My 2008 Dodge Dakota just wasnt enough truck for me any more and I wanted a full size truck. Gave them 1 star because it wont let me leave a review unless I do.Words cant describe how disappointed I am with this place. My husband & I bought a brand new blue jeep gladiator in February 2021. The process was super easy and fast. When you buy a new car, you never ask for CARFAX since it is 0 miles. We happen to go to another dealer to look for a vehicle for our son, and the salesman loved the jeep and asked if we would trade it in. We were not looking for a car for us, but we did think about it if the number were correct. The salesman offered us 10K less than what we paid when we asked why such a low offer, he said there is an accident on the CARFAX. We could not believe that Chrysler of Culpeper sold us the vehicle with a dirty title. We called the dealer back to see what thats all about, and no one could help. The sales manager Jim was beyond nasty and said that was a lie, and eventually, he would contact carfax and have it deleted. I never thought that would be possible because if that were possible, everyone would have clean titles. We tried to have this issue fixed for over one week, and nothing. We finally had Joseph Schick General manager, who stated to me by phone & email that the police could not fix the police report because it was apparent it was a lie. After letting Mr. Schick know that we were looking for legal actions, he had Jim handle everything, and we still have not received all our money back. After informing my financial institution NFCU, and explaining the issue we had with this vehicle purchased from this dealership, they told us that the Virginia Consumer Protection Act covers us for Misrepresentation of a Vehicle report. We are entitled to receive all of our money spent on this vehicle.

Contacted the dealership online one evening about a particular vehicle and was contacted the next morning. A price was eventually agreed upon but there were several details that needed resolved; for example trade-in or private sale of my 2016 vehicle. The dealership gave a fair price for the trade-in based on photos I sent & background they conducted, but I ended up selling it to a relative. Throughout the process communication with the sales rep & finance reps was excellent. There was never any high-pressure tactics used which would have likely lead me somewhere else. They have a deep inventory & were professional and pleasant to do business with.

The salesman (Elijah) we had was not dedicated to us. He was serving two customers at once. Not once hearing what we had to say. Not once did he fight to get us the very best deal possile. Fast talking. Making excuses. And to start of with he just walks up and invades our space and I have to actually have to tell him to back away for us feel comfortable. During our wait he he does not come talk to us and tell us what is going on. We ask him numerous times for my keys off my old key fob but kept getting ignored. He at one point came to us and told us it took 30 minutes to take and fill the gas tank. Then when he took it back to he detailed it was back there for well over an hour. Then we get home and we find a dent in our bumber. That needs to be reported. He was supposed to call us to set up an appointment for us bring the truck in to have a sunroof put in. Three days now. NO phone call. We have called and left messages for him to call us. NOTHING. Hes a nice kid. He needs better training and better time management. I am very very disappointed. The worst customer service from a Dodge Dealership that I have ever dealt with in my 15 years and 7 Dodge vehicles purchased.

Great Dealership with unbeatable MRSP prices! My husband and I had such a positive experience working with their Sales Consultant/Inventory Manager (Thurston A. Carpenter, Sr.). There was absolutely no pressure when we came in looking for a vehicle and no hidden fees/ surprise charges when we made our purchase.We went to multiple dealerships in Virginia to search for the 2021 Ram 3500 dually and every other dealership had the MRSP marked up much higher or they tried to throw in ridiculous extra fee charges towards the out the door price.Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful but it absolutely does not have to be if you walk into the right dealership with professional staff whose goal is to help you find exactly what your looking for without making you feel pressured to buy something before you leave. Not very good I purchased a key fob ang got it programed and got charged $287 I left at seen Mopar on line has same fob for $180 and locksmith price is $135 total with programming how does dodge get off adding $150 to price thats why Culpeper dodge has no customers in dealership a total ripoff

We were looking for a small vehicle to tow behind a motor home and saw an ad on the internet for a Dodge Journey at a dealership in a nearby town. We called and went to see it. Within 3 hours of seeing the ad, we were doing the paperwork. Thurston Carpenter was very friendly and efficient. He helped get the financing and even typed the application after I accidentally deleted the first effort. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even offered us doughnuts. I went in looking for a specific car and ended up getting that car. They did not try to persuade me to get a new car, nor did they keep pushing me towards a different car. They were very professional and everyone was friendly! When I asked for numbers to go off of, they were able to give them to me without hesitation. They also were able to retrieve them without going off topic or “estimating”. I would definitely recommend shopping here, and I would go back again when I need a vehicle!The only downside was they told me the car was going to be cleaned and the steering wheel and around it was grimy and dirty. When I wiped it myself dirt was coming off. It took awhile to finally get a clean wipe, but apart from that, I had a great experience!

My wife and I purchased a truck from Denis at this location and were very pleased with our experience all around. We called ahead and were greeted at the door, with the keys of the vehicle that we wanted. When we asked about one of the features of the truck it was addressed by Denis and Todd to get our questions answered quickly. And we wrapped up our quick and painless experience with Alex, which was our financial person. Everyone was courteous and respectful, and we had our rambunctious 2 year old with us threw it all as well. We drove an hour and would recommend that others travel as well for this honest pleasant service.

I love the real price feature they offer, unlike other places that show you the price but then surprises you with all the extras that wasn’t included in the advertised price. I am glad I made the 1+ hour drive to Culpeper Chrysler; After searching for a new Gladiator with specific features needed, I narrowed it down to this dealership and a specific Gladiator. I contacted them using their “check availability” feature and received a response within 20 minutes (from open hours). Ms. Emily McDevitt asked me targeted questions regarding how and why I was looking for this jeep and also gave me a quote with bottom line numbers which included a trade in and rebate incentives. They were not pushy about getting add ons such as extended warranty, or services. I did end up purchasing an extended warranty due to the friendliness and professionalism of their finance manager “R.J.” and he sold it at a fair price.My New Jeep was ready to go when I arrived, I test drove it, I signed paperwork, and was given a brief on the features of my new purchase. I was in and out within 1 hour. I interacted with my sales rep, sales manager, and finance manager all 3 were professional and friendly. Purchased a Jeep Gladiator and handled the entire process remotely as Im living a little over an hour away. It was by far the easiest process Ive had with any dealership.
