As first-time pool owners we were a little nervous learning to take care of our 27’ above ground pool. We contacted Harlow’s Pool Service to open our pool. Andrew came out, opened our pool, and did a wonderful job explaining how to take care of the pool. When our pump motor stopped working, Andrew tried to repair it, but it was beyond repair, so he ordered a new one and installed it within a few days. Harlow’s Pool Service is professional, very friendly, reasonable, and do a great job. We highly recommend them.

We have used Harlows for approximately five years for all of our pool needs. Jacqui and Andrew are very responsive to all requests and their knowledge and work ethics are impeccable. When it comes to pool maintenance and problems, I simply call Harlows and allow Andrew to make whatever decision he deems necessary. He just, today, installed a new cleaner for my inground pool and I absolutely love it! Thank you Jacqui and Andrew for your great and reliable service.

I should have given a review last year when they closed my pool. I had an appt with another company for 6 weeks out. Of course pool owners know the cost and time of keeping a pool open so I was beyond happy when I called and was told they could be out within a few days. Andrew showed up a little before the scheduled time, had to remove a snake that had taken residence sometime the night before, pool was dirty, etc.... I apologized for the state it was in but he simply said, no problem. Took less than an hour to close my pool and I was off to work. I just scheduled for pool opening and was surprised that they once again could be out within a little over a week.Highly recommend this company and will continue to call on their services.Thanks so much Jacqui and Andrew!!!

Jacqui & Andrew were phenomenal to work with. They are prompt, proficient, knowledgeable and will get the job done correctly. I have a large above ground pool that was set up very carelessly by a company approx 5yrs ago. I am very happy with the results from Harlows and have piece of mind knowing my pool has been put together correctly and will last long term!
