Date: August 25, 2020 I have had NOTHING but problems with Fed Ex delivering to my house. I have had more that 10 deliveries misplaced/not delivered/ lost by FedEx because their drivers cant read, apparently. The straw that broke the camels back today was a supposed delivery to my home of a Weber Rotisserie. (I have Covid-19 and I thought it might be nice to cook outside in my yard as I cant pass it to anyone and I miss being just--outside). It, of course, never arrived. Now, I had even CALLED Fed Ex this morning (8/25) to tell them where my house was and how to deliver the rotisserie. I called FedEx to see what could be done and got NOTHING but a run-around. NO HELP AT ALL. They first claimed the business was closed (my house is NOT a business) and then claimed I wasnt home (Oh yes I was--as I am in quarantine because of a positive Covid-19 test; I even sat waiting for the delivery with my front door open!!). I dont know if this is the delivery station where packages go, but I am writing this about FedEx as a company. If you can possibly avoid it--DO NOT USE FedEx! I am so damned sick and tired of the ineptitude of FedEx to the point that when I order things, I request they send USPS or UPS--but NOT Fed Ex. And if they will not do that, I cancel the order as I do not need the stress right now.
