Friendly and honest. Been bringing my vehicles to Fants for 14 years and never had an issue. They make recommendations when warranted, good or bad, even if the recommendation is, I know you were wanting this done, and we could do it, but its not a good idea, because... - they never try to up-sell me or my family members. I see some people crying about not getting in for their inspections, and yes, sometimes Fants is extremely busy and cant fit me in, so I just wait until later. All around great group of folks, dedicated to quality.

Anything needs to get fixed take it to fants it will get fixed Honest and not overcharged their customers thank you

I was considering purchasing a used vehicle and took it to Fants to have it checked out and get an opinion on it. Set up an appointment and they took it in and put on the lift for me and looked at it. It helped me make the decision on purchasing said vehicle. Locally owned, staff is professional and friendly. Prices are good as well!

Best mechanics in town fair prices and very good custimer services

Great experience. I went in for an inspection and an oil change without an appointment and they were able to work me in and have the job done in just a few hours which was better than I expected. The oil change was reasonably priced and very thorough, including a general fluid check up, and the customer service was fantastic.

I have taken my vehicle here a few times and each time they have either tried charging me way more than what was quoted to me or they did not fix the problem at all. The owner is extremely rude and shady. We will never use this company again and I will be sure everyone in the community knows about how this place really is. Dont take your vehicles here you will regret it.

Fants is the only place my parents have ever taken their vehicles and I follow in their footsteps. Tim is nothing less than sincere and helpful! I had an emergency flat tire situation the other day and got my car to him as quickly as I could, no appointment and without hesitation he immediately went to work and fixed my tires in no time! Stopped in without an appointment to see if they could do an inspection. The shop was closing when we got there but they were kind enough to go ahead and inspect it for us. Great experience, highly recommend!

Owner is EXTREMELY rude. Also makes you pay in advance BEFORE doing the auto inspection and it HAS to be cash. What if something was wrong with the car and it needed repairs and did not pass? Also, nobody should EVER have to pay cash upfront for no services rendered. Rudest owner ever = no business from myself or people I know.

I have gone to Fants a few times and each time has gotten worse. The most recent time I asked about getting a State Inspection and the owner laughed at me. He said I would have to make an appointment (when I have called he said they dont do appointments for inspections). He went on to say that I should know that it is was the end of the month so everyone was coming to get inspections. Then he said that it was lunch time. He continued that he didnt have room for 4 people in his waiting room (my 3 kids and I) for 4 hours and to come back at 2pm. It was 12:30pm, so that isnt 4 hours and when I mentioned it he said it was 11:45am. Umm, ok. I think he has completely lost his mind and has no business working on cars when he cant tell time or speak respectfully to customers. No business from my husband or myself ever again and I will make sure to let everyone I know stay away. Customer service is actually important and the owner is rude and has taught his employees to be the same.

Have taken my car here for the last 4 years for inspection and the las 2 years they tell me they have to charge me more for adjusting the lights. I accepted the last 2 times but now for the third time?
