They quoted me about 4 hours for my phone to be done and it was completed in less than 2 for a small cracked screen, large glass cracks and malfunctioning screen.. And the phone looks basically brand new!Parking is right in front as well.I dont know much about their prices as my phone gets covered under Version Insurance.

This place is definitely Amazing, I Tried this place maybe 3 years ago for a battery issue. They solved my problem and were very helpful from the beginning. So now recently I came across another problem recently now it was a speaker problem where I accidentally poured lotion into the speaker lol but I was not laughing before. So I called them because I thought maybe I needed a new speaker which that would have been expensive. So I made an appointment then I show up to the store and I was greeted very nicely so I handed my phone to her for an estimated very quickly she brought my phone back and told me that my phone was fixed and it would not cost me anything it was the happiest moment of the day. They really are the best place if there is anything wrong with your phone. I cant thank them enough very honest place.

I did a google search for iPad screen repair. This place came up and it showed great reviews. Or so It said.I called ahead to get a quote at 10am. I was quoted $109, and proceeded to bring my device into this location. I arrived the place was clean and following all social distancing policies. When I dropped off my device I was told that “a diagnostic “ needed to take place and that the tech would let me know by when it would be completed, assuming they had the screen in stock(it is Saturday). The front desk receptionist checking in with the tech and she said “we do have it and it should be completed by 1pm. I was told that I should get an email with the status of my device before I could come get it. I requested that no repairs be done before I was notified about the cost of the repairs as it was a screen repair with no water damage and no damage to the home button.After 4.5 hrs I called in as I had not received anything. No email no call. I found out that they had removed the screen and began repairs and were now quoting me $130.00. I spoke to the customer service rep and she said that the price had been quoted was wrong, but that she would check and honor that price. I got word that it would be ready at 4pm now.I arrived at the location at 4:27pm to be exact and my device was just being put together and “pressed”. That they needed another “20min”. I sat in my car and did not receive my iPad u till 5pm. Not only that the front desk receptionist was not able to print me a receipt for my service. Which is ok with me as I don’t intend to return to this place.It’s just very unpleasant experience to have to be told one thing and then another and driving back and forth. That is not how to treat a customer and truthfully the fact that they could not communicate effectively within should have been the first sign where I should have walked away.I had to request my property like if I was not paying $115.27 for it.Reasons why I’m giving this location and business 3 ⭐️.Customer relations & Communication-POORUnRealistic timeline of giving me back my device. -POOR1st time experience- POOR

I came in to get my iPhone 8 Plus input fixed because it wasn’t charging. I walked in with a lazy mood and not really wanting to socialize because I was having a bad day but the person that helped me named Christmas( yeah that’s her name) was super chill and revealed the issue was just dust and lint accumulated in the input so she removed it with some tweezers free of charge. Excellent and friendly customer service !

Im glad I chose Ubreakifix for my Iphone 7 plus repair. Admittedly I was worried as I never had my phone repaired but Crista and Jerone were not only proffessional but my phone looked like it was brand new. I would highly recommend them.

Very good at what they do. My phone got fixed promptly however the Sim card was not positioned correctly so the phone lost signal the next day so had to come back to a different location to get it looked at. They fixed it immediately and I was back on my way. I recommend them for their service overall and their front desk staff was very kind and welcoming.

Theyre great for phone repairs, but absolutely useless when it comes to desktop tower repairs. I gave them my desktop computer for a diagnostic repair, and not only did they misdiagnose it as a broken graphics card (which would have cost me hundreds of dollars to replace) when the drivers only needed to be updated, but they also never returned the screw that held it in place. TL;DR: Would not recommend for PC repairs, but they do fine with basic phone repairs.

Brought my iphone in today with a charging issue, it ended up dying and I couldnt get it to take a charge even after cleaning the port. I left it for like 3 hours while I finished up work, came back and Josh (I believe) had it up and charging like normal without needing any new parts. Super friendly staff, professional and honest. If or when any future phone issues arise, I will definitely be bringing it by uBreakiFix, very satisfied.

