Had a fantastic experience with NB Heating and Air Conditioning! Nick is extremely polite and follows up on his word. If he says he will do something...count on it! He installed (with the help of his son and daughter) a split HVAC system in my home office and upper rec room. They installed it quickly, cleaned up the mess and took extra care to ensure I was satisfied but following up the next week.The price was reasonable but for the quality of work you get, it is a bargain! Nick is absolutely magic. Hes come many years now to fix our old heating system. He always seems to fix it for $200 or less, pretty much annually. This time, he came promptly, as usual, and fixed the problem quickly. He also noticed 5 breakers that had melted. Not even in his job description, he took time out of his weekend to get the parts and fix those for us, as well. Not to mention, possibly saving our house from burning down. Dont bother calling anyone else. He is the BEST!

I called and needed someone to come out to check my out-dated HVAC after purchasing a home and moving to the area. Mr. Brown came out the very next day on April 21st and thoroughly inspected the system, which desperately required some internal cleaning. He showed me what he needed to do before performing the work and explained everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable with his service charge. I asked Mr. Brown whether I needed to buy a new unit and he honestly said my unit could probably last at least another year and to wait it out before spending the money. He made no elaborate sales pitches and did not recommend any unnecessary work. This is an honest, hard working and knowledgeable service repair man. I will use this company again and recommend them without hesitation.
