gas after I returned it even though I filled up. I didn’t want to deal with being verbally abused again so I let the charge go. I will never go back here and please read the other reviews and spare your mental energy and time.Extremely disappointed in him as a manager and as a member of a civilized society.

Mechanics are contracted. Its a business focused solely on profitability. Avoid. There are too many honest local mechanics in the area. Ask a friend or a local business owner where they take their car. No one recommends this place. I only dealt with them because I was out of time and they were close.The work was ok but I still had to go in and finish myself.They also mandatory charge you for diagnostics ($150). So why was there still a code thrown on my ODBII? Because the charge is arbitrary. 🤷🏾‍♂️After I reseated connector and mounted properly to the frame instead of leaving dangling, code was gone (O2 sensor heating element fault).

Tried to scam me 2000 for unnecessary repairs. Mechanic said car was not roadworthy. Took it to different repair shop and car got a clean bill of health. Trumpy maskless vibes as well. Avoid this place if you can. Also check their yelp page - mostly negative reviews.

I took my car to Culver Automotive Center a few months ago for some maintenance work, and they did an excellent job! They followed up with a text to ask if everything was good, and I was happy with the service.So when I needed some repair work, I took it right to them. Dimitry and the crew took great care of my car. When I picked her up, she looked as beautiful as the day I bought her!Not only was the repair work done, but they cleaned her, AND detailed her. I highly recommend them.Tell them I sent you!😉

Dont fall for the Diagnostics with the cost added to the repair scam. They will quote you a very high rate for one repair even if the diagnostics is incorrect then they will refuse to fix the original problem all together and not even offer any solutions other than paying more money for other repairs. This placed charged me for a diagnostics and didnt even figure out the problem. I eventually found out my 02 sensors needed replacing. I did the job myself. My car has power now and the check engine light has not come back on. I fixed it myself. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP WITH A AN ENGINE LIGHT PROBLEM. Total rip-off. Dimitry did the work.

This person is a crook. A real douchebag. He started off trying to sell me a tire too small for 70 dollars, then he wanted to charge me 50 dollars to loosen a lugnut and I would put my spare on myself. When i said that 50.00 was too much to loosen a single lug nut he became impatient. BTW, a used tire plus mounting is 50 dollars at the corner of LA Cienega and Washington. Those guys were great.

Came here with a business associate, we both do not like coming to the repair shop! To our surprise, they did a great job on my car and didnt try to take advantage of me because Im a woman. I will be coming here every time I need work done on my car when Im in town.

Culver Automotive is the antithesis of the typical experience with auto-body shops/repair. Throughout my entire experience I felt informed and confident that the service I was receiving was top-notch. In fact my positive experience is what drove me to write my first review for any business on google/yelp or any other review site. I highly recommend this place especially if you havent dealt with maintaining your car before or have been taken advantage of in the past.

Scam artist.Beware the glowing reviews on Google; they feel fake to me. Almost everyone had yelp had the same terrible experience that I did.Dimitri charged me for a ton of money without ever repairing the issue with my car. The car is worse than when I brought it to him. When I took the car to another mechanic, he confirmed that Dimitris work was sloppy or unnecessary. He also tried to get me to replace a $3000 transmission that wasnt broken.He also jacks his prices up far behind his estimates, and as the work goes along he constantly finds new issues that he didnt mention before.When I raised my concerns Dimitri became angry and threatening, eventually hanging up in my face.I am currently disputing the charges for the work I had done at this place. If that doesnt work I will take this criminal to court.They cant even get their own loaner car working properly. Sad.The worst experience Ive ever had at a mechanic.

I was driving around on Saturday afternoon to get an estimate on a collision repair, no one was around until I found this shop open and very busy. Someone came out in a very friendly manner and offered to take care of the entire ordeal with contacting my insurance and handle the entire process. They even offered me a free loaner car. The job was done in a timely manner, looks great, and there was no effort on my part.

