Its a nice clean place to do laundry.

Grandmas is clean, well lit, the people are friendly, and know what theyre doing. The machines all run, except for the occasional mechanical breakdown. The good part is they flag it do you wont use it. They are also replacing the dryers a few at a time. Last and best, bathroom works. The reason I only gave them four stars, the price of the items in the vending machine.

Probably the nicest laundromat I have been to. We moved, and our washer went to our brothers house. Needless to say, I have to do laundry often, especially because I cloth diaper. The last laundromat I went to was expensive, the washers reeked of mold, and I lost some items. Went back to retrieve and they were gone.Now to get to this laundromat. So there washers are cheap and get clothes super clean. They actually had a washing sink, and an attendant on site, at all times, cleaning. They have free low suds ingredients laundry detergent!! Unheard of!! They had plenty of chairs, inside and out, garbage was always empty, and no mold in sight. They also have a car wash, if you need to occupy your time, and if you wash clothes, you can get a discount on the automatic washes. :)Would recommend.

The concept of free laundry detergent for patrons, puts this place at the top of the laundromat list :)

Its a nicely kept laundry mat with free soap if you forget yours. It also gives out gold coins and silver dollars as change. Quarky and cute.

They keep it incredibly clean, its not horribly expensive, and there are tons of load-size options for washers and driers which is super convenient! The community here in the Cullman area is quite pleasant, so every trip has been a good experience.

Clean and affordable. But dont come here in a semi EVEN BOBTAIL. owner doesnt want them on property at all. There are signs but figured it was for sleeping there or non business related stuff. But nope no SEMIS at all

Very clean and plenty of space for social distancing. Washers are great. Did not use dryer, as I have a dryer at home. Waiting on repair man for washer, so had to go to Grandmas. Not disappointed, at all.

Staff is overworked sometimes and they are still really nice, and its quick and not too pricey

Havent been to a laundromat in 40 years but it was way better than I expected. Immaculately clean with modern large capacity machines. 3 loads in and out in just over an hour. Way better than I expected.

Everything was nice and clean inside and out. Washed and vaccum my car,after doing my laundry, everything worked like it should. I like Grandmas because gets my clothes cleaner, machines work better, nice place to come toand do your business. Keep up the great job yall are doing.

Love this place they offer free laundry detergent while attendant is on duty. Clean friendly environment. They have ATM, bill changers, laundry detergent machine, snack & drink machines and theyre open 24 hours a day great place to do laundry.

My friend dropped off linens to be cleaned. Grandmas Rub Board is very clean and well staffed for a coin laundry. They have an ATM, pleanty of seating and folding tables. They also offer laundry drop off for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communicated when the items dropped off would be ready.

The foam brush wasnt working, but I still got my vehicle clean! Great water pressure and the card swipe feature is super convenient.

It was all good except for the was one guy in there that kept trying to come in on us when we was using the bathroom me and my knees and we told the woman that work there and she just blew it off

Love the big washers! The prices are not bad & the service is great! I use the big boy washing machines for my linens,comfórters and towels.

Since the virus, the staff here comes and gets my clothes from the car, takes them in and washes them. They even hang them. Super awesome place.

Open 24 hours a day. The machines work nicely. Clean. Would be nice to have an overnight attendant there so they can leave the bathroom open. Had to leave my laundry to go down the road to use the restroom

This place is the best laundry facility in Cullman. I was very impressed. I will drive out of my way in the future to use this laundromat. There was someone there working which I havent seen at any other place like it. It was clean and well kept. All the machines worked and the other patrons were polite and friendly. Will go back.

My mother and I use this laundromat when we are camping for long periods of times at Smith Lake.This is the only laundromat I have ever used in my 30 years of life and I am VERY much a clean freak, germaphobe, etc.This place is without a doubt the cleanest, nicest, and has the best of mannered employees I have encountered in a long time at any given place.I highly recommend using Grandmas!! You wont be disappointed!!

Their machines work great, there is a play area for kids, clean seating for adults. If you have to use a laundry mat I highly recommend this place. They even furnish a low sudsing laundry detergent.

This place is the best iv seen, its clean has vending machines, drink nd snak tvs so while youre waiting for your clothes, you have something to do. Laundry supply vending machine, magazines if you would prefer reading to watching TV, absolutely amazing

Typically I go in during late hours, which is always peaceful and safe (no problem with solicitation or feeling of unease, inside or out). But when I have been in during operating hours and it felt busy, the employees keep the inside very clean and tidy... i.e. cleaning up after unruly kids, and informing parents to control their unruly kids, etc.! Plus during operating hours they offer a cheap, but very much free :) laundry soap that is very much helpful to have as an option vs multiple single load boxes you can purchase for a buck!Hard to rate a self service car wash! But the options and price are very reasonable. And hardly ever would you see much past a two car wait for the automatic wash, which also has pretty great prices as wellAll and all, great upkeep, no problem with machines taking my money, and only a handful of times in the past 5 years have I seen machines out of order.Just remember to turn the handle on washers completely closed, or you wait 20minutes and return to it still ready to start the beginning cycle... gets me best when Im in a hurry lol!

The place is very very clean. You have control of the tv and there are a few toys for the kids. They also have the best car wash in town.

The laundromat and machines are kept clean and in good working order. The floors and the restroom are kept clean as well. The machines are very inexpensive to use and whenever staff are present there is laundry detergent available free of charge for anyone that may need it. There is an ATM, Soda, and snack machine, as well as a Dollar bill and Coin change machine inside that is available 24 hours a day. The change machine will accept ones, fives, tens, or twenties. The only negative thing is an occasional soured water smell, but it does not transfer to the linen. I believe the smell is from a drainage vent pipe that isnt ventilated well. There is also a carwash on premises that has an automated, touchless, drivethru bay available when staff are present, and a self service bay with wands and a brush for those that prefer to wash their vehicle by hand that is available 24 hours a day. There are also a few vacuums available 24 hours a day as well. They rate 5 stars in my book! It is the best laundromat that I have ever used!

The reason I give low rating . Dryers are terrible . To dry 5 regular towels took $1.75 just the towels in high heat . Dryers are not efficient.
