I had an appointment for 3 seniors and because of traffic through town we were maybe 10 minutes late. It took over an hour for 3 pedicures after having an appointment. They took another customer before working on one of my seniors after leaving him sitting in the chair and no one working on him for over 30 minutes. When I asked the “manager “ about why no one was working on him, he stated you had an appointment at 10:30 and you came at 10:40 and that’s what happens. I understand that I was late but when you have 2 employees that are doing nothing and would have had time to do a pedicure without any nail polish and then takes another customer who comes in, I think that’s wrong! Just because they have regular customers and favorites doesn’t mean you should shun a customer that had an appointment even if they were only 10 minutes late! This is not the first time I have had a problem with customer service there, but it will be the last!

Everyone was is kind and did an amazing job on mine and my daughters nails. The asked tons of questions and made sure they did exactly what you wanted. This will be our new place for sure

Awful customer service! I usually get my nails done in Northern VA but I deceived to go somewhere in my hometown. This is what I got from Pro Nails...My nails were done horrible. French nails were crooked, I have hair and air bubbles in my nails. They were shaped horrible. I went back and told them I was unpleased and wanted to know if I could get them fixed or a refund and the man or owner was so disrespectful. He told me that’s good work and they won’t do anything. In addition, he had the worst attitude. He told me that’s how they do French nails. I told him so this is not how you treat your customers with bad customer service. Never have I had horrible nails like this. What a waste of my money. Back to Northern Va I go for better nails and customer service.

The employees are very nice but my niece and I had our gel manicures for not even 1 week and they were chipping and peeling off. Overall the quality of their services are very poor. My niece has better luck using her own polish and little light bought at Walmart. I recommend trying a different salon before this one.

Tried this place a few times and the results of sitting in a chair for hours too unwind you deal with Awful customer service, always in a rush/ likes making rude side comments about everyone-like it’s not easy to translate, polish don’t last long, nails shaped wrong uneven crooked, expect you to pay high price for things, charges people whatever they like with out using the prices given, i have never felt uncomfortable in an establishment before and would not recommend!!!!!!!!

I love this nails salon for getting my nails done the for the first time in culpeper . Costumer service is really nice but they told me one price and they had that price on the board what i think they need help with is clearing up there prices i would suggest if you would like to come call and tell them what you would want to get done because i got suprised of the price in the end of my manicure .

My nails started to chip in 3 days after I got them done here. She did a horrible job on my toes. The man was rough on my hands and acted as though he was upset that I was the last customer and he wanted to go home. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I will never go back

Y’all seriously run.. I went in on Sunday to get my acrylics soaked off and to put dip powder on my natural nails (which I’ve done a million times). They soak off my acrylics in acetone and once he’s done he pours is back in the bottle! Skip ahead to today (2 days later) and about 5 of my nails have broken due to the dip not being laid correctly. I went in and asked for them to be redone or to get a refund. They were just going to redo the ones that had been broken. It was taking quite awhile to take off the dip and I knew they were closing so I asked them to take off my dip powder, and id just live with it. He then put acrylic on my nails to “strengthen them” after he insisted the dip powder didn’t stay bc my nails were thin. All in all just drive the half hour to go to warrenton and get good services

Paid for a manicure. Got my cuticles ripped. No cuticle softener. No oil. No lotion. Uneven paint job. There was no wait and no one in line so why was it a fast shotty job? This place has gone down hill.

Just really bad quality job and overpriced. I got gel polish over acrylics yesterday and the finish is bad, and the coverage is so bad you can see right through my nails. They look terrible. They’re sloppy. I also got a pedicure, I get one every month for just personal hygiene, and asked for callous remover, the person who did them barely even clipped my toenails, didn’t touch my cuticles, and basically I could go to another salon today and ask them when they think the last pedicure I got was and they’d guess a month ago. It was yesterday. I paid 70$ altogether y’all. I don’t even want to go back to this place and ask them to try to fix what they did because it would require them to basically do the whole thing all over, and I don’t think they CAN do better, I just don’t think they would be capable of doing a good job, they’re not careful, they’re not conscientious. I’m just going to chalk it up to a learning experience and find another place to fix it. I just really felt like I was taken advantage of and I’m going to find a different place to go. There ARE good salons, where you can actually get careful people who try to do a good job, you just have to find them and this isn’t the place.

Had a positive experience with Pro Nails! No more expensive than anywhere else I’ve been for a mani/pedi! Got a gel mani/ pedi for my stepdaughter and I and we agreed it was wonderful! Very clean! Super sanitary! Very pleasant staff! Will return!

I used to LOVE pro nail but always only got a pedicure. They are clean and sanitary. I never had a problem when getting a pedicure but I got my acrylics filled there the other day and my nails are crooked AND she cut me with the file. I’ve never had such crooked, uneven nails or been so sore after getting my nails done. There is also blue dust under the acrylic! I’m super disappointed and will not be returning even for a pedicure!

