Rusty and Chris carefully moved an old international dump truck. They came out 3 times to ensure that the vehicle was safely towed. I cant thank them enough!!

My car wouldnt shift in a drive through. The tow driver showed up and figured out the problem and even told me what part was broken and how to fix it. They truly put customer first and are professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend!Great experience during a frustrating time. Our truck broke down while towing out 5th wheel camper. Rustys was quick to respond and has nice clean, safe, heavy duty tow trucks. Fred,our tow guy, was professional, careful, and very accommodating with dropping our trailer off at one spot and then taking just our truck to the dealer service area.Great tow prices too!

My husbands car broke down in Culpeper and he paid to have it towed to our Mechanic in Fredericksburg. Dropped the key off to them first thing in the morning as well as paid for service. I called our Garage at 3:45pm and the car still wasnt there. My husband called them and was advised it was just picked up and being towed now to Fredericksburg. Likely will get to the garage after they have closed. Very frustrating.
