I DO NOT recommend this place of business to anyone. I took my uniform pants to be altered and they were pinned to the correct length while I was in the cleaners. When I went to pick the pants up, they were approximately one inch shorter than the length they were originally pinned. I returned the pants to the cleaners and advised they were too short and they needed to be fixed to the correct length. At that time, I was told there would be no charge to correct their mistake. I went to pick the uniforms up after they were fixed and was told that the uniforms were not there and they must have been given to another customer in error. They attempted to call the customers that could possibly have them in their possession and was unable to locate the pants on that day. When they called to tell me they couldnt locate the pants, I asked to speak to the owner. I was told that she was out of town. I asked for her phone number and was told that the number could not be given out and that she would have her call me. The owner never called. The following day, I received a call that the pants had been located and I could come and pick them up. When I picked the pants up, I was charged AGAIN for their error for having to alter them again when they made the mistake the first time. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, nor would I take a bag of garbage to them to clean. Additionally, the owner has yet to call or attempt to rectify the situation in any manner whatsoever!

Took 2 small pet dresses in for one button each. One small pet dress to do small area sewing. They charged me $18.00 and didnt do anything. The buttons fell off when I examined them and the sewing was not done. This is sloppy work and I will not be back!

They do a good job, but they lost a group of my shirts. I left multiple messages with the manager before I was able to speak with her. She was supposed to research and get back with me but never did. So I never got my shirts nor a refund on what I had paid. Have since went to another business.

My friend loves the service they provide, I pick her cleaning up every week,,,,very friendly and courteous service,,,,,5 stars for real.

I brought in a comforter set for dry cleaning, and even though the price was reasonable, when I picked up the set and brought it home, I was seriously disappointed. The smell of dry cleaning chemicals was overpowering. I put it outside to air out all day and the stench was still there. My eyes and throat burned from the smell, and airing it did nothing to make it better. I’m going to have to take it to another cleaners to see if they can get the smell out. I have never had this problem at my old cleaners, and if they hadn’t gone out of business, I would have used them.

Good service. Friendly and professional. Had some jeans hemmed. They send them out for alterations. Was pleased. Be sure to hold onto your ticket. A simple typo can make it very hard to find your garment. If you have your ticket, no problem.

I brought 2 dress shirts in for cleaning and pointer out 3 spots on the shirts when I dropped them off. I picked up the shirts and when I got home, the spots were still there. There was no note indicating they tried to get them out and no one told me they were unable to get the stops out. I never see anyone working in the back and they never have any lights on in the cleaners. All bad signs to me. They dont seem to make a good impression.

The people were nice, but the work was substandard..Is there no-one in Cullman who can press a uniform shirt without adding a bunch of creases? The sleeves werent pressed at all, Will I have to drive to Birmingham every week to get my shirts done? Looks like.

I had been using the cleaner for about two years. So I had no reason to be worried when I used them to clean my wedding dress. My dress was cocktail length and not very fancy. My husband dropped it off. When I picked it up they young lady said that will be 169.00!!!! More than I PAID for the dress!!! I was shocked. I was kind to the young lady behind the counter but let her know I would be checking with my husband to make sure the price had not been pre approved by him. After checking with him I knew it had not been pre approved. I called to complain. The manager called me the following week and was very very rude. She stated that she was certain I had been made aware of the price. Ummm, no,, why would we approve the price more than the worth of the dress. Then said that it was suspicious that I didnt pitch a fit and did pay at the counter. I expressed that I thought I had handled it very nicely. She didnt care and continued to accuse. The owner has still yet to call us to resolve this situation. DO NOT USE THEM! Unless you are rich and do not care about wasting your money.
