Very nice place and a job well done. After running some errands, I went in for a pedicure and was taken care off right away. Definitely will return.

Love my gel nails! Great color!

Nails have been diff lengths last 5 times. Tried oval for first time. Each nail had a diff shape. I was embarrassed. This last time 6 broke with in 4 days. Been going here 5 years or more. And beginning to be disappointed. Nail designs are also not with the times! When shown pictures told we cant do that! Each visit brings more disappointment and slack on nail techs end. Asked for refund and he kinda got smart mouthed. After all these years will never go back and will find a new place!

I had my first manicure yesterday. The staff was friendly, the environment clean, and the price pretty reasonable. I upgraded from $17 regular nail color to $30 shellac and it was worth it. The service is fast, so if youre looking for a fancy spa-type treatment, this may not be the type of place for you. Overall, very happy with the experience.

They always do a great job here! Timely and friendly, my nails always look perfect and beautiful. They are willing to try fun styles and work with you for color choice. Kathy is awesome, but everyone has done my nails there and they’re always great!

Had my nails done in the past this last experience of having gel polish for a few months left me with thin nail beds due to hard scraping to remove polish. It will take a long time before my nails are healthy again. Had not had a problem in the past with the owner. 😔

My nails were very poorly done

I would not give him a single star. I did a touch-up to experiment and I did not even cut the detached areas of the nail that had, did not put dehydrating on the nail and did not even touch the shape of the nail (I had filed them to lower them a bit but Im not technician Of nails). any good technician would have noticed! He applied the two layers of very thick enamels and he seemed like he was in a hurry since it did not take me 15mins with my touch-up

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and i love it!!! Ive had my nails done by every technician there and each and every one of them do a fantastic job. Their prices are reasonable and i would highly recommend them!!

Its close to home and they do a fantastic job..extremely friendly. Steve is very fast but takes time to talk and get to know his customer. He does a great job of shaping and painting your nails

This used to be a good place to go- not fancy or super pampering, but they did a good job and prices are better than most places. I live in he neighborhood and was a regular customer for nine years. However, last two times Ive been there, TERRIBLE service with no apologies. First bad experience was getting skipped over twice on a busy afternoon by walk-ins after me, one of whom even pointed out I had arrived and was on the sign in sheet ahead of her. Second time was 40 minutes before closing, with only two of the four nail techs with customers and no one else waiting, they refused to serve my friend and I, stating that they were closing soon. Very disappointed because this shop is only a few blocks away and a good price- too bad they have become indifferent to customer service.

I have been going here every 3 weeks for 3 months now after having negative experiences at other salons. I was wary from my past experiences but I have been impressed and totally satisfied every visit. The service is fast but professionally done and the prices are just right. Highly recommend!

Great place

I came here for a pedicure and the guy running the show wouldnt allow me to put the message chair on the setting I wanted. He took the remote from me, set it and told me too just leave it?...I thought that was rude and unprofessional but I figured maybe this specific chair was on the outs or something. I didnt go back here for a while. My daughter wanted to get her nails done and the place we usually go to had a long wait time, she was impatient, so we came here. The sign said full set 27.00 and up. The instint we walked in the same guy was trying to up sell us to gel, I told him shes 11, she doesnt need gel. When he was done he charged me 45.00!!! When i asked why he said because he shaped then like a coffin and added gel! I paid it, because I didnt want to cause a seen with my daughters there, but this place is a rip off! He took advantage of me and my daughter! Dont go to this place.

Always fast, friendly and dependable! If there are ever any issues, they are great at making sure you are happy when you leave. Im a loyal customer :)

I took my 6 year old granddaughter for her first Mani -ped for her birthday, they pampered her and made her feel like a princess. Will definitely go back.

WORST manicure of my life. The nails i got done last thursday an they all fell off sunday evening. So they only lasted 3 days. Horrible when i went back an asked for my $40 dollars back they fought with me.horrible nail job. Would honestly not recommend.

I had to come back after 2 years and change my review from 5 stars to 2. Time after time my gel nail polish chips or lifts. Very thin application of product.When you ask a question you get attitude. Rude service and inconsistent results over and over. It is a clean facility however, Im done with this place. Ill drive to Oak Creek.

Didnt like at all... nails expensive, look totally fake and already falling off, can you stretch out the gel any thinner?? Plus, eyebrows done, expensive.. will drive the miles to go back to Anns Nails on Beloit and Lincoln!!!