I went in about a month ago and was charged $40 for a new set of gel nails. Went back two weeks later got a different person and was charged $40 again for a fill. Did not do anything different, no Designs nothing. They are not all the same shape and My nails starting popping off after only 3 days of getting a fill. Also they could of done a better job at polishing them.

I will give them a 0 start they dont know how to do nails at all ... it was my first time and my last time going there.. .... you guys need to practice and what i pay u guys 50 dollars for a simple gel nails you guys need classes of nails... 50 dollars noooo bye

Worst service in 21 years of getting my nails done! Tracy literally ripped acrylics off of my finger and took my nail with them until I was bleeding. I tried to get a gel manicure afterwards with the nails I had left and the girl that Tracy had work on me cant shape or paint a nail to save her life. My pedicure was the worst Ive ever had. I paid for 10 minutes of extra massage with my crappy pedicure that wont last me 3 days and I felt like telling him to stop and not even bother because it was nowhere close to being an actual massage. The entire time I was there the staff treated the place like it was a party; laughing loudly and joking. I finally couldnt take anymore and got up and told them about their horrible service and then I had to leave. Explain all the problems with my service and ask how much I owed and she still charge me $25 for a pedicure. This place is nowhere near relaxing. if you want to feel like youre on an assembly line or a meat market then go right ahead and go in there and get your nails done. Or in my case leave without any nails.

I love this place! They do an amazing job. I went there first because I received a gift certificate from a student of mine a year ago and i am a regular customer!!! Tracy, Tina and Kevin are my faves but, all of the staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Kevin and Tracy both told me lower prices than what they charged me! Tony covered up my previous nail polish with the color I chose even though I told him I can still see the polish. I speak proper English and Kevin told me that they probably didnt understand me because I didnt speak English. Its the only language I speak!!! They lie about prices quite often I am told but didnt believe it until I experienced it myself!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Kevin started my nails and kept passing me on to other workers because he had an appointment which he didnt say anything about so I waited 20 minutes with half of my hand incomplete. I should have walked out but I know better now.

Good fast service, very popular place judging by how busy it was on a week day, everyone was very friendly and happy. There was even a lady that couldnt get up in the big massage chairs for a pedicure so they pulled up a chair and a staff member sat on the ground and did her toes which I thought was pretty outstanding service, overall good experience

Im a pretty regular customer, but what I have learned is that your best bet is to make an appointment with either Tracy, Kevin, or Tony. Those three are the best! The reason I say this is because whether they are busy or not they still do a great job within a reasonable time. Now, if they arent busy give yourself a good amount of time to get whatever service you are getting done, done. This past time I went I got a fill by Paulette and it was the worst experience yet. I give her credit for taking her time and being kind but she just didnt do as good of a job as Kevin, Tracy, and Tony do. One of my nails broke the next day because she had filed it too thin.

Was a little disappointed to have to pay an extra 5.00 for the scrapping of my feet. Previously, this was included with the pedicure. I am not aware of other salons charging for what should be included in your pedicure service. Will have to attempt to visit another salon near by for my next pedicure. The scrapping makes your skin grow back quicker anyways, I just always liked the feel of it.

I was there last night and was very disappointed. Since I live in Culpeper, throughout the years I have been a seasonal customer since Steve owned the place. Anyway to make a long story short, for the first time I had a younger lady give me a pedicure. She rushed through the whole process and my heels still feel the same from before. I could have bought Amope and do the job myself. I was so disappointed. She seemed very inexperienced and kept calling me honey. Thats very unprofessional. Anyway it was my weird experience after all these years.

I walked in for a fill on my acrylic nails and didnt have to wait. Person was friendly and very gentle but my nails turned out lumpy. Could see exactly where the new acrylic laid over the old and my nails literally turned out lumpy. It was by far the worst nail fill anyone has ever done.

Went in today 2/13/20 and paid over 40$ for my nails. And was extremely unhappy. So just took them off at home. Only thing I got for valentines ruined.

They didn’t do good on my nails at all it didn’t look nothing like what I showed them to do.

I was told to come back in 1 hour knowing that they close in 1 hr, then she said come tomorrow. I felt like it’s was something racist going on considering the place was full of Caucasian people, no blacks in sight.

I got my eyelashes and nails done here and it was the worst both have ever been done 2 of my nails cracked after only 2 day and my eyelashes were pretty much ruined they had someone who had never done eyelashes before do mine and they put so much of the glue on my eye and it was so bad that when I went to go get them professionally removed due to it being so painful I had no real eyelashes left due to the amount of glue they put on my eyes.

I’ve had these nails on for like less than 2 weeks and they’re already ready to come off and the nail polish is fading.
