Woody, great service. Took the time to handle a difficult situation in high traffic in a very professional manner. I also heard him take the same time for another customer in front of me in the same fashion. Public storage your very lucky to have such an outstanding employee. I was trying to give him a hard time but he killed it with kindness. Great guy really! He needs a promotion.

Stored my stuff here while working abroad and it was a nice clean secure space with AC. Staff lets you rent carts and closing out was easy too.

Nan has been excellent since the very first day I came in. She explained EVERYTHING to me, even showed me 3 different spaces and I still managed to pick the wrong size. I then had the pleasure of getting a bigger size with jasmine, both ladies are very nice and very great at what they do. Ive always had a good experience at this public storage. I was at another one beforehand, and they were nice too, but I find that this public storage is a lot cleaner. The staff has always been nice, even though Ive only spoke with them a few times, but the building itself looks really really nice and new, and the facilities are clean, which is the reason why I decided to choose this location. 👍

Nan is amazing. She took her time, answered all my questions and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied. She walked me to my unit, the area is nice and clean I heard great things about the property manager Jasmine. Nan set me up on the app, and she never got frustrated or anything possibly the nicest person Ive met, she even helped me to my car and googled the nearest CVS for me. Though I rarely write reviews due to the limited amount of time I typically have, I would be remiss not to express my sincere appreciation for the service and attentiveness I consistently receive from Jasmaine and Nan when I visit my storage units. As an interactive educator that works across 31 schools, four school districts and the Probation Department, I utilize my units to store and manage my teaching materials. Accordingly, I visit the units two to four times per week and am often racing to and from the units in between instructional periods. Given this, it is imperative that I encounter few to no mishaps that would cause me to be late to my next class. It is also necessary that I have ready access to my instructional materials and the ability to move items in and out of my units with minimal delay.We know that mistakes and issues will always arise when you least expect them. In the time that I have been storing my valuables with Public Storage, I have experienced my share. However, when such incidents have occurred, Jasmaine and Nan have always been there to support me and expeditiously resolve the issue. Their friendly and competent service has been invaluable. Consequently, this review is to formally express my gratitude and simultaneously inform their management of such.Thank you Jasmaine and Nan!!!

Nan was so awesome a couple of days ago, she gave such great customer service. She made sure I had the right size, explained everything to me without making me feel rushed even though it was an hour before closing. The facility is big but very nice and clean, it smelled really good for a storage place lol. I got all my packing needs, and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Thats just awesome, I dont know if you give out bonuses or something for this but she deserves something for making me feel so excited about something as small as renting a storage.

Started out well enough, but after the burglary, NO help.Someone broke in from an adjacent storage unit.We had to call the police. Public Storage has not contacted us to tell us when the broken wall will be replaced.Burglary is bad enough, but this company doesnt seem to care, even about their OWN property!Not a good place to store very valuable things.

I received excellent customer service today. Nan explained everything really well, the property is nice and clean and the rental took about 30 minutes if that. I did look at multiple units to make sure I had the right size, Im not storing much but the picture she showed me helps. Basically if I dont just throw my stuff in the unit I wouldnt need a bigger size which is saving me money so thank you Nan.

This facility is absolutely terrible. They have a number of people on their staff who are rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service. I had my stuff in a unit while I was traveling for an extended period of time and I’ve had multiple calls requesting that I come down because there is a “problem” with my unit or they need to get into my unit for multiple “repairs”. They have had multiple burglaries (one of which was to my unit) and they neglected to report the robberies to the police. They leave it up to the storage unit occupant to handle. When I asked one of the managers about why they didn’t call the police, she yelled at me and said they are not responsible when my stuff is stolen. I called back later and another manager admitted that they recognized the robber in the security tape from THE LAST TIME HE BROKE IN. Seriously, if you actually want your stuff to be there when you return don’t use this public storage.

Ok this place was beyond an amazing experience. The manager set me up with a wonderful lady named NAN that was absolutely outstanding. She also has the best taste in music. We took a tour. Loved the unit. Matched the best price for me and that was that. Minor technical issues due to wack technology at check out but JASMAINE came and saved the day. Both these girls are phenomenal. I will be recommending this spot.

Seamless online reservation, they do not require money upfront. They call you to coordinate your move in. Very clean space and everyone is super helpful and professional. I forgot my access code the last time I came in and needed to get in my unit and Jasmaine helped me get it. She was so helpful and friendly. I went to tske some things out of my storage unit that required the use of the carts. I went into the office to ask to use the cart which I saw 2 had been taken and 2 of them where still chained up. I was told they couldnt find the key. I waited for like 20 min to see if a cart would be returned and none where so I had to carry things by hand all the way from the second floor to vehicle all while seeing a woman having to drag heavy boxes from the same floor down to her car as well. I will be closing my account this month not worth it for how much I pay.

Jasmine helped me switch from a smaller unit to a bigger one and her work was impeccable. Im very amazed by her professionalism and work ethic. Id recommend her to anyone.

Excellent service and Public Storage arent things that Id ever expect to write in the same sentence. But consistently over the past 6 months, Ive been blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at this location. In particular, Jasmaine was incredibly helpful when I was moving out, going above and beyond to help me find takers for a desk and some filing cabinets that I couldnt fit in my car.Bottom line: if this location is convenient for you, I highly recommend storing your goods here.

Its a delight to stop by this location, not only for the comfort of having a decent parking lot, but there a multiple elevators, and air conditioned units. Also, you know if you need help you will have it in a heartbeat .

There were 3 lovely ladies today, they were cleaning and helping everyone in a timely manner. The one girl Nann helped me at my unit I asked for the other names which were Jasmine and Mya (I hope I spelled all their names correctly). This is by far the best experience with Public Storage Ive ever had.

I needed a storage space so I could move back home to Texas for a while. The place is well run and the units are clean. The manager Jasmaine is so friendly and helpful. She had me into my new space and completed all the paperwork in about 15 minutes, which was so great for me.

I am new to this facility on National in Culver City. I am a renter as of yesterday and here are a few of my observations so far: (1) It was much more affordable than I thought it would be, esp with the online deal. (2) Staff was responsive, well-informed, and friendly. And (3) the facility was very, very clean. So far so good!!!

This location totally rocks and Jasmaine and Celeste are so friendly and personable, it’s refreshing! They are very quick to resolve any situation that comes along and always make sure I’m happy! The property and units are always extremely clean, and with the 24/7 monitoring system, I know my items are safely being stored! They also offer preventative measures for pest control, which is the great! Would recommend this company to anyone, can only imagine how awesome their other locations are!

Ive had my fair sure of experiences with storage facilities being a mover/hauler for the last 10 years. Most employee at these places just sit around and are not ready to help or engage. This is a great facility to store your belongings.This place is super clean, and the managers are on it here! I changed my lock on my unit one day last week, and Jasmaine called me about seeing the change out less than 2hrs after I did it! That is serious service and attention to detail right there.

I came in a few weeks ago to rent a unit and was helped by Celeste. She was super patient and showed me multiple units. She also took me back to units I had already seen to make sure I was sure on the space I needed. She also gave me advice on how to maximize the space as well as explained the insurance. She was super helpful and made the whole process very easy.

Ive rented a storage space here for a few years. Everything is always clean and well taken care of. We recently had to upgrade our space to a larger size. The rates were reasonable and Jasmaine was very helpful.

This is our first time renting a storage unit and everything went smoothly from the time we arrived to the time we signed paperwork for rental.