Mr Kamar charges $120 for an estimate. He didnt mention that when I called, I found out when I got there. Yes I could have just left but I already spent the time getting there and I trusted google reviews. If he is going to charge $120 for an estimate he should provide a detailed list of what he did. Estimates should be the cost of doing business. I have never paid for an estimate and wont in the future. I would never trust a mechanic like this

I was compelled to go to this place because I blew a radiator hose on my 97 Lexus. They gave me a loaner car (which I thought was great) and then told me they would do a $95 maintenance check. I said okay, but I was only really interested in solving the immediate problem. He assured me that $95.00 would be applied to the total cost of potential repairs.The next day, I got a call and the owner, Dimitry, informed that he recommended nearly $5,000 in repairs. I indicated that I only wanted to solve the immediate problem related to the radiator hose and the car over heating. He said, that would be $240.00. I asked if that included the inspection fee. He said yes.He called me back 30 minutes later and said, actually because I didnt agree to the total amount of repairs (i.e. $5,000), the $95 would not go towards the cost of repair. Now I owed him $335 plus tax. I said that was absurd. He cursed at me and let me know that people who spend a hundred dollars on dinner, but wont spend that money on their car are stupid. I reluctantly agreed and wanted to move forward with my life.I went to pick up my car and asked for a inspection service report (after all I paid for it). They refused. I paid them $335. I drove away and after ten blocks my car started to overheat. They refused to return any of my money or complete any further repairs.

I get into a collision every couple of years and the work they do in the collision department is amazing. My car looks as good as new when they are done. Amazing work.

I took my Jeep to Dimitri @ Culver Tire automotive for a dent removal and painting. He gave me a quote that was considerably lower than some of the others I had received and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me that it would take a couple of days and provided me with a loaner free of charge. I found that the work was exceptional and the service was first rate.

I really dont like going to the auto shop but Dimitry always makes my visit pleasant! I only wish the shop was closer to me, but I come here whenever I have the time, the staff is wonderful!

Super cool place! My car was misfiring like crazy because of a bolt that I broke. So I guess theses guys and they helped me. I drove over there and ended up taking out the bolt. It was cheap compare to the other shop. I highly recommend them!!!!!

EITHER A SCAM OR INCOMPETENCE! I had my car towed to them and they wanted to take apart my engine and charge me $1500 just for starters just because my spark plug popped out. It sounded outrageous so I called my mechanic, had it towed to them and less than $300 later was fine. Its sad there are so many unethical people in the world!

I took my Kia Sedona to Culver City Automotive to find a coolant system leak. They identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. A few days later, a leak occurred in a different hose. I returned thinking that I would have to pay additional parts and labor. Dymitri took it in, replaced another hose, and didnt charge me a penny. Thats how to conduct business.

After the day of moving, we went to return the Uhaul and no one was there. However, the doors to the office were wide open and the lights were on. We didnt want to just drop our keys off where it could be taken or lost so we continued to look for an employee. After 15 mins of no luck, I was able to find someone in another garage that could go look for someone in the back. Emerged a younger gentlemen who was a technician, he put the keys back in the office for us and locked up for the night.Upon this, we received the bill and was charged an extra day. The clock out time was for 7:41am instead of when we returned it that night. Thinking that this was a misunderstanding we reached out to the manager, Dimitry, and explained our situation. He said that we had to return it by 4:30pm and since it was after that, we had incurred another day of rental. This was never told to us on the front end, we assumed it being a $19.95 DAILY rental we could rent it for the day and return when done with it before they closed. This isnt the case, then when asked if he could refund us he used his most abrasive no and gave me his District Managers number.Manu, also, was no help. After explaining to him what happened, that the truck was returned and keys given to one of his employees the same day, that we never were given a correct time to return it, our paperwork was messed up because the manager said he couldnt adjust our reservation, and so on, he still said to go kick rocks.Just a recommendation, if using this establishment, make sure you have no humor error because even if they rightfully share part of the blame, there will be no understanding/ resolution.

My uncles have used this shop for the past few year. I havet used them up until a week ago. Im so glad I listened to my uncle. My breaks were making a loud screeching sound. I didnt know what was wrong. I brought it here and they told me my breaks were bad. They replaced them and even warrantied the repair for 12 months.

I came in with the service light on and they diagnosed the problem in a timely manner, had the car ready for me by the end of the day, and now my car is running amazing.

I have been going to the dealer since i bought my Mercedes, someone told me about you, decided to give you a try, you were very professional, clean shop and office, offered me a free loaner car, and your prices MUCH, MUCH better than the dealer.

They misdiagnosed wheel bearing problem, installed shocks incorrectly, replaced parts that didnt need replacing, left grease on console, and bragged about cleaning vehicle yet had to immediately go to gas station to clean smears on windshield. Never go to them again. Never! Check Yelp pages. Almost all negative.

I have been servicing my BMW at this facility for the past three years. Got into an accident, and they did an amazing job with my collision work as they do with my regular maintenance, and I did not have to deal with my insurance company.