Needed a Pixel 5 screen replacement, and while I booked an appointment online the day before, due to defective parts from Google, they did not have the part I needed when I arrived. Bobby however, put in a priority order for the next day, and then proceeded to give me a 20% discount for my troubles. Christmas at the front desk got me squared away the next day, and I walked out with a fresh screen after a few hours. Repair looks solid so far, and incredibly happy with their service!

I brought in my Mac laptop, the keyboard was sticking, especially the space bar, making it difficult to type. Christmas immediately started working on it with alcohol, wipes, a toothbrush and various other tools, getting into all the crevices and mysterious substances dried onto it. She spent about fifteen minutes and didn’t want to charge me, but I left some money anyway. She explained that she didn’t want to take it apart (and charge) if it only needed cleaning. Fantastic all around. Come here if you have any tech issues. Called in to ask for a quote on a busted charging port. They quoted me, and then told me to come in case its something more minor and doesnt need an actual repair.I showed up and Bobby took care of me. 2 minutes later he comes back, plugs in my phone, boom. Fixed. Made sure I was everything was working properly, handed me my phone back. No charge. Just a smile. And I didnt even have to tell him it was my birthday ;)Hilarious that Apple wanted told me this would be a 500-600 dollar repair.

These shop literally saved my old HP laptop. First I went to a small shop on Overland, where the guy in 2 months (waiting for parts) able to ruin charging, the frame for a touchscreen and brake a new replaced touchscreen. What a nightmare. Im a in home service technician for Geek Squad. I needed my phones charging port fix. My work partner had recommend this particular location to me. I took it in with the expectation that it would be costly and that i probably would have to leave my phone with them for a couple of days. Bobby diagnosed the issue. It was a dirty port. I appreciate the honesty and that he didnt charge me for cleaning it. That level of integrity definitely wins me over .

Came in to have the very tip of my lightning charger removed from my iphone port. It took 2 minutes for them to remove the tip and clean my phone. Bobby helped me for free and was super personable! Would recommend to anyone.

The team here was able to fix my Pixel 4 battery logic issue. Basically my battery stopped communicating with the motherboard. They replaced the motherboard, front camera and battery. There are 2 things I wish they wouldve done.1) I wish they wouldve warned me about transferring Authenticator app accounts to a QR code before wiping my data because now I am locked out of a few of my accounts because of 2FA.2)I wish they wouldve confirmed face unlock was working before returning the phone to me; because it didnt work when I first tried it and I had to return to have them sort it out. They were able to sort it out in about 30 mins while I waited. Glad I checked before I drove all the way home.So I had an overall good experience but not without some issues.

Its not easy to get into the parking lot or find Google maps kept getting us lost. Had to have my swollen battery changed cost me $77.16 and 4hours wait time but then something happened to the camera which wasnt there before for the tool another 4hours to fix but free of charge which is fair. Id rather keep my old cellphone right now because I dont like the appearance or battery power of the newer phones and rather pay the maintenance by a professional fixer to hold it a couple more years. I am so thankful for this place! I am not sure what happened to my phone but after closing all of my apps and turning off my screen something happened. When I clicked on my screen again 2/3rds of my phone was white and the other 1/3rd was dark in color. I had to place my phone at a certain angle to see some of my apps.I first called sprint and they told me I would have to get a brand new phone, with a new number and add it to my plan. I didnt want to technically have 2 lines and I didnt want a 2 year contract all over again.Then I called best buy because my husband reminded me about the best buy protection. However, as it turns out it had expired but the geek squad member looked up Samsung certified places near me and recommended this one.I am so happy I went! As far as money wise I guess it depends how you want to see it. Honestly, I thought the price was very reasonable for my phone to be fixed in within 2 hours. Plus, I didnt have to get another 2 year contract and pay for a brand new phone which would have cost triple what David charged me.No, I didnt get a discount or nothing like that but what I did receive was good customer service, my phone back within 2 hours after I dropped it off, I got to keep more money in my pocket and a 90day warranty. So, yes I would recommend this place.
