DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HAVE YOU WAITING FOR HOURS JUST SO THAT THEY DONT END UP HELPING YOU OUT! I HAD CALLED BEFORE COMING I CLEARLY ASKED CHRISTY IF I COULD GO AS A WALK IN SHE SAID TO GO IN AT 715 I WENT IN THEY HAD ME WAIT A WHOLE HOUR THEN THE GUY TOM GOT STARTED ON MY NAILS STOPPED DOING MY NAILS JUST SO THAT HE COULD GET STARTED ON SOMEOME ELSE AND HAD ME WAITING AGAIN! AND THE MANAGERS EXCUSE WAS YOU COULDNT DECIDE HOW YOU WANTED UR NAILS THATS WHY HE GOT STARTED ON THE NEXT CLIENT LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME THEY LEFT ME WITH A NAIL GLUED ONTO THE SKIN OF MY NAIL AND REFUSED TO FIX IT! DONT COME HERE THEY ARE TRASH!

LOOK AT MY NAIL IT HAS A FUNGI FROM HERE THE NAILS ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT NOT WORTH THE INFECTION

Horrible customer service. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady there kept pushingmy eyeball in and she was rushing so fast that she burnt me. Secondly, I did my pedicure and they charge $30 for gel that’s ridiculous.

Once they charge you they include the Tip without asking, I feel as if it’s supposed to be depending on your experience and depending if you like ... not going here again... I’m sure they do it to everyone

I had to leave because they were taking for everBeen waiting for 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure.😠😡

PLEASE READ!!Horrible, horrible, horrible! The woman that did my gel manicure was so rude. And she kept asking ME for the time as if she wanted to rush the job to have the rest of her shift free. And so she did!BUBBLES, SMUDGES, places where she filed some polish off, didnt completly cover my nails with polish, and most disgustingly, while we waited for the previous gel polish I had on to come off she CLIPPED HER TOENAILS in front of me! So UNSANITARY !! Do they even clean their utensils!? Doubt it. The lady that did my nails had sort of a bob, hair color was reddish brown, and looks like she has acne or something. Not trying to be rude but just so you avoid her if you dare to go.

The staff always to slow, take to long and to expensive everything.

Tom is the one I go do my acrylic nails with and he does them really good and he does the shape of the acrylic nail how I ask for and next time you go do your nails I recommend u to do them with Tom🙂

Went to Lizette and she did a fantastic balayage and cut! Lots of movement and a much more subtle color than I had before. Recommend!

Too little help, always working fast to get to the next customer. They really dont care if you get up and walk out.

Worst place to get anything done. They dont go by appointment. If you make an appointment they will ignore your request and have you sitting there for hours. I will never come here again. The only reason they got a 1 star was because i needed to write my review. Other than that. They wouldnt get anything.

Poor application of acrylics, bad customer service, messy gel manicures, uneven pedicure paint jobs, unorganized & much more. Theyre in a bad mood and do very poor job. You ask for something and get something completely different. Ive gotten my nails done by different technicians and overall do not recommend. Ive given tireless chances for 5 years. Never going back here again.

They did a fantastic job on my nails.. They do everything there from haircuts,jellyspa for hands and feet, microblading for eye brows, lipstick tattoo,eyeliner tattoo, eye lashes extension plus so much more ... Im telling u they represent a great job.

I have been coming here forvover 20 yrs. Isabell is the only person I will allow to touch my hair. Kristi is amazing! Angel is the only petson that I allow to touch my feet. She has magic hands and creates the best nail designs. I refuse to go anywhere else to have my hair & mani pedis done.

I hate this place so much im doing a google review. I just walked out like i usually do. I keep coming and just sit and wait and end up walking out. This is the last time. They have no order or way of keeping track of who has been waiting longer. They say just a few minutes wait. If they where only honest about how long your gonna wait that would give thenoptionnif you want to wait or not...their work is not even good its just convinient to the location.NEVER AGAIN!!

Bad service they they treat you like s*** for them its all about money not great service. The lady in the front told me to go with another guy to do them fast wow!! I said I want them nice not fast. End result poor job done lumpy uneven. $35 wasted

Ive gave this place 3 chances & each and everyone of those times I experienced something horrible. First one was back in 2016, next one 2017 and this last time was this Sunday 06/17/18 I decided to give it one last chance thinking this time they wont cut me burn me or choose the shape and size they want my nails to be.. it was also a bit late so they were the only ones still open & near by..I thought everything was going well although the girl doing my pedi was taking a while I thought maybe it can be that shes actually doing a good job.. she started cleaning my cuticles & it came to a point where she was hurrying me on both my big toes, she knew I was in pain and continued, and to finish off she put alcohol on my feet and some type of oil over, when I left that place my toes were extremely red and by the time I got home swollen, the next day I woke up to pus on the sides of my toes which clearly I got an infection, I went back yesterday to tell Christy the main lady and all she said was it was an ingrown (Ive Never had ingrown) she said all she can do was put medicine, of course I was not going to allow them to put anything else & possibly make things worst, Please Do not go here it is such an unorganized placed, theyre unorganized themselves and the tools they use dont seem to be cleaned properly I regret giving this place so many chances I will definitely not go back ever

Got my nails done saturday by wednesday 6 of them had fallen off. worst place to do my nails first and last time. even the palce in so dirty.

I when to do my nails and they did an ugly job my nails look ugly and They charged me a lot .... for only gel nails they don’t focus on what there doing

I did my nails, pedí and eyelashes extentions I paid 80$, Tiffany was the girl that did extensions, took about hr and, no different from mine before n after, they were supposed to last a month or so by time I got home they were almost gone the pedi n nails horrible job, very rude n definitely not professionals.. Place was dirty total mess..

Horrible experience.. made an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours to get helped. TIFFANY IS THE WORST!! She is so rude and always talks about you w the dude next to her.

Its always busy its always clean most staff are good and cheerful I go there on a regularbasis cuz of service and cleaners prices a little bit higher but well worth it cuz they are clean and friendly definitely a five-star place

Today 8/9/17, I went to get a pedi and medi waited an hour and a half, and once I did Tracy the nail tech doing my pedi she cut one toe nail smaller than the other and I asked potentially to fix it and she ignored and she told me my toe is bigger than the other one... so I asked her to fix it again and she said fix it yourself so I walked out the place NEVER GOING AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMENDI had to go to another nail salon to get my nails fixed

Sometimes you have to wait a while but it’s worth the good job they do!

Hated the experience. I asked for acrilic mani pedi. Was unhappy with feet, asked lady to clean off the sides and she did everything over! Rushed and worse. Same with hands. $40 for shut.

Its horrible especially angel not painting my nail correctly rushing the job cutting the nail badly i wouldnt recomend never again

Kind of dirty also dirty towels and the pedicures are just cutting the nails and putting some polish on wth i could do that at home.

Went and got acrylics they were all crookedTwo days into having them and I had to take them off my left ring finger was so swollen and hurting so bad I had to go the doctor turns out I had a fungal infection and the doctor said it was most likely due to unclean utensils ... be very aware
