This was their return visit after our upstairs, zone 2 heating and A/C system was determined to be DOA. Again, they showed up on time. These guys worked until sundown to make sure the system was installed correctly. They were careful to cover all the flooring they traveled across, and wore slip covers on their shoes. Logan and Josh were polite, excellent and thorough. They installed 2 heat pumps and air handlers, corrected a duct problem left by the previous heat pump people, and cleaned the ducts. Our HVAC system broke down during the hottest week of the year so far, and the team was able to come out quickly and provide us straightforward and easy to understand options for the replacement. We had Logan and Devon from Dynamic heating and Cooling come out to clean our air and dryer ducts. They were very professional and thoroughly explained what they were going to do. I asked about our electronic air filter and Logan suggested we have their air specialist Davy come take a look at our system. Davy and Joey came out the same day and evaluated our systems. They checked inside the unit and showed where there was bacteria growing. They suggested an updated air cleaning and air purification system as well as a cleaning for the coils and blowers.I highly recommend Dynamic Heating and Cooling! We are now service contract customers so they can help us maintain healthy and efficient systems.

Logan and Logan (yes, they both had the same name!!) were very polite and professional. They were prompt and did the job very well. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with the service.

Davy with Dynamic Heating and Cooling informed me I needed a new HVAC. Paid $7496.00 for new unit and install 5/28/21. They broke items during the repair that took 4 days to install (not the 6 hours I was told). The new unit has not been working correctly, so I had a different company come assess the new unit and it isnt correct (they installed a 3 ton unit inside and 2 ton outside and they are not compatible) and also needs to be replaced. Plumbing repair cost $942 (Dynamic broke the water shut off valve for my condo unit) . Repair to siding ripped out during install includes lift rental and repair as I am on the 4th floor cost $1450.00. Replacing the brand new 3 ton HVAC with one that is appropriate for my home cost $4500. Dynamic Heating and Cooling has refused to reply to any emails or phone calls since getting paid on day of install. Lot of other damages to the unit during their install.

Josh is very professional in his appearance and in his approach to the job at hand. He explains what he is doing he explains the failure what caused it. He explains how the repair will be done. After the repair he thoroughly examines the system to see if there are any other issues. In this case the refrigerant was a little low added refrigerant tested the system. The system works like new. One of the things I like about Josh is he tells you what is needed but he doesn’t try and sell you something you don’t need. That means a lot to me. This has been a positive experience.

Even after the job was done though he took the time to explain some of the complexities of my system and what to look out for in the future. Never once did he try and push services on me I didn’t ask for but laid out all my options. I ended up with a service plan for both my units and I’m looking forward to having Davey back to service the systems.

Dynamic installed a new AC unit in our house this past summer, the guys worked diligently until the job was completed. We had them relocate the unit to another end of the house, fit and finish of the final product was excellent...went above and beyond to straighten out some poor sheet metal work from a previous installer of which I will not name. They cleaned up after themselves and were very thorough and transparent during the entire process. 10/10 will use again and highly recommend.

Josh came out on a Sunday at 9pm. When calling him at 8:30pm. My ac was not working on a day that wasn’t to hot but hot! He assisted me and was very helpful on my issues. Did not pressure me on my decision on replacing my AC. Did get my AC working, which I’m was happy! Happy with service and the price for the service he provided.

This was my first time having service done by Dynamic and I am highly satisfied. The technicians were professional and courteous. I appreciated that prior to repairing the valve, one of the technicians, Josh B, explained throughly and visually showed the cause of the problem to ensure I know why the air conditioning machine was not functioning properly. My A/C unit was not blowing out cold air downstairs, and although this is dreadful under normal circumstances, having a newborn baby to worry about in the heat was alarming. Having searched around and not having anyone to come out until the next week, I reached out to Dynamic Heating and Cooling LLC without knowing what to expect. My call was received around 11 AM and by 3PM, Josh Bersee arrived with his shoes already covered, a personalized pen ready for me, and a smile on his face. After providing a quick run down of what I was experiencing, he methodically began conversing with me while looking at the thermostat. Proceeding to the basement, he went through all of his checks and gave me a few tips. Next we went outside, and following more checks, the problem was found (a faulty capacitor). He provided options for the replacement and let me choose (he didnt push for either option) based off of the selection. He answered every question about the warranty provided, and went a step further after replacing the piece by testing my other unit. Each step of the way, he was there conversing about what he was seeing, and although I knew nothing about HVAC before the call, I learned a lot through this experience. I purchased the service plan and couldnt have been more happy with my experience. Theyve gained a customer for as long as I stay in the area and I couldnt recommend a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-Earth technician and company. This review is based off of today (literally this service wrapped up within the past 30 minutes), and I normally dont do reviews, but really felt the need to provide one based off of the service provided.

When I first called Josh he was very professional and gave his rates. He explained what was in the contract. I just signed up for Josh’s service plan contract. Josh comes to your house on time and with his smile on his face. He is very meticulous looking over our central air unit and heating unit. Other HVAC techs in the past spend 20 min just to check freon and capacitor. Josh spent 90 min doing a thorough check of our air filter to cleaning the coils to checking freon and capacitor. While at the house his expertise shined as he explained everything he was working on. Josh definitely looks out for the consumer. I will definitely recommend him for any of your HVAC needs. Im looking forward to do business with Dynamic Heating and Cooling for many years to come.
